Really comfortable clean room with a spa bath. Breakfast was bought to the room every day and was lovely. Just juice coffee and a pastry but really good pastries. The bed was memory foam and really comfy. Situated on a quiet street and above a restaurant which was unfortunately closed for holidays. It's was well situated for Trastevere though and transport links. Major draw back was not having coffee making in the room and was a shared facility with plastic cups for drinks, which melted if you put boiling water in. Toilet was loose as well which was a bit disconcerting when sitting down. Overall a good place to stay with friendly owners.

Nicola is a very friendly, informative host. The location is in the fascinating, very old neighborhood of Trastevere -- it is fun just to spend the day roaming the back streets, having coffee at a sidewalk cafe and eating a delicious outdoor dinner (we recommend Sospiro). Our first room had some problems -- no shower (just a bath/jacuzzi) and the door handles were not secure -- but Nicola moved us to a much better space (with a very roomy shower) when it was vacated after one day. We appreciated his help with this and with getting us a very early morning taxi! Agnetta prepared and brought us breakfast in the room.

I stayed at Giò Suited for only one night and definitely would stay again for a few days! The room was perfectly clean and spacious enough, the staff was very friendly and the location right next to to Piazza San Cosimato in lovely Trastevere is simpy superb! I didn‘t have the complimentary breakfast (because I had other plans for breakfast the morning after my stay at Giò Suites) but from what I’ve heard it’s very good, and the young man who checked me in made extra sure to let me know it was complimentary. It was a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend!! Make sure to check out the little restaurant (Archetto II) downstairs as well as the „Bar Picchiotto“ at Piazza San Cosimato just around the corner!

Everything was great!

Good location in Trasvetere area. Plenty of food options nearby. Easy 10 mins walk to bus stops or tram stops that will take you to tourist attractions. Clean facilities and not too noisy from the bustle of the neighbourhood. Easy check-in procedure and very attentive staff when communicating with them. Overall a good experience.

The bed was soft and sunk in towards the middle. Firmness of a mattress is subjective and our preference is generally for firmer. However this did not deter the overall experience.

First time in Italy and I was not disappointed. Very happy to have found Gio Suites and its host Nicola. He was perfect before and during my holidays. In the heart of the famous Trastevere district, it is the ideal place to get lost in the streets and find great bars and restaurants. I recommend the Ivo Trastevere restaurant located right next to Gio Suites. They have the best tiramisu I've ever eaten in my life!!!! Everything is accessible on foot, by tram or bus, it's perfect for visiting the city. The bed is super comfortable and I am demanding! Everything is functional and Nicola was perfect. I stayed here with my partner and we had a wonderful weekend in the heart of Trastevere. The location is perfect, only 5 minutes from several famous restaurants and a lively neighborhood at night. We also got a room with a bathtub, that was a nice surprise and relaxing add to the stay. The personnel was kind and provided included breakfast every morning, cleaned our room and helped with any info we could need. I would extremely recommend this place!

My host Nicolo(?) Was very friendly, flexible and helpful during my stay. I was travelling alone to Rome for the first time and he made me feel safe as he was staying nearby and always available by phone if needed. I managed to lose my keys during my stay and he thankfully responded quickly to rectify the situation. I really appreciated Nicolo's hospitality and friendly nature. The room itself was perfect, good AC, wifi, fridge, private bathroom in a beautiful old building. Loved the breakfast service in the mornings. The location was amazing! Love this part of the city with many beautiful restaurants/bars/cafes and historical sites within walking distance, felt like a safe neighborhood. Would 100% come back!

Lovely size room with ample space for luggage and a big window onto the street, great location walkable to main areas of Trastavere. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was simple but functional. We didn't spend much time in the room but were let leave our luggage earlier than check in time which was really helpful!

Toilet continued to run unless you manually pushed the top lever back up, shower had some excess buttons that didn't seem to be functional, didn't impact use of main shower but may have been confusing to others. However neither caused us issue!

Family owned business and they were lovely people! Cleaner did a great job cleaning the room each day 10/10!! Fridge in room was handy They made us a yummy breakfast in the morning with delicious croissants, cappachino and fruit salad delivered to the room Easy to contact via WhatsApp Area felt safe day/ night and good location

The curtains are thin and I struggle to sleep with light. However, this was fixed with a sleeping mask and may not impact everyone. The bath had a slight leakage

The location is excellent if you want to see Rome by foot. Being just the heart of Trastevere is perfect as its only a few minute walk and you are on the other side of the Tiber. The owner is nice and the communication is clear.

The facilities are aged, the toilet keeps running and you have to manually push the lever for it to stop. The shower doors barely work and there are excess buttons and display that don’t seem to work. The AC works and TV work fine though!
