Hotel was modern, clean, fantastic rooftop terrace for breakfast. Staff were all super friendly.

Airconditioning was not available due to the Unahotels governance boards ESG stance, in support of the Italian governments Operation Thermostat (Not mandated for hotels). While I agree with the principle, they should not then be advertising the rooms as having airco, and should be passing on the energy saving costs to the customers.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It might be a bit of a walk to the main tourist attractions, but Trastevere is where you want to stay. It really comes to life at night with lots of restaurants, shops and nightlife. The facilities of the hotel where very comfortable and the staff super friendly and accomodating.

My only gripe for the hotel is a small one but equally important. The quality of the pillows were very poor, they were super thin and felt very cheap. Despite the beds being very comfortable, my wife and I didn't really get a great nights sleep and woke up with sore necks both mornings.

Great stay; convenient location. Daily fresh water and a decent breakfast.

We all had a great trip except for a couple of unpleasant incidents with the older gentleman who works at the rooftop restaurant. He was a bit rude and unaccommodating for several people in our group of 16.

The staff were beautiful, Alyssa, Beatrice and Bea jsutto name a few became my family while I was away from home on my own. The staff would go above and beyond anything you asked of them. It's a shame that the room service menu was the same as the dinner menu, not enough options and sometimes people may want something lighter than the meals set on the restaurant menu. Don't get me wrong, meals were delicious just needed more variety. The hotel is located within 35 to 35 minutes to all the main attractions, if you wish to walk, which i did every day and it's located right near so many great authentic Italian restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Loved everything. From the moment you enter the hotel and are greeted by its signature scent, to the seamless check-in process, everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was perfect — within walking distance to everything, yet nestled in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Our room was outstanding: spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering breathtaking views over Trastevere. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel made it even more special by upgrading our room. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to unwind and take in the city skyline. Every detail of our stay was truly memorable.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the size of the room and bathroom were fine for our needs. The staff was helpful with directions and arranging for cabs as needed. Their willingness to hold our luggage after check-out time was appreciated and retrieving it easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The instructions for reaching housekeeping and/or front desk were not clear. We asked for extra towels on two different days, none were delivered to us on either day. Apparently we were supposed to dial "9" rather than "O" on the room phone, but this was never explained to us nor was it written anywhere. As a result, we actually ended up making the requests in person at the front desk in the mornings when we were going out for our day but again, no extra towels were delivered at all. Breakfast lattes and mocha lattes were uneven- some much better than others depending on barista. Could have used some drawers for unpacking in addition to closet. Two travelers who are away from home for more than two weeks have quite a lot of stuff!

We would definitely return to this clean, efficient, nicely decorated hotel with a lovely rooftop area for dining or an afternoon snack - with a wonderful view. And the food was excellent! The neighborhood is lively and trendy with easy access on foot or tram to other popular areas of Rome. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Breakfast is expensive if it’s not “included” on your reservation, but it’s a fabulous spread, and perhaps worth it if you like more than coffee and a cornetto, which are readily available at nearby cafes.

Great location with lots of restaurants and bars and walkable (20 mins or so) or a bus ride to the city centre. Lovely welcoming staff in all areas of the hotel who were helpful and always smiling. The hotel itself looks great, and as soon as we entered the lobby we knew we had found a gem! It feels smart, stylish and very well maintained. There is a fabulous roof terrace, with a restaurant and bar serving great cocktails and offering amazing views of Rome. Rooms are a good size and design, very clean and well equipped with large comfortable beds. We really looked forward to coming back after a long day of sightseeing on foot.

We only had breakfast on one of our three days as at 30 Euros a head it seems steep. It was delicious, and plentiful and again the staff were lovely but I think it is too much to pay 60 Euros a day for two people when staying here. Maybe a reduced price for residents?

I stayed in a Junior Suite which had a bright, very comfortable bedroom, a separate sofa/desk area (ideal if you have a large suitcase/s) and a spacious shower-room - perfect for a long weekend. The hotel is in Trastevere, but at the quieter end of the neighbourhood so you have the benefit of many cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance, but the hotel feels very tranquil. The staff were exceptional and made you feel as though nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is served in a cosy bar downstairs or in their internal courtyard and I highly recommend aperitivo on their rooftop terrace.

The location was excellenr, the building itself was stinning, staff at breakfast (host lady and man from Brazil and Cuba) where professionals, inside courtyard, quality of coffee, breafast selection, own restaurant (which we ate at the first night) and beatiful view and hang out spot on good weather - all where a great plus!

The only downsides where; one coffeemachine wasn’t enough as there where always a que at breakfast, breakfast spot was perfect exept it was either cold or hot in the mornings, also the plastic blocked the beautiful view. There where little silverfish bugs in our room that bothered me a little bit (even though they are very common in old buildings and are not harmful).
