Really nice chalet style room that we had just as you come into the driveway. Much more spacious than expected with a hairdryer and all towels/shower gel/soap etc also supplied. There is a phone in the room which connects direct to reception. They were more than happy to make reservations for us at local restaurants aswell as the one on site, they also can call a taxi for you. Breakfast was perfect. Coffee machine and tea bags. Loads to choose from as can be expected of an Italian version of continental breakfast.

The location is a little way from the train station (which we used to go to Rome at around £1 each!!). It’s around a 15 minute walk which I actually knew before booking. I just didn’t know that it’s made more hazardous than should be. The only route is on a very busy road with no path. Crossing the little bridge and then going under the train flyover and around the corner is treacherous!

The rooms were very clean and the people in their Reception were very friendly especially the lady. Very beautiful environment. We didn’t get to see the cleaners but the rooms got tidied up before we came back. One of the group members exclaimed that the facility and the rooms make one feel it more like a home when we checked in. The breakfast featured many varieties and we were very impressed. The dinner was excellent and the stewards were very friendly. Though tip was included in in the bill we still had to personally tip the young guy that served us.

They should refurbish the reception and change the furniture.

The woman who welcomed me was helpful. Ricardo as well. Another staff member gave us advice on how to protect our belongings in Roma subways. The restaurant team members are amazing (breakfast and dinner). The food is very good and I had half board with the room. They should tell customers about the shuttle service they have.

The first room they assigned me was awful. The smell was horrible, There was a continued noise. I don't even know how they can offer this room to customers. Fortunately, they switched me to a much better room 5-6 hours after my check-in.

Pool is nice, some staff members ( especially gentlemen at the bar by the pool who comes in the afternoon!) and breakfast is lovely!!!! Super close to Metro station with free shuttle provided by Hotel👍

Some staff at the reception were " grumpy" and not really helpful, Also the Restaurant is strange! As it says open for lunch but there is no one to serve you and not even the menu provided, so you have to run around and look for someone to help you! But not a big problem as there are some amazing Restaurants in the area

The hotel and room was totally moderate for my family staying for a cultural city visit. Rooms were clean with cozy own gardens though the old hotel complexity. The restaurant is not promising, however breakfast and dinner tasted good. The hotel staff was helpful even though they were usually resisting to smile. They have regular shuttle schedules from and to Cinnecitta train station providing direct commute to the city center. The shuttle was definitely a plus which is mitigating the distance disadvantage. Appreciated for their kindness providing shuttle to my family out of service hours in the late hours.

Coffee was quite bad. Restaurant should be renovated and enlightened with daylight.

The dinner at the restaurant. It was good and as abundant as you wanted it. The staff at the restaurant also very friendly.

They kept my id overnight, i.e., until the check out. This is simply outrageous... Are e-scanners really so expensive nowadays? and if so, can it not be done on a mobile phone? The hotel needs to invest money in the upkeep to maintain the 3 star hotel standard, in my view. This applies to both the common areas of the hotel as well as the rooms. For example, heating (regulation) in the room wouldn't work... The shower missed the door (open on one side) so inevitably the bathroom floor would end up soak and wet. The road getting to the hotel was in terrible shape. The hotel is however not to blame for that probably.

- the rooms are big enough for 2 people - cleaning is done every day - they have a great garden, with beautiful flowers - they offer free rides to the metro station. From there (Cinecitta metro station) you have a direct line to different attractions, such as Fontana di Trevi (Barberini station) or the Vatican. The metro system is straightforward, so even non-English/non-Italian speakers should be able to get everywhere without issues.

- the breakfast options are pretty limited with the same products every day. There are choices, but a bit limited from our perspective. This was the only thing that downgraded a bit our experience.

I booked here because we had a 06.15 flight and it was close to the airport. The receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful, booked a taxi and the transfer was easy. The free, timed, shuttle to the metro station made it easy and quick to get into Rome. There was shuttle back from the metro in the evening but the bus, 520 I think, from the metro meant we could return any time we liked. There was just a few minutes walk at the end. Breakfast was an enjoyable standard buffet.

Most of the pool was very deep which my grandsons didn't like. They still went in but stayed close to one end.

the room with terrace was perfect for us and our dog. the breakfast is good but could be improved with more savoury options

the edge around the terrace didn't allow us to set free our dog as he'd be able to go through and run around loose. persistent sewer smell in the bathroom it's not clear what kind of pets are allowed and what's the cost
