That we could walk to some of the main attractions in Rome

That it have just the fix head shower and not the phone type , it is important for women to be able to wash well . The smell on the bathroom .I did not like it at all sorry Other than this it need a sign to let guest know they are in a correct place when arrive at BB Danillo. near Gilda shop I recommend to call at propriety for some one to come pick up to teach you how to pass true all the gates . Ewer stay was smooth .we enjoy a drink on the balcony we even had 1 romantic dinner (we are newly weds) I recommend if you do not search lux , just a comfy bed , balcony and a comunal retro kitchen with what you need for few days !

I liked that they had a tram so close we could Hope on and get to piazza Venezia in 3 stops and then walk around Rome which made us feel safe coming home. Nice walk to the Tiberius river and bakery downstairs and supermarket very handy. He had a wonderful and accomodating driver that picked us up and stop off at airport and anything else we needed with reasonable fee. The coffee machine Danilo has on the kitchen is amazing flavour and he provides such good breakfast items to help yourself . Very good

Only thing nothing bathroom in my room but knew from beginning the situation but cannot complain at all.

Location is fantastic. Lovely patio. Authentic Italian apartment. Super helpful, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating staff. Clean room, with cleaning service every day. Beds were comfortable with enough pillows and blankets. AC and shower worked fine. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable.

It’s an older apartment and naturally needs some repairs/upkeep. Bedroom door frame was loose, could use a towel rack/hook in the bathroom. A few more fresh croissants or muffins for breakfast on some days would be lovely. There’s not a TV or mini-fridge in the room (there’s a community kitchen with fridge), but that is part of the authenticity.

The host was extremely welcome to accommodate the earlier arrival time. Location is great. Room is sufficiently big and balcony is great.

Nothing that is significant enough, I would gladly stay here again. Two details that could be better: Shower is glitchy, sometimes the water temperature changes by its own (between very hot and very cold) and makes it difficult to shower at the constant water temperature. Also toilet is very loud, which is especially noticeable if you use it during the night.

Danilo super communicative and accommodating. Very knowledgeable of his town as soon as I got there (being my first time in Rome ) he gave me a map and show me all of the points of interest and how to get to all of them. Everything was within walking distance, and even helped me find some extra ones I had on mind. Spacious room with everything you need in it. Nice shower, air conditioning and yes ladies very good lighting for make up looks. I felt very safe during my stay and never had any problems with noises from other guest. He provided various options for a quick breakfast.

I had a great stay at BB Danilo in August 2023 (apologies for not having completed this review earlier). This was my first trip to Italy on my own and I could not have chosen anywhere better to stay. Danilo was so welcoming and kind, giving me lots of information and advice when I arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a small balcony. Breakfast was very good, everything you would ask for. Trastevere is such a good area to stay, plenty of restaurants, travel links and walking access to almost all the key sights (I do not think I have ever achieved so many steps on my Fitbit😂!) I could not recommend BB Danilo highly enough and would definitely want to return on my next visit to Rome.

This accommodation has great owners, Cristina was very nice and helpful. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is definitely the location, from where it is possible to get everywhere in a short distance, there is a bus and tram stop nearby. The place was clean, the surroundings are pleasant. For a romantic trip for two, this accommodation is probably not, but for exploring the city you can't find anything better in terms of value for money.

• Location is unbeatable - walking distance to tourist highlights & in the centre of Trastevere for culinary delights & night life. (Just 2mins to delicious Osteria Nannarella!) • I love we had access to kitchen for making our own coffee, breakfast & using the fridge as we liked. You can feel relaxed and free here. • Although in busy area everything was so quiet for sleeping & AC was top (it was 38°C when we visited). • Danilo was a DREAM HOST! We came for my husbands 40th Birthday and he gave me the best recommendations to create a perfect long weekend. Great communication - clear instructions/info, fast trust, always available to answer questions (with patience & friendliness!) and just super simpatico! We had a late flight home and, as there were no new bookings, we were allowed to keep the room free of charge. Many, many thanks again Danilo!!

The location is great. In Trastever you can find many restaurants and bars where you can go in the evening and it's very nice because there are many people outside enjoying the night (but you cannot hear anything from the room so it's not loud). The location is also good to be reached from the airport and to move around in Rome. Either with buses, scooters or walking you can get anywhere you want. The room was nice. Pretty big and with a balcony. Also the bathroom was quite big and with all comfort. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Wi-fi also working properly. Great communication with Danilo who is a very good host, flexible and great at supporting his guests.

The only thing that I would prefer is the bathroom in the room or connected privately.

Danilo is a fantastic host! He met us at check in and gave a great rundown of how to get around town and nearby recommendations. The Trastevere neighborhood is fantastic if you want to have great food and drink right outside your door. Bed was comfy and the shared kitchen is stocked with breakfast items, coffee, and tea.

The room was a little small so we didn't spend a lot of time there besides using it as our homebase. But it's Rome! Who's hanging out in their hotel the whole time anyways.
