The host was the frendliest and most welcoming person we ever met. The room was extremelly clean, which we tend to be picky about. The bed sheets were spotless and there was no dust in the room. The bed was comfortable. Additionally, there was free water, tea, and coffee in the common room. The location is excelent and every well-known toursit sight can be reached easily by bus. The windows block the street noise perfectly and the shades pass very little light in the morning. There's a TV in the room with italian channels and YouTube. Overall, it was perfect :)

The host met us at a time, that were most comfortable for us. She was perfect, very welcoming and warm. The first impression was perfect, and it goes that way all the time. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel was situated in a perfect area, very close to the most of the museums, sights. You can reach them even just walking if you like walking itself. No transport needed. The hotel was clean, calm, no loud voices or mess around. Everything was great about the hotel and especially the hostess, who was the top of charm and welcoming.

Excellent Location and Room! We had a fantastic stay in this lovely room! The location was perfect, with great transport links and plenty of charming coffee shops nearby for a delicious breakfast. The petite Carrefour just across the road was super convenient. The room itself was bright, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. A big thank you to Julia, our daily room cleaner, who did a wonderful job. We'd definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome. Made to feel very safe considering it's within an apartment block. Lovely room, comfortable, quiet bathroom was lovely. The lady we met there was really really polite and could not be more helpful. Made us feel very much at home.

There was nothing I didn't like. To be extremely picky, the fridge worked but wasnt at all cold and it wasn't massively sound proof but again not a complaint. But these little things really did not affect our time there.

Elisa was a lovely host, contacted us prior to our travel dates and was already waiting for us when we got there. Spacious room and really clean. Comfortable beds and a big bathroom, spotless and well kept. We had a room facing the street but as soon as the windows were closed it was very quiet. We were nicely surprised as there's tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. Also a small common area with two small tables and a free coffee machine. Breakfast at the bar next door was included in the stay, bar staff very friendly. Nice touches and we recommend it.

Only one night had someone watching tv until very late in the adjoining property (not in our hotel) and could hear it through the walls. The trams aren't running in Rome at the moment so there was slightly less public transport than usual but once we got the hang of the buses it was fine. Tip- many of the buses that stop in piazza Dalmazia behind the hotel to drop you off as you come from the city, when going in the other direction (going toward the city) need to be caught from across the main road and down a side street. They don't have a stop in P. Dalmazia. But there are regular services and Policlinico Metro is about a 15min walk.

This hotel is really good value for money. The hotel has a great location close to busses and a 12 minute walk from the metro. The bed is comfy, everything is very clean and our room even had a fridge which was perfect during the summer heat. There are quite a few good restaurants and ice cream places around. The hotel is next to a semi-busy road, but we only noticed when we opened the window because the traffic noise was completely shut out by the windows.

Nothing. Would book it again in no time.

The location was great. It was walking distance from various eating spots and convenience stores. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were a comfortable size and included the necessary amenities to make our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom was quiet spacious making it an ideal shared space.

The pillows were a little high and hard.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, with a comfy bed and big windows to the street. The bathroom was very large with a good shower! It was really nice to have coffee available in the bnb plus the breakfast voucher for the cafe close by! Will be recommending to friends visiting Rome!

It was a little further away from the tourist areas than we thought, but the area itself was nice and a bit more local with nice restaurants, supermarkets, and bars closeby!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent—very convenient for getting around, with supermarkets and other amenities nearby. We loved every moment of our stay and truly appreciate the host’s kindness and assistance. Highly recommend this place!

The room was lovely - large, clean and nicely furnished with a lovely view of the boulevard. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great. A lovely, peaceful area away from the crowds but with amazing access to all the sites with a short bus ride (we paid by tapping our bank cards and it was super easy). We had a great stay and would definitely return!
