We liked the location - a 20-30 minute walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum and Fontana di Trevi. Just across the bridge, there are lively bars of Trastevere for the younger crowd, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel receptionists are wonderful and very welcoming. We recommend this hotel for its hospitality, location and value for money.

24 hour reception who were helpful. The location is great. Walking distance to Trastevere and the neighbourhood has nice bars and shops. Very safe to walk around at night. The nearest hop on, hop off bus station is a 20 minute stroll. Highly recommended for a leisure stay in Rome, to feel like a local.

The next door guest bathroom, you can hear the flushhing of toilet and showe runningr. To be honest, it never woke us up, only hearing it when we were awake. I would stay again!

Staff were lovely and helpful. Everywhere was clean. Access was via a portable ramp and through an electric gate which needed to be opened by staff so was a bit cumbersome to come and go as a wheelchair user, but staff were happy to assist

The location is fantastic, a few minutes walk to Campo de’ Fiori and Trastevere with excellent food. The bed is comfortable to sleep in and the room is clean, towels are changed every day. The staff is very friendly :) We recommend

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and clean. He had to request a shower chair and it was already there when we arrived.

It's a bit far away from the sightseeing for disabled people, but it was easy walking if you are not in a wheelchair .

So sad we only had 2 nights here! The hotel is great, comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, the best is the location it’s in such a great location in walking distance to everywhere you want for amazing food and drinks. Highly recommend this hotel

Rooms are very comfortable and adequately furnished with most amenities present. Nice and modern furnitures, very clean overall... Presence of bidet and rainbow shower in the bathroom was a very nice surprise. Good closet space with plenty of wooden hangers... Staff was exceptionally warm and friendly, yet very professional. Biggest surprise was, bird sounds from the courtyard were with us during our entire stay and this was very very pleasant in a city like Roma.

AC couldn't be controlled from inside the room and every time it was to be on/off, we had to call the reception for them to turn it on/off. Breakfast needed improvement, especially in terms of fresh bread, cheese selection and mueslix. Quite good coffee though.

Excellent location: Trastevere, Campo dei Fiori, piazza Navona, Pantheon, the Jewish district are in a walking range. Excellent finishings: the hotel is small but brand new and very clean. The whereabouts is the old Rome city centre. The location might look uninviting for somebody who is not familiar with Rome, but it is only an impression: the hotel is close to the Ministry of Justice, consulates, bars, restaurants...

The hotel is located in the courtyard of an existing building and it is not visible from the road. As it is new, the taxi driver did not know it existed. At first I thought I had made a mistake... As a suggestion, the access plan could be added to the hotel's website.

The staff were soo helpful and friendly, every single staff member we spoke to were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you eg getting us more sugar and tea bags in the middle of the night, showing us where to go for dinner, booking taxis etc. The room was so clean and nice, toiletries and air con. Location was perfect for popping over to traveste for dinner or about a 20/25 min walk to Trevi fountain and colosseum.

Only downside was no safe in the room but I felt comfortable and safe leaving our stuff in our room, the cleaner didn’t restock our tea and coffee stuff but as said above reception staff were more than accommodating replacing this when asked

great location and lovely staff who we’re always happy to help. they let us check in early because the room was ready which was great after an early flight. some great bars and restaurants nearby plus laundromats and supermarkets. close to bus lines but also close enough to walk everywhere if you are happy to in the heat which is what we did.

quite noisy with the other rooms. we could hear our loud neighbours having showers/talking etc. aircon was a bit weird as no control from the room and you have to call reception to get it changed- it always felt too hot for us at night.
