This hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations! I travelled to attend a conference at the university nearby, and I chose this hotel only because it's very close to the conference venue at the first place. As I checked in, I found that the staff here are so so so friendly and considerate! They know every guest, and they do really take care of everyone. On my check-out day, I unfortunately had to leave rather early - even before 5am, yet the staff offered me some breakfast and a macchiato before my departure - a big thank-you; this is so sweet! It was definitely a wonderful experience for me, and I would definitely rebook this hotel when I'm back to Rome! Thank you all!

Staff members were extremely friendly and helpful--exceptional! Above and beyond! It was very quiet, and very close to a bus. The little balcony was lovely. The WiFi was strong and reliable. Good selection of yogurts, cereals, milk. Nice restaurant in the hotel for dinner, good choices.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing--cooked eggs were cold, no whole wheat or multigrain bread, fruit inadequate. Please try to cater more to vegetarians. Also, no fridge in the room was an inconvenience (although they let us use their fridge). Shower flooded easily, and only provided 2 towels for 2 people. The room was quite tiny, even after we paid extra to upgrade to a larger room.

The room and the bathroom were very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was included in our stay, which was quite convenient. The food we ate was tasty and the personnel were always helpful and polite. As for the location, the area around the hotel was quiet and beautiful. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and we will definitely plan to stay there again.

Great value for money! The staff were super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. Everything was smooth. The rooms are simple but have all you need. Breakfast was lovely with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, eggs, bacon, sausages, and plenty of desserts (buns, cakes). It's also easy to get to all the main spots, and the staff gives you all the info you need. Main bus 360 is handy! Thanks!

Classic hotel in the elegant Parioli district of Rome. Kind staff, clean rooms, generous breakfast, 3 parks in walking distance, good public transport.

It’s a general remark, but I don’t like when instead of real duvet blanket with sheet coverage is used, not really comfortable for sleeping. Daytime temperature was very nice, but the hotel room was a bit cold in the evening.

Shower Water pressure,. Room needs a few more amenities like slippers as, it can be very very cold in fall without heat. But overall for price good

Location and breakfasts were excellent. The room was good but came with only one chair for a desk that could accommodate two, and we were two colleagues in the room. The shower was small and rather awkward to use. Other than these matters everything was very good.

Again, the shower was small, but given the design of the room and no doubt the original configuration that conbstrained what was possible, it was good.

The hotel is modest but has everything one needs for a short trip. The breakfast was good and offered a good range of options. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is older but clean.

The coffee machine could be replaced with one that has real coffee beans. Considering the coffee culture in Italy, the coffee at the hotel tasted a bit like instant coffee. This is an aspect for improvement, otherwise, a nice place that provides good value for money.

Polite staff, good breakfast, daily housekeeping, hotel positioned in a nice area.

The heating didn't seem to work, there were blankets instead but they didn't had a sheet and there were a few strands of hair on some of them. Hair dryer was a bit old, was barely blowing out air (could be a problem if you have long hair) and on the ceiling there were a few dust webs.

We loved the position very strategic. Close to the hotel you have the bus n’360 to get to Roma Termini in just half an hour.

Just one thing, the room didn’t have the fridge During summer is very important especially to keep the water fresh
