Clean modern facility. Safe location. Small grocery store nearby, best pizza and Tiramisu I tasted in Rome at a restaurant right in front of property. Breakfast from Bar near property is provided, it is delicious. Easy to get a Taxi. Taxi from Roma Termini only cost 15 Euro to get to the place. Owner so helpful. Very clean place, walking distance from a lot of good restaurants. Fruit market by the corner. Korean Asian Restaurant nearby was so good. Good pasta at nearby restaurant. Refrigerator provided. Good air conditioning unit. Comfortable bed. Clean linens. You can open the window to let fresh air in. Only 10 Euro Taxi to Vatican.

Good location in Trastevere at 6-7 mins walk for bus to city center or only 20-30 mins of walk to city center. The host Giorgio was very welcoming and attentive at every step both before arrival and during the stay. Even though you don't meet the host in person, self-check-in provides flexibility for late check-in. The instructions for check-in were very clear and organized. Also upon arrival, you can find precious information in the room, everything was in order. The room was clean and comfortable with a daily clean-up service. The area is safe and I didn't feel any discomfort as a solo female traveler. I didn't get the breakfast, but there are many great restaurants around with plenty of variety. I would definitely like to come back.

First of all, Giorgio is great. He’s very responsive just like all the other reviewshave indicated. He went the extra mile for me with regard to a taxi when my pre-ordered car failed to show up. The rooms are clean, cute and there is a refrigerator, which is really handy. There are lots of really good restaurants within walking distance and a great patisserie next-door. This hotel also offers a breakfast of coffee and croissant at a coffee bar, a half a block away.

Also, as indicated in the other reviews for this hotel, the rooms are extremely small. You literally have to walk sideways between the wall and the foot of the bed. Once you got used to it, it wasn’t that big of a deal. But I was alone, with two people it would be crowded. But there were plenty of couples staying there.

Location was amazing, in Trastevere in a nice local type building-walking distance to all sites, nice restaurants less toutistic than the historical center Very straightforward and clear guidelines to enter Very Clean and rennivated room, including the wc Comfortable for a rest! The host very approachable and helpful!

Very positive feedback overall without anything major to mention! Just for the perfection of the detail, they could maybe have the rooms of walls a bit more clean-which could be just a random one type of thing . And also maybe find a more automatic way for the tax -even if it was mentioned clearly in the booking-it was a bit tricky to come up with cash during the stay.

Great location in a vibrant neighbourhood, with lots of choices of eateries, and within walking distance of almost all places of interest. Host Giorgio was very helpful and responsive.

The only negative is that if you want fresh air at night, you get a lot of noise from the street- maybe some rear-facing rooms don’t have this problem. Windows when closed insulate the noise well, and the AC works fine.

The location was great, and Gergio was very helpful. The bathroom was lovely - lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. we got the breakfast option. The breakfast was amazing, but not on site as I had expected. You do have to take your tokens to the nearby café that does not open until after 8 AM.

The beds are VERY firm and there was no seating in the room. There is only one set of keys, which is also needed to turn on the electricity. If you aren’t planning to stay with your group all day/evening, you have to really plan to transfer keys and then wait up to let them in (they can’t take the keys since they’re needed for the electricity).

Giorgio was amazing and very helpful, he went out of his way to help you out. It was perfectly located close to where our daughter lives. Trastevere is a wonderful community and they have things going on at the park all the time which was great! The staff were very sweet. I was very happy there was a small refrigerator and AC, which was awesome! We will stay there again if we are visiting Rome again. It wasn't too long of a walk to go see the sites. Giorgio gives a list of places to eat as well.

The bed was pretty firm which we are not used to but it sufficed. The bathroom is very small, but met our needs. Again something we were not used to.

everything was Exceptional. starting for the host Giorgio , he was very helpful all the time. he answer my messages so fast . I’m a female solo traveler then I felt very safe. THE LOCATION is perfect because you have everything around. Trastevere restaurants have delicious and amazing restaurants. transportation is just a few blocks and you can get to all Rome so easy . the breakfast was very nice a cappuccino and i chose a Chocolate croissant. I really recommend it .

Such a fabulous location! On a quiet street in the bustling neighborhood of Trastevere. 2 minute walk from amazing restaurants and bars, 10 minute walk from the Pantheon. Very clean, very comfortable, and very safe for a solo female traveler. Giorgio was very helpful and communicateive!

I think I misunderstood what the property was until I really arrived -- it's not a hotel, it's like an AirBNB. The room is in a building that is also home to businesses and other residential folks. That was fine once I got there, it just wasn't quite what I expected until I landed in Italy.

The location of this property was perfect.We walked everywhere.we checked in late and everything was straight forward.Small room but spotless clean and quiet.The host Giorgio was very approachable and responded very quickly to any requests or questions we had.shop for snacks and water right across the road and also a pizzeria snack bar.Food was amazing here for a quick bite.We travelled as a couple and walked everywhere from here.

Because we arrived during the night our initial reaction to the street was disappointing but when we realised the next morning how close we were to everything we were happy.
