Hospitality and attention to the detail. There was everything a seasoned traveller would need. Access via elevator. Comfortable beds with excellent matresses. Soundproof windows. Iron and ironboard in the room. Nice toiletries, ACTUALLY good for the skin. Good quality towels and good quality bed linen. These are necessary in my opinion for someone who travels a lot, though only a few 4-star or 5-star hotels provide. And then, there were the treats. Complimentary snacks in the room. Freshly baked viennoiserie (cornetto) every morning. Coffee machine in the rooms and also coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby. Endless supplies of snacks in the lobby 24h. Oven and microwave oven. Lockers for laptop for storage after checkout. I mean, what else could someone ask from an Inn? And also, the owners were very polite and easy to access. They replied immediately to every question. I was also impressed by the self-check-in procedure. I was skeptical at first but it made me feel very safe (the procedure is well thought and if you think about it afterwards there is safety for everyone involved because of the steps that they follow). Also, the location is amazing, with immediate access to mass transit and very close proximity to the city center (and Trastevere is beautiful by its own).

I don't know, free massage every morning and to pay us to stay there would be nice :))) Jokes apart, everything was amazing and beyond expectations! I hope it stays the same and I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit Rome in the future.

We recently stayed at SuitInn19 in Rome as a family of three and had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect for exploring Rome—central, safe, tram and bus on the doorstep. Trastevere is a great neighbourhood with tons of restaurants, coffee bars, shops etc. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We had access to a common room where we could make fresh cornettos and cappuccino in the morning. The check-in process was so smooth and simple. A few days before our trip, we were added to a WhatsApp group and were provided with easy to follow check-in instructions and access codes to enter the building and room. We loved not having to worry about physical keys! The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Highly recommend SuitInn19 for anyone visiting Rome, we will definitely be back!!!

SuitInn was the perfect place to base ourselves for our trip to Rome. Our room was lovely. It was so quiet, with a lovely high ceiling. It was beautifully clean, with a really nice en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower enclosure. Our room was cleaned every day and we were provided with fresh clean towels daily or as requested. The room was well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Additionally, the kitchen area had lots more equipment and facilities. The cleaning staff were lovely and very thorough. Every enquiry that I sent to the booking team on WhatsApp, and I had a few, was responded to quickly. In fact the girls went out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely be back.

Very clean and comfortable. Facilities were great! and also an ideal location! has just the right balance of being close to all the major attractions but still peaceful. it’s also close to the all the great restaurants that Trastevere us to offer. Check in was very simple and they even let us check in a little earlier which was amazing! We were also able to drop our bags off prior to check in too. Highly recommend!

Room was really clean, air conditioning superb given it was 40 degrees outside. Bed comfortable and shower really nice. Lovely shared area with free coffee, snacks and croissants that you can bake in the oven. Plus access to cold water or sparkling water. Taxi rank just outside which was really handy and close to all bars and restaurants.

The entrance to the building is a little grubby and can imagine staying there as a single woman might feel a little threatening as homeless gathered outside. Once inside felt very safe.

This was our second stay at this apartment. Wonderful location in Trastevere,definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to have easy walking access to alk the main attractions and great restaurants & cafés. The check-in was super smooth,and we aporeciated the option of late check-out as well as the option to leave our bags in the common area afterwards.

The only negative thing was the fact that my son's bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It was a pull out sofa,so there was no proper mattress. Please bring the option of ready-made cornettos back:) That's the reason why we booked again:))

The hotel was lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the location was excellent. There were also snacks in the room and breakfast, so our stay was very pleasant.

There is common area in the hotel where guests can leave their luggage before the check in. Yet, there is no locker large enough for bags or even backpacks, so we left our luggage right in the common area (there are lockers in there, but they are very small). Also, the walls are not soundproof, so we heard all the noises (slamming doors, vacuum cleaner, etc)

There was no personal interaction and communication was only through email or WhatsApp but no answer immediately and when we had a problem it was stressful. there should be an option to personally talk to someone not only text

Excellent location Brilliant Facilities The lady who cleaned the apartment was so friendly and approachable, so hospitable! Easy access to the building, not having to remember to carry any keys. The ability to leave bags after checkout was a great touch and allowed us to explore with comfort on our final day! Nice and quiet at night. Great shower too. 10/10 would recommend for a stay when in Rome!
