Location is excellent. Easy access to different scenarios. Staffs are all great. Very helpful and understandable. Breakfast is great. Restaurants around are all provided delicious food and not expensive. Absolutely recommend to everyone.

They are all exceptional great. Nothing to dislike.

Conveniently located in Trastevere area. We were greeted by a sweet lady that took us up to our room. They had a little elevator which made it nice to get our luggage up. It was easy to walk over the river to all the sites in Rome. Friendly and helpful staff. They provided a nice little breakfast with yummy croissants, yogurt, cereal, to name a few. Another lovely lady prepared it and was so sweet!! Very comfortable beds!!! This is a must as you will be dead tired from walking the beautiful cobblestone streets in Rome! The gentleman there collected our luggage from our room and stored them on check out day so we could go see the sites. Once we returned they were so gracious to allow us to stay in their waiting area until time to leave. They booked a taxi to take us to the train station. Again, the staff were so friendly and hospitable!! The atmosphere was clean, cute, small, but comfortable. Definitely would stay there again!!

Rooms were a little small but met our needs as we only slept there.

All the staffs are the nicest and friendliest I've ever met. Patricia, Olivia, the filipino guy so sorry i forgot his name but he was so nice as well. They served breakfast as well. A light breakfast but good. And the best part is that the lady i forgot her name she made sure to refill everything. Very attentive to the guests. So, yes the thing i like about in this hotel is their superb service. So for me it is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was here in Rome last year as well but this is thr friendliest and has a superb service Oh and the vicinity as well is perfect. Because there are a lot of restaurants nearby and at night the place are so lively and you feel a happy vibes..

I wish that there's at least a mini ref inside the room. Because Rome is really hot. And when it is hot like this you tend to like to drink a really really cold drink. So, it will help you cool down. Bathroom/shower room, i wish it is a bit bigger.

This is a well located hotel close to transportation and nice restaurants. It is a walkable area and having been to Rome a number of times, now my favorite area. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room staff were excellent and so helpful. The reception staff were always available with direction, ideas for restaurants etc etc. I liked my room but is was very small, everything was available in the room but even for one person (it was a single room) it was tight. Will definitely stay there again but will check for a larger room. I found staying at Hotel Trastevere was like staying with family, a lovely experience.

Leaving, would have been nice to stay longer

The breakfast was great. Cereal,pastries,meats,hard boiled egg,cheese,coffee,juice. Best part about this place is the staff. Elena, the breakfast server and Sylvia at the reception were exceptional. So helpful and friendly. Location was really good, we only took taxi when we arrived from Trastevere station (€22)and left to go to Roma Termini(€15) and to go to Vatican for an early morning tour (€21). Everywhere else, all the major attractions, we walked, including walking back from the Vatican, the Colosseum, Spanish Steps etc. Trastevere is a great place to stay. So many restaurants and bars to choose from.

Not the hotel’s fault but there were a group of teenagers right below our window, talking and laughing loudly and being teenagers in general late at night, two nights in a row. Shower a little small, but that’s Europe in general.

Hotel was in the mecca of the food district Trastevere, a healthy walking distance to most popular sightseeing locations, shops, easy access to public transport. Hotel was basic yet extremely clean, had all the necessities, basic but good breakfast variety, and lovely friendly, kind accommodating and helpful staff. I lost the key to the padlock on my suitcase and the staff helped me break the lock and were kind enough to give me a new padlock so my belongings were safe on my next journey.

In my opinion, the Hotel is located perfectly so that one only has a 30 minute walk to most of the places. Very easy to find & the Hotel is located near very good restaurants & a 2 minute walk from the area i Trastevere where most people spend their evenings. The staff was so kind & incredibly helpful with anything that I may have needed help with. Would without a doubt stay there again when I come back to Rome!

The breakfast could have been more than it was, but whatever that was served was still good! :)

Staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure we had breakfast even though we left early one day. Helped us get around the city, suggested an alternative route to Vatican which was much more scenic. Breakfast was wonderful. It was in a great location-all the main attractions were within a 25 minute walk and we always felt safe. The room was clean and plenty large for the 3 of us, we were able to get a room with 3 single beds which was great. Great value for the wonderful experience.

Wouldn't change anything, everything was absolutely perfect.

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded any expectations we had. The property owners were there and helped in any way they could to make our stay incredible including where to visit and how to get around Rome. Breakfast was included and was incredible with fresh breakfast items and coffees including cappuccinos. The owners were there during breakfast to bring us coffees and any other requirements we needed. The hotel was very clean and well maintained including the rooms. The location was wonderful in Trastavere and access to the main tourist sites were at most 35 minutes away walking distance, which was also nice. We felt as we were part of their family and we were well taken care of.

There is nothing to dislike. The only suggestion I would make is a small fridge in the room but that did not bother us at all. Not even one complaint.

The location was excellent - we were given a map and detailed explanations to walk the city to visit the sights. Delicious suggestions for meals within walking distance were given and taken. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this location.
