Great location: there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a large grocery store on Trastevere Street. It's a 10-minute walk to the Tiber River, where you'll find beautiful views and a promenade lined with cafes and souvenir shops. The city center is about a 30-minute walk away, but you can also take a bus — the stop is close by. The room has everything you need: comfortable mattresses, air conditioning (a bit noisy), a coffee machine and kettle, and a refrigerator. There were no issues with hot water. The staff is great — they respond quickly to messages. We had a late check-in, and they provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to check in on our own.

The room was clean and had all the essentials. The bathroom was fully functional and clean, with soap provided. There was also a capsule instant coffee machine in the room. We received the key conveniently from a box without any human interaction. In the morning, we paid the tourism tax at the reception. The price-to-quality ratio was excellent, making it suitable for non-demanding guests staying for one or a few nights. Basic accommodation. Location very good though, near the botanical gardens (with a walk up to the hill) and in the Trastevere district with lots of restaurants and small marketplaces (on different piazzas). Also, right on the other side of the street there's a nice restaurant/bar/small cinema.

Walls and doors are very thin, allowing sounds to pass through easily. Our room had a window opening to a rather dark courtyard.

The location is perfect, very close to Trastevere and its great bars and restaurants The staff is extremely polite and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and always clean.

The only complaint I have is that the shower would turn cold after just a few minutes, which was a bit annoying, but otherwise everything was perfect.

- We stayed in a Superior Room for 2 adults and a child. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had a mix up of how our booking was relayed over to them, this led to some incorrect allocation of rooms. This was promptly fixed. - The bed was comfortable. Room has a kettle and a expresso machine with coffee pods and tea. - Bathroom was modern and the shower worked as expected. There is a hand shower and a rainfall shower. The flow of water from the shower was quite good. Room was cleaned every other day although they do accomodate if you want it daily. - Locker is provided which is handy. - This property is on the ground floor within a block of flats. It is difficult to locate on your own; but the hosts are very helpful in giving directions. - This inn is close to a few good restaurants, a french patisserie and bus stops. Most journeys to the old part of town and Roma Transtevere train station take only 20min. - Can stay here again if the rooms fit the right budget.

- Lack of storage space in the cupboard. There was a very tall cupboard, but no shelves. Whatever accessible space there is, it was occupied by some sofa cushions which the host used as storage. I found this most inconvenient. This can be easily fixed by the host. - The shower cubicle was small, not enough room to use the hand shower without banging on the glass. I would not call this a deal breaker. - Air conditioning unit is old was not able to sufficiently cool down our room. The other room that we had did have a modern AC unit which cooled the room down very well. This seems to be a general issue in Rome where the temp setting on ACs is maintained quite high.

The room was pleasant and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and provided good tips about the surrounding area.

The bathroom could do with an upgrade - the shower head was leaky and the toilet flush was not working properly. Not big issues at all but with these improvements the stay would have been perfect!

The staff was superb! Very polite and helpful at all times, including before the check in. The room and the bathroom had heater working 24h. We had a courtesy espresso waiting for us, amazing! Regarding the room`s size it was ok, exactly how I had seen in the pictures, wi-fi worked just fine. The localization is incredible, close to amazing restaurants, bars, and markets. I`ll definitely stay again and I recommend 100%!

The front door is a bit loud, but they added a door holder, the client just need to be respectful and not close loudly.

Everything went smoothly, including the self check-in process. The staff was readily available on WhatsApp to assist whenever needed. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and there aren’t many nearby options, but considering it’s Rome, I still found it to be excellent value for money

It was clean and comfortable with all amenities you could need. There was always someone on the end of whattsapp.

The location is perfect! I enjoyed the area and its restaurants and cafes. It is also very close to the city center and the most attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The towels and bed sheets were perfectly clean and white.

My room was rather dark, the window overlooked the yard and was closed with some kind of shutters. Some renovation to the room would be nice, it is rather old (not in a good way). The walls in the bathroom and in the room were a little dirty.

Great location, beautiful building and surroundings. The room was clean although a little worn out. Bed was good. We got around very easily by tram and bus. Great stay, thank you!
