Good location for tourists. Francesco is easy to reach if you have any issues or queries and recommended some spots to go. Very large bed. Air conditioning with different settings. Mini fridge. Housekeeper available to give you new towels etc if you leave early enough in the morning. Eco friendly place which is great! There is an authentic Gelateria and sandwich shop a few minutes walk away (tropical ice gelato). Close to metro and buses. Very short walk away from the Borghese gardens. WiFi available. Room is exactly as pictured minus the coffee machine.

Kettle didn’t seem to work properly. Advertised as providing small toiletries however there were two sachets of shampoo and a soap bar only so make sure you take your own toiletries. Could benefit from having an iron available.

very good location there are restaurant ,food store,supermarket within walking distance. Very smooth communication. You can always reach the hosted by whatsapp.

our room is an Irregular size room. feels a bit stuffy. hot water is weak, have to run for 2mins to get hot water.

Very clean and comfortable apartment for a business trip to Rome. The location was excellent: 7 min by bus from Termini or Piazza del Popolo, and 15 min from the main city centre. Villa Borgese is 5 min by foot. Very friendly and helpful host, who was able to respond to requests within 2 min on What's Up - amazing service!

For me everything was perfect! I can imagine that for elderly people the check-in could be somewhat complicated due to the Whats Up based host. But for me everything was very smooth and effective :-) I highly recommend this place

Clean and spacious room in a very silent part of the Rome (which I really appreciate). Most of the places I wanted to visit was 10-15 min drive with the bus. And overall host and place were great.

The staff was very accommodating us arriving before check-in time. The room was spacious and clean.

Since I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, I would love to have had notification, that they use WhatsApp as primary messaging platform. It felt a little shady, when I got the first message without warning. It was impossible to use the common area after dark, since the light switches off automatically after 1 minute.

Great location, a lot of nice places to eat or shopping. Our host gave us good recomendations, thank you. Room was ok, AC worked properly.

Good room/bed. There is a common area with a kitchenette and table, handy for having breakfast. Staff very helpful over WhatsApp. Area full of nice restaurants and bars. Daily cleaning service of the room

The kitchenette is right in front of other rooms, so using it would be noisy for the other guests. On the last day, there was suddenly a bad smell from the bathroom

The room was very nice, the beds extremely comfortable. With the location on the fifth floor and two windows that you can open there was a nice breeze in July and almost no need for AC. The location was convenient for bus transport with only a few stop to Termini and all the attractions. like the Trevi Fountain, etc.. Nice restaurants all around in the neighborhood. The self check was super easy and the housekeeper was very nice.

its hard to think of anything we didn't like, maybe an extra pair of pillows would be nice, but it wasn't a big deal.

Francesco was incredibly responsive over WhatsApp to any questions that we had. We were able to request extra pillows and coffee pods. The air conditioning was also great - kept the room nice and cool but was not noisy at all. The rooms were also well sound-proofed to the outside, so it was nice and quiet. Our room was made up every day like in a hotel and the room was fairly spacious.

Initially we needed to request an extra pillow - I think that all rooms need to have 2 pillows per person, otherwise the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The shower is quite small and the water pressure was fairly weak.

Everything in the accommodation was perfect! We had an amazing stay and there is nothing to complain about, the rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, just like in the photos and the balcony was beautiful. The host is very attentive and even though the communication was only through WhatsApp, he always replied quickly. The location was a bit far from the main tourist attraction however it’s a walkable distance and we loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to Villa Borghese.

It gets a bit loud sometimes when there are people in the shared area however that was not a problem for us.
