This apartment has everything you could expect: excellent location with walking distance to Spanish Steps, friendly and helpful host, 2 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms, basic kitchen facilities, breakfast with fruit to go - great value for money!

Unfortunately, the wall separating the bedrooms seems to be very thin and we could hear everything quite clearly. The people in the other room were not loud, they were just talking normally. Sounds from other apartments and from the street were very quiet so only the wall between the bedrooms was a problem.

Giovanni is so friendly and thoughtful and kind! The space is clean and bright and intimate. Giovanni keeps the mini-fridge stocked with milk and yogurt and coffee and cookies - essentials for me. 🤗 bed was comfy. In the room, there’s complete privacy and a separate lock. There’s also a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and a hairdryer. Easy and convenient! The location is fantastic too.

I am a very private person so having shared common spaces was out of my comfort zone. If renting with a friend, it would be fantastic that each person rent one of the two bedrooms and share the living room/kitchenette area.

The location is wonderful, it’s very well connected and it’s easy to find. I loved the extra touch of hospitality from Giovanni, including the breakfast options and lovely snacks provided at the accommodation. The room was clean, cozy and had everything you may need for a short stay. 😍

The neighbors are a bit noisy, most likely there are a few kids living next door. These are not the other guests from the accommodation, but the neighbors across the wall - so a pair of ear plugs may come in handy 😁

We were well received by the owner, who welcomed us very nicely. The appartment had everything we needed for a couple days in Rome. It was spacious, had good beds and a good location in the city. There were many restaurants in the area and a coffee bar downstairs for breakfast.

The bathroom was not very clean.

The B&B was so comfortable and felt like home! There were two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom facility. The common room had a sofa and TV in addition to the kitchen area. That included refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tea supplies and tons of breakfast and snack items. Giovanni was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. I stayed 5 days and could have happily stayed longer.

Giovanni was a great host, good for communicating and very friendly, he met us late on a Saturday evening which was a great relief and very reassuring. The block of flats is a lovely place to stay in. The apartment was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Also, the food and drink provided was very generous and regularly topped up. It provided the perfect start to the day.

Maybe if it was closer to a Metro station it would've been better, but that s not something the host could control. I can't really complain about the apartment itself.

Both rooms at the B&B are nice and spacious enough. The apartment is really really clean and nice to stay. For breakfast there is something for everyone. The personnel is absolutely friendly and always available. The location at Parioli is really good.

Very nice appartment with a lot of art works. Fresh fruit available, breakfast, drinks. Very clean. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.
