The location was really nice, close to the Trastevere centre where all the life happens but far enough so there was peace and quiet. Some nice places to eat just couple of metres away, very close to the Porta Portese and the street market. The apt was clean and had AC, which was a life saver as the days we spent there were extremely hot.

There is a little problem with humidity in the room and the bathroom but I guess it comes with the weather conditions. The wi-fi was not great - we didn't mind much but if somebody needed it, for example, for work - it might be annoying.

The property more than lived up to our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. The decor and furniture were of a high quality. It was a good size bedroom and bathroom. It was a lovely haven for an afternoon siesta away from the Rome heat! The location was great too, very close to bus and tram stops and a short walk from the bustling Trastevere, but the property was in a quiet spot that is set away from the main roads.

A bit of walk from the Trastevere centre. No reception desk. Small hot water tanks in both bathrooms. No lounge area. No closet / hook / drawers in the smaller bedroom.

Easy checkin, cute room, comfy bed, nice toiletries. There’s a cute little lounge where you can hang out, and welcome drinks. Also good coffee (Nespresso style machine) in the room. The staff was responsive and friendly, and offered to store our bags, which was very helpful. The hotel is set back from the street a bit, in a small cluster of buildings with a courtyard in the middle, so you really don’t get any street noise at all, so that was nice too. Very close to the tram, so easy to get around.

Just a personal preference, I don’t really like being on the ground floor, which this was. If not for that, we would have stayed longer.

Good location, with a bus stop right at the door step and the tram was 2 min walk away. The metro is 10 min walk away or directly link by the 8 number tram: You can use the metro from airport heading to Trastevere (8 euro) and then catch the tram number 8 to the guest house. p.s: you can buy your sims only at the metros and the one at Trastevere was open only till 1pm. So buy yours at the airport and make sure to scratch the entire card for pin, which you need to use to unlock the sim. Get all the instructions from them. it doesn’t have a balcony and the the window is boarded up till a certain level. if you want to sit out and read or work, this won’t be an option for you. there are cafe around though.

We had a really great stay at Lighthouse Suites, very comfortable and extremely clean. The room size was perfect and good value for money. Self check in works well and free tea and coffee much appreciated. The location is handy especially for exploring Trastevere!

No clear communication about City Tax ahead of time, and asked for cash only the day before leaving which was unexpected. This could have been communicated to us more clearly.

A bit of walk (10min) to Trastevere centre. No reception desk. A bit of wear and tear.

Quiet and comfortable. Very clean. Right by the number 8 tram stop to get to Rome centre in 10 minutes. Free drinks in fridge and use of a small kitchen.

A bit difficult to find. Suggest you use Google maps and when you get close ring the contact number to get directions. It's through big wooden doors in an apartment block and then through a garden. This means it is quiet and feels safe though.

The host is amazing and was extremely helpful, attentive, and communicative. Definitely will return and stay here, great experience. You won't regret it!

Exactly what was shown in the pics, and the best part was the communication from the host. Extremely professional and attentive.

The suite is part of three in the property and I had Suite #3. The location is super great because the tram and bus are right outside the main door. The suite itself is spacious and welcoming: excellent bed, and nice amenities. The bathroom is beautiful.

My only complaint would be the light, because I love natural outdoor lighting, and there was only one window high in the stone wall. So it was all artificial light.
