I lived above one of the best cafes in town. Beautifully furnished room. Very roman street, which I loved with good restaurants nearby. It was close to the vent location of why I came there and the beautiful Parc that I love. Great communication via whatsapp.

Could have been cleaner. I cleaned the towel drying rack with toilet paper. The shower is mouldy. There is a huge layer of dust on the bottom of the heater. The street is rather loud, I sleep with open windows... On the last full day I was there I came back from my event in the evening and found my room door wasn't locked and the cleaning lady had left it open with her key inside. I didn't find that very great, but thankfully nothing was missing. Also when you leave the room and lock your door it is very dark in the corridor. A movement sensor that puts on the light would be great. because there is no light switch anywhere that i could find on that end of the corridor, I nearly fell over a step in my heels once...

This was in part of a large building in a neighbourhood. The room was very immaculate and very clean with everything you could need for a comfortable short stay (or longer I suppose!). The little reception area had an available 1st Aid pack which I thought was a good idea. The room was cleaned and bed made perfectly each day which I didn't expect - thanks. The room was very airy and good space with 2 large windows one being a balcony which overlooked into the main street with lovely view. The windows once closed shut out any outside traffic noise and as we went in December and it rained for 3 days the radiators were on. There was a small supermarket 1 minute away and a small snack coffee bar on the ground floor + cocktails for the evening. The building itself was beautiful large Italian style traditional where you went in through a huge oak door then up the stairs although lift was available. It reminded me off a film set. Each room had a lovely wooden large door from the landing. The overall location was in a nice neighbourhood area, I only saw local Italians all very well dressed I noticed! and it felt very safe. We did after a day work out which bus to catch to take us to the termini BUS 92 and then back from the Termini BUS 92 get off at Via PO. The stop is just on the street outside the room and run about every half hour.

Slight downside was: we really struggled to find the building on arrival as our internet wasn't working for directions - recommend printing off a map or perhaps get a taxi for the first time as you will never find it! It was actually quite a long walk from the more central parts of the city/termini especially when you have been walking all day, but once we fathomed the bus, then it was ok. Recommend to the owner - provide bus route information in the reception area.

Everything was clean and tidy, the place was warm cozy and comfortable and the location was great, we accessed everything by walking. The main attractions are within 30-40 minutes of walking which also gives you the opportunity to view the architectural design of the city and not only the specific tourist attractions. We really enjoyed it and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Comfortable, clean and very nice staff/management, good location too, not far from the city center, everything went well

The only thing I didn’t like is the inexistent noise cancellation to the room next to ours, we could hear the persons from that room snoring and using the toilet, a bit embarrassing but luckily we weren’t disturbed.

Sptotlessly clean , very quiet, very beautufully decorated. The high ceiling gives to the property an air of luxury. Elisabetta is very profesional in every aspect. A very postive experience over all. I would definately come back!

A bit far away from the historic centre but even so I would prefere it to escape from the noisy tourists.

The room was so clean,the bed very comfortable and the decoration so elegant (just like the pictures ). Excellent Communication with the owner ,she responded immediately to our questions . The apartment is about 20 minutes from the city center. You can take busses n.83 and 63 to the centre of rome and n.92 to termini .The bus station is 2 minutes from the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay .I will definitely visit Le Stanze di Gaia in the future .

Everything was perfect

We travelled as a family of four, the room was comfortable with everything we needed for a wonderful two night stay in Rome. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean with the bus stop only a short walk away. Elisabetta is a great host. We will definitely return on our next visit to Rome.

We had a very nice stay at 'Le Stanze Di Gaia'. The room was very clean, comfortable and large. The owner was very kind and helpful. We even got a housekeeping every day. The location of the place is very good for sightseeing. We kindly offer this place if you would like to have a pleasant holiday in Rome. Family with a teenager girl ( Even our teenager liked the place :))

The apartment was located in a tranquil area of the city so it was not noisy. At the same time was close to the center. The apartment had all necessary equipment for a short stay. The bed was confortable and shower worked well.

Our stay was pleasant so no complaints at all

It had everything we needed for our family trip to Rome. Very clean apartment, quiet neighbourhood, very frequent bus connections to Termini and pretty much most other places. The apartment itself had a fridge, cooking items and a Nespresso machine as well. Clearly much more value for money than hotels around. The host was also easily reachable so there was no information gap.
