Location of the property is super for those who truly love Trastevere, it’s just on the boulevard with easy connection to buses, tram and even by foot it’s around half an hour to piazza Venezia. B&B located on second floor of living beautiful building with elevator, independent entrances to the building and to B&B itself, very comfortable. Inside you have kitchen room with sofas, coffee/tea machine, fruits/cake for everyone to sit, relax- super cozy! Room was spacious, with big bathroom, big bed with good mattress, clean, water and juice in the fridge, some nice snacks for free. They give you coupon for hot drink + croissant in the nearby cafe where perfect breakfast selection and you can buy something else delicious to make your breakfast complete)

Only one thing I can remember- not so fast wi-fi and a bit shivering feeling from tram passing the street, but not annoying.

Great location, very clean, room tidying every day, Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant) in nearby coffee shop included, snacks, cake and water available and refilled every day.

This is not a critic, just information. Building is on the main street where tram passes by. When it passes you can feel it very much in building. We didn’t mind after 3-4 trams, we got used to it. 😊But someone who has poor sleep could maybe wake up or have problems to get asleep.

This property was immaculate and located in the perfect area of Travestere for sightseeing and experiencing the area. Alberto was extremely helpful and met us when we arrived with a map and circled all the things we were wanting to see and gave us tips on how best to get to them. The room had a mini fridge stocked daily with waters and juice and snacks. The A/C worked perfectly and the bedding was comfortable. I would 100% book this room again on my next trip and recommend it to others. The whole stay was lovely and perfect!

The location is perfect! Alberto was very responsive via WhatsApp and very helpful. The cleaner was also very friendly.

The room we had in comparison to others was very basic. Unfortunately, the other rooms were not available so we stuck to this one and went ahead with the booking due to the location. Every time we used the toilet, sink or shower there was a really loud drainage/ washer noise (not sure if this is usually the case in Italy?) also along with the noise, it followed with unfortunately a very bad foul smell which was unpleasant. The bed was not comfortable and we woke up everyday with a new insect bite- not sure where they had come from as our window was always closed so we can only think bed bugs? :(

Great room, lovely host, complimentary snacks, water, orange juice every day in the room. Also coffee, cake and fruit in the kitchen. The rooms have a good size, very clean and comfy. They get cleaned every day. Great heating/AC. Right in Trastevere, my favorite part of Bella Roma with restaurants, bars and a lovely atmosphere.

Perfect location, room was clean and cosy. Communication with the host excellent. I really appreciated the kitchen, where we could make a coffee. For breakfast we received a voucher for a coffee and croissant at the cafe nearby. I would definitely reccomend this accomodation :)

Only negative issue was that we could hear the people from the other rooms smacking the doors.

Great location. Excellent reception by a friendly host. The place had everything we needed and was tidy.

The bakery where we had breakfast - Giselda - was mostly crowded and staff there (except for the cashier) were barely polite and friendly. Pastries were not always fresh for clients like us from b&b.

It’s very unique and nicely decorated. The place gives a cozy, Italian vibe. The owner provide delicious fruits and pastry in the bedroom and kitchen. There are also complementary coupons for breakfast at an near by Cafe. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood.

It will take about 20 minute walk to the Metro or Tourist sites.

It is a B&B with 5 rooms. Building was a bit historical and unique with an old-fashioned elevator. Alberto speaks very good English and was helpful about the area. Location was okay, on the main street with a bus stop nearby. The communal kitchen was useful, they offer free tea/coffee/cake. We stayed in a room with private bathroom, our room was clean and large. There is a bazaar on every Sunday, at 5 mins walking distance.

Breakfast was served on a crowded nearby cafe , 1 pastry and 1 coffee(options were limited). Noisy if you open windows.

We had a wonderful time in accommodation at Dulcis in Fundo. The room is just like in the pictures, everything is neat and clean. Alberto helped us with everything, including transportation to the airport, and even let us check in earlier than expected. The location is perfect, all the good restaurants and bars were in the area. Thanks for everything, we'll come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone!
