The 24hr Reception which meant we could find accommodation even in the middle of the night when our flight was delayed for 7 hours and our plans for onwards travel scuppered! A really kind and understanding reception and swift communication. Rooms were lively size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice abundantvand fresh. Again pleasant and very helpful service. Really good value. Will certainly use again.

Not the most inspiring setting, but plenty of parking and excellently placed for motorway and Ciampijo airport.

Just the hygiene and the personnel were very good.

So we didn’t like at all the system regarding AC. Apparently we are not allowed to use this part of comfort in April. The staff said open the window but it was very noisy we couldn’t sleep well.

Comfortable, spacious, nice buffet breakfast with sweet and savory items. Easy parking outside hotel in public lot (free). Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower quarter-door didn't close all the way making the floor wet. Location was about 1 hour from historic Rome via public transport (bus first, then metro). A little complicated but Google maps was helpful and transportation is very cheap (1.50€ for 100 minutes on all pub trans)

Upon entering initially liked the warm and friendly welcome at the front desk, the room was on the 3rd floor. With regards to the room, I can note the cleanliness, comfort and coziness. Daily cleaning, everything is available (refrigerator, hair dryer, personal hygiene products, etc.). It was a pleasure to be in the room and the hotel as a whole.

It would be convenient to put a microwave in the room and also some snacks. Also, the location is not quite close to the center, but getting to the nearest station is not so far.

Hotel close to Rome Ciampino airport and within shopping centre . Mexican resturant next to hotel has delicious food . Conad large retailer perfect lunch menu and the most delicious cakes . Large Ikea behind hotel . Taxi from local Metro was €10 and to airport is approximately €30. Front desk staff really helpful and friendly and the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor from Nigeria was super and so helpful! Decor is funky ! Lovely bath towels.

Shower door inside bath caused quite a bit of water to leak onto the floor ! No kettle in the room for the early morning coffee but one could get coffee downstairs at the bar !

I was on a business trip with my colleague. Due to flight cancellation we couldn't fly back to Germany as planned to reach our business meeting. The very friendly hotel staff provided us uncomplicated and rapidly with any fascility needed so that we could perform our long meeting, remotely. We appreciate their attempt, assistance and flexibility and would be glad to stay at this hotel again during the next business trips in Rome :-)

When I arrived to the hotel, I found another stuff in the reception, I was going to my room to sleep, he ask me about my room number, I found this not respectful from his part, I didn't like it.

Clean, well maintained hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had all you could ask for and more. Shopping area near hotel was nice as well. And others walking distance away

Cannot complain about the hotel, other than difficault to get to without own transport or taxi

Everything but not the electric L plugs and 2in1 bed

1. The bed was very comfortable but made from two singles which if you try to sleep in the middle you will fall down 2. The room it's fitted with plug L tipe with 3 round pins. Couldn't change my phone, laptop etc. Next day used the coffee shops plugs with 2 normal pins 3. Tv doesn't work, not a single channel working it's just for show :))

Breakfast was not very good, limited just to bear minimum and same menu every day. Hotel is overall nice and clean. Comparable to a Comfort Inn in the US.
