The room was spacious (by European standards) with a beautiful bathroom and lots of room to hang things and open suitcases. The location was fantastic - easy access to public transit and tons of bars and restaurants, and, despite being next to a restaurant and busy area, there wasn't a lot of noise. Inside of the building was also super quiet. Bed was comfortable, wifi was great and Antonio was super responsive and clear in his communication. There was a great kitchen/public area, which we didn't use but would have been nice to have if we were staying longer than 36 hours. Vouchers for coffee and cornetto (standard Italian breakfast) at a cafe around the corner was close and easy. Not sure why people complain in reviews about lack of eggs/juice/etc. for breakfast in a country where coffee and a pastry are the standard breakfast. Service at the cafe was great and sitting outside was lovely. I'm a "ask a lot of questions" girl, and he always responded quickly and helpfully.

My partner and I were delighted with our stay at this accommodation, the location was perfect for a fun and lively stay with lots of exploring and great places to eat. The building is beautiful and the room has everything you need for a lovely comfortable stay, especially in the heat. The breakfast that was included was lovely, we had our croissant, coffee and orange juice each morning to start our day. It was just beautiful and I would recommend anyone visiting Rome to snap up this little gem! Thank you for our stay, we loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at Antonio's apartment! He was an amazing host, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and adjusting the check-in time to fit our schedule. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and fridge, making it feel like home away from home. The location was also perfect, situated in a charming area just a short distance from the city center. I would highly recommend Antonio's place to anyone visiting Rome - it was truly the best place we stayed during our trip!

Location location location! Large rooms, Grt kitchen area. Aircon in a heat wave. Superb staff - we locked ourselves out of one of the bedroom and staff came to help promptly - very kind. Very comfortable beds, modern bathroom. Very clean

Showers were a hazard we felt - such slippery base. Would make it safer to have a grip rail added to shower wall. Aircon was not overly efficient

Great location in the heart of Trastevere. Communal kitchen was nice to be able to access, cleaning woman was excellent and friendly.

As usual in busy historic centers, parking is mostly at garages and there is one about 10 min walk from the property. Also you need to do many stairs as it is on the higher level of the building so just be prepared for that.

The location was perfect. The host Antonio was in touch before we arrived and made sure we were met on arrival. The cleaning lady was there every day and made sure all was kept in fantastic condition. The kitchen outside the room was a bonus and meant we could leave drinks in the fridge and if we wanted a snack we could do. Breakfast in the cafe opposite was a bonus and started the day off beautifully. Had a problem with the air con but Antonio was there the next morning and sorted it out. We would definitely stay again, location had restaurants close by. Lovely few days 🙂

Everything worked and was beautifully clean and we were given breakfast vouchers which was a bonus. Location is good - would love to visit again. Having a kitchen with a fridge was good and a small fridge in the bedroom

No shelf in shower to put soap or shampoo - shower temperature can be a bit difficult - goes from hot to cold when you are showering. Check out at 10am and there is no-where to store luggage.

Everything was perfect. Room exactly as described and the pictures on booking.com site. Location perfect - easy access to all bus routes to get to the centre of Rome. Lots of restaurants near by - special mention to the restaurant right next door to the apartment building - Alle Fratte Di Trastevere. Continental breakfast was also included at a local restaurant across the street. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very reasonable, good clean room, Antonio, our host let us check in early, provided breakfast voucher for very close restaurant, as well as complimentary espresso. Within a short walking distance of many restaurants, stores, and the river.

Walking up to the 3rd floor, but well worth it. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy at first but was actually a great little area. Don't let the graffiti in the neighborhood fool you!

This is an apartment with two bedrooms that are rented out, which the owner makes very clear when renting. We had our own private bathroom within our bedroom. We didn't visit the livingroom area or kitchen area during our 1 night stay. Our bedroom and bathroom were immaculate and looked new. We were exhausted when we arrived so after walking around the corner from our building to a nice pizza restaurant, we fell out in the comfortable bed for a wonderful nights sleep.
