What a nice gem! Yes, it is old, but so is all of Rome! The room was spacious by European standards. Kept very clean by the staff. Can't say enough about the professionalism and assistance of the staff. Would like to say a special thanks to Uri and Saha who helped in every detail and did so with genuine caring. The breakfast buffet is simple, but very convenient, although we did not use it. We will definitely come back and stay at the unique and special place. Makes you feel like home away from home. The veranda area is so charming to sit and peacefully enjoyable, morning, afternoon or evening.

The WiFi is weak on the balcony, but ok for general use.

Loved staying in Trastevere, so convenient to amazing restaurants (Mimi e Coco is our favorite) and sights to see in Rome. The staff were so friendly and helped us out with an ironing board. The place was clean and tidy. There was street noise, but not bad at all for being in a big city. Nothing a few ear plugs couldn’t drown out. Unfortunately we never tried the breakfast as with summer heat we tried to get out early, before breakfast was served, so we could come back during the hottest part of the day. Finally, having AC was essential. Being able to take a break from the heat made it possible for us to do so much more. The split AC cooled the room down quick so you could turn it off when you headed out.

It wasn’t a big deal, but it wasn’t the most comfortable bed, but it did the job.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout our whole stay. The location of the hotel also is perfect as it is on a quiet street but within 5min walk you are in the area with all the restaurants and night life. They also have an amazingly beautiful balcony with a great view, plenty of space and plants for a magical feeling in Rome. The rooms were kept clean at all times and really if there were any questions or needs the staff was more than welcome to help right away. Definitely recommend this place!

Honestly everything was good

We really liked the location. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The manager was very helpful and there was another member of staff on site at all times who was also very helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the room where it was served, up on the first floor, looked bright and welcoming and there was an attractive terrace. Guests were welcome to sit out there in the evening too.

The shower was small - a bit hard for a medium-sized person to manoeuvre in the cublicle, and a shelf or tray to put soap or shampoo on would have made a big difference (it had to go on floor and there wasn't really room to bend down to pick it up). The window looked out onto other windows and a lift shaft all very close by - nothing awful but unattractive.

I knew in advance that a breakfast of €5 was not going to be a feast….but it was adequate. At least I was able to eat it outside on the terrace and was on a daily buy it or not basis so that was fine.

Basic but completely adequate for a city break. Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. Very good value for money Trastevere has an edgy bohemian feel to it but don’t let that put you off. Great vibe. There’s a bar just 200metres from the hotel that is great fun. Excellent value for breakfast and those cups of coffee to get the day started. Would return most definitely

Nothing in particular

The location was good, with a lot of good restaurants nearby. It was only a short walk to get to some of the most popular places in the city, such as the Pantheon. Room number five was great, pretty spacious and we loved that we could easily access the beautiful terrace. A small and cozy hotel with a good atmosphere. The staff were helpful and friendly. Would recommend to stay here for sure!

I really liked this hotel. It was small, but very clean and had everything I needed (coffee making facilities in room - always a bonus for me). The man on the front desk was really nice and friendly, and it was fantastic value for money. I particularly liked the roof terrace (I had doors from my room opening onto it) and the location: while not central (Trastavere), I managed to walk easily to all the main sites and plenty of buses from there (plus it was easy for me to get to/from Ciampino and Fumicino). It was really nice staying in Trastavere and there are loads of bars and restaurants in the area (and right next to this hotel). The decor was a bit dated but the room was very clean and it did not cost much. I will definitely stay here again.

Employees were really nice and helpful, always available even during their rest time. they kept our bags even after check-out, so we could spend our last visit day without carrying our bags. Location in Trastevere (dining and living area) is great, 20 min walk from main tourist areas. Terrasse was really appreciated!

Noise of the heater, window not really isolated (cleaning cars are parked in front of the hotel) and pillows a bit to thin (but this is a detail).
