Location was ideal

The 2nd bed was in an area which had the kitchen table..the only bedroom was isolated as if both beds are used..the privacy does not exist. Linen was in poor condition and the tableware was limited, bring your own glasses.

The location was amazing, a short walk to pretty much everything (Piazza Trulissa, Piazza Santa Maria, and everything in between). We enjoyed the walkability based on the location. Noemi and Simone were the stars of the property very responsive and great with recommendations (Simone thanks for the Ivo recommendation truly a great experience). Having two bathrooms is a huge plus as well.

Minor things for us. We learned that the water purifier runs in midday on Thursdays (and during that time there is no water but it is only off for a few moments - maybe 10-15). The stairs leading up to the apartment are angled (again an older building so no issue for us) so if you have mobility issues or are unsteady on your feet it could be a problem. Listed as a two bedroom but the second bedroom is what would (in the US) be the living room. We didn't mind it so much as it gave us a time to sit and chat as a family, but others might not find the use of space what they need.

The hostess contacted me well before my arrival and arranged taxi transport to the apartment. We were met by a host who was very kind and helpful. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was in a lovely area of Rome with a multitude of small shops and restaurants. The host gave us a map and showed us the optimal ways to get to various sites in the city. The kitchen area was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Impeccably clean. The hostess also arranged taxi transport for us to the airport at the end of our stay upon request. Just a lovely experience

I liked the decor, having two full bathrooms and having a small kitchen to make meals. The location was great. It seemed to be a historic building with no elevator. Not a problem for us, but something to consider for folks with mobility concerns. We were met at the property by Simon and he gave us a brief tour and showed how things work. Noemi was very quick to respond to any of our questions.

The water situation is a little tricky. There were 3 adults staying at the apartment and the water completely stopped flowing in the middle of the second person's shower. And the next day the water heater was not functioning properly. Noemi explained that when the water is used up it takes about 30 minutes to refill. So we began to stagger our showers. And she promptly sent out a plumber to rectify the problem with the water heater.

We loved the location - perfect for accessing public transport or walking to the attractions. We were so close to the heart of Trastevere’s restaurants and lively nightlife, without being impacted by the noise. The service levels and responsiveness from the owners was brilliant and the design and amenities of the property were also great - especially given we could comfortably fit the 5 of us.

The bed in the first room was very hard and uncomfortable. It would also be good if there was a portable clothesline to hang washing. Other than that it was perfect.

Clean, comfortable, location was great, and Noemi was amazing! She was quick to respond and very helpful! Even set up our shuttles to and from the airport.

This place is a gem. Very clean, gorgeous inside, spacious, very comfortable, and super nicely decorated. The location is perfect. Is surrounded by excellent restaurants and close to everything one would like to visit. The hosts are the best you could wish for. Thank you also to Simone, the host, for helping us book a last-minute taxi to the airport. You are the best!! We would definitely book it again.

Better if you have small luggage because you have to go all the way to a third floor with no elevator. Once you are inside the apartment, you forget that little detail, though.

This property was wonderful. I don’t have enough great things to say about it. From the moment we booked the staff reached out to us and was in constant contact with us and was so kind and helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. The property itself was beautiful and spacious and clean and was in such a great location. We plan on coming back and will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to everyone.

Location of this apartment is fabulous, in the trendy district of Trastevere. The apartment was by far the largest we stayed on our trip to Europe and was very clean and well equipped. Great for a family or group. The host was very helpful and responsive. We were given great travel tips on where to go and what to do from Simone. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Note: whilst we chose to walk all over Rome which was fabulous and easy, it is about 30-40 mins walk to all the major sites from Trastevere.

The property was super clean and even nicer than the pictures! It was also a 5-10 min walk from all of the restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. We absolutely loved our stay!

We have nothing negative to say other than the stairs which were difficult for carrying 4 large suitcases, however our host even helped us with that. An elevator would have made it easier but that’s it.
