Excellent value for money. Maria is a very helpful host with perfect English. She met me upon check in and was on hand with any local tips needed. She allowed me to leave my luggage on the day of check out. The property is in a PERFECT location in a wonderful neighbourhood with lots of gorgeous restaurants and bars that are lit up at night. I’m a solo traveller and I felt very safe here. You are also walking distance from most attractions in Rome.

My only tiny comment is it would have been nice to have access to a stove to cook if I wanted but it just meant I had to eat out (but let’s face it you are crazy if you don’t experience all the food Roman restaurants have to offer).

The people were so kind and friendly at Hanky Suite with fantastic English skills. We were welcomed when we arrived and Maria very kindly booked us a taxi for our return to the airport. The room was clean and serviced daily, there was Netflix so when it absolutely tipped down on one of the days we stayed we could chill whilst we dried out for a couple of hours (if only we had taken one of the available umbrellas in reception). We were able to walk everywhere that we planned to visit whilst in Rome and the Trastevere area was a hive of activity both day and night with plenty of gorgeous restaurants and bars. We visited the botanical gardens nearby and that turned out to be one of our favourite things done. Luckily for us after a day of rain we then had a beautiful day of sun and the room temperature could be adjusted for both extremes. We loved our stay.

the room was clean and stylish, the bed was comfortable, lovely view and the bonus of good air con made it even better. The facilities were perfect, a good shower when on holiday is vital and Maria's place had everything we could have asked for. The location was amazing, with restaurants down stairs and down the road but once in the room we couldn't hear a peep. Maria (the host) was amazing, she was there to greet us on arrival, explained everything clearly and was so helpful. she even sent us a list of recommendations for places to eat and gave us her number so we could reach her if we needed her. Incredible welcome, couldn't have asked for better

I wouldn't improve anything

We loved the location. You can walk to many great areas and there’s good access to transport that can take you other parts of Rome, the major tourist attractions and to Termini and Trastevere train stations. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was well-insulated from noise. We appreciated having a check-out until 12h00 and being able to leave our luggage safely at the hotel after check-out. This is a great stay in the Trastevere area.

I thought Maria the manager was exceptionally helpful and made our stay in Rome so convenient. Her recommendations for food was top quality. From the minute we arrived she made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She also guided us with the public transport which was so handy when navigating through the amazing city! When we checked out there was another lady, we didn't catch her name, but she was also so helpful and held our bags for us until we left which was so convenient for us! Overall a fantastic place and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hanky Suite which had nice professional touches like the room being cleaned and towels changed daily as well as excellent service from our host Maria who is an absolute superstar that provided us with great advice about the area and restaurants and offered much help to us such as booking us a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. The bed and pillows were the best we had during our Europe travels, and there was no noise from the street. We would definitely return.

it was in a fun pot of Rome with the best food you could imagine. Downstairs within walking distance, were restaurants, coffee, shops, and gelato shops. Every day we would set out and walked into the attractions of Rome and then back into our neighborhood and had great food. our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and a very good value, and on top of that the owner was very communicative and easy to deal with !!

Easy to find, check in was simple. Property manager/owner greets you and shows you to the room. Will give recommendations for places to eat, which there are a lot of choices as soon as you exit the building. Buses are easy to catch. The bed was so comfortable I loved it. Room was very clean. Also stocked each day with new towels. Shower was hot and good pressure. You can walk to Rome and all the sites from here or catch a bus. Would stay again if I ever visit Rome again. Thanks :)

The property was excellent value for money! The roo was spacious, clean, smelled great, everything you needed was there, lovely vibrant street full or great places to eat. Maria, the host, was absolutely amazing. Gave us so many tips and recommendations for amazing places to eat. Even offered to book reservations for us. People treated us lke royalty when they knew Maria had sent us. Superb experience doesn't begin to describe it.

My stay was too short! Honestly nothing not to like about the place. The AC was a bit loud but worked great!

Very clean and daily cleaning services too. Brilliant location and quiet at night, with everything around with very good opening hours.

Pillows were a bit tall for our taste and the mattress a “sinking” one, but that didn’t stop us from having comfortable sleep.
