I loved the hosts. They were very helpful and friendly. The instructions to get to the hotel from the airport were precise and easy to follow. It was very easy to get there from the airport by train and then a short tram ride. Room was clean, big and comfortable. There was heating, which was great to warm up the room in the evenings. I was given a wonderful itinerary of places to visit throughout the city My favourite part was wandering around the streets of Trastevere at different times of the day.

The street was very noisey. But hotel is on a Main Street so to be expected. Breakfast is very simple with mainly packet food items.

You will be welcomed by the warmest, friendliest hosts at this well positioned B&B. Only a few bus stops straight up the street from Trastevere Station and an easy walk to absolutely everything that Trastevere and central Rome has to offer (but just out of the hustle and bustle). As a solo, older, female traveller I felt super comfortable, safe and secure staying here. I had a balcony room with Cafe table and chairs outside to watch the street life. After sightseeing all day it was lovely to relax on the big, comfy bed and watch a movie. If you're too tired to go far to eat there's a bar (cafe), pizza restaurant, Japanese Ramen House, Italian Regional Gourmet food store and a mini market all downstairs. I ended up spending an entire week at this B&B, I loved it and will stay here again.

The room was very comfortable with good wifi, nice shower with hot water, comfy bed, and convenient desk. I liked the kitchenette where I could get espresso or tea whenever I wanted, as well as yogurt and sweet cakes to start the morning or as a snack. Fabio was always helpful and the room was cleaned regularly. The location is really good - it is easy to walk to a lot of places in Trastevere and I even walked to the center of Rome. Alhough there are bus stops on the same street the b&b is on and it is 20 minutes walk to the train station at Roma Trastevere. There is a mini market for essentials very close by and many great places to get food and drink. Fabio was very helpful during check-in and provided good recommendation for exploring Rome, and was equally helpful at check-out.

Incredibly clean and renovated rooms that defied all expectations. Large and comfortable bed. Quiet and pleasant, in a fantastic location with easy access to buses and tramways. Lively neighborhood, with plenty of places to go and even live music in the streets. Tons of breakfast and other food options.

Only real negative is that the WiFi, while functional, was often spotty and randomly slow despite being in the room closest to the router, but it was never out completely. Then again, even mobile internet in Italy struggled, so not much to be done about it.

It was really warm and welcoming for us. The room is adequate. It’s very clean. The breakfast is nice. The staff is very friendly and nice. Fabio recommended lots of different places and things to do during our stay in Rome. The location is perfect, we merely walked everywhere.

I don’t know if it’s possible but, it would be really nice if we had something hot to eat in the morning, such as eggs, toast, etc. Everything about the room was great, but the thing bothered me the most was that there was no slippers despite the cold floors.

Wow! The host was truly amazing, it was like seeing an old friend! He helped us a lot and gave so many good advises about where to go and which bus to take. Always took the time needed and with a big smile! We really appreciated talking with him! Easy access to the rest of the city with bus lines and tram just outside Trastevere Rooms. Walking distance to the center of Trastevere and only 20-30 minutes walk (depending on how fast you walk) to the Piazza Venezia close to Forum Romanum and Colosseum. My only choice when going to Rome, I will return! Arrivederci😀

Friendliest staff ever! Very welcoming and attentive. Location is great, very close to everything - walking distance to main attractions as well as pretty streets of Farnese and Trastevere. Trainstation close by, bustop is right there when you step out to the street. Street is busy and can be a bit noisy, didn't bother me, but You are light sleeper you probably bring earplugs anyway. Coffee & snacks available 24/7. Extra value: a superb and detailed guide to attractions, that are not necessarily considered your "MUST SEE" list if visiting Rome for the first time, but will certainly take You to less crowded and similarly or more interesting places! Good location in Trastevere district, bars and restaurants near. 20 minute walk over bridge into ancient Rome city. Comfortable room, undisturbed sleep, convenient access to kitchen area for snacks and drinks. Photo from Treefolk pub nearby. Friendly team - thanks.

Minor issue in morning to find kitchen area had run out of tea and cups, stock in cupboard would be appreciated.

- I first planned to stay here in May and the cancellation process was very difficult - you needs 4 keys to access to room, which can be a bit complicated

The room has everything necessary, a nice balcony with a good view. The location is perfect for exploring Rome. All guests are offered self-service breakfast (tea, coffee, juice, yogurt, croissants and other snacks), which is not time-limited as we understood, so you can grab a snack at any time. Communication from the host was good, and we were allowed to check in later in the evening without additional fees.

It would be nice to have some shampoo in the bathroom (there was soap and shower gel though). Also, as other people, mentioned, there is just a little bit of mold above the shower and under the window, but that is probably more of a building construction problem, and not a cleaning issue.
