The attention they showed until the moment we settled in the hotel and the explanations they made to us for transportation were very helpful. The hospitality they showed us during the stay was great. The documents related to the recommendations about the places to see, shopping and taste points during the trip to Rome during check-in were an indicator of their efforts to give their guests a nice holiday and the importance they attached to their work. It is a clean and peaceful place where you can book with peace of mind. I thank them very much for everything.

One of the best stays I had: - really nice room, everything new and clean, equipped with all the necessary. The sound-proof was great, you couldn't hear a noise from outside. - great hosts: many thanks for Elisa, Livia, Michaela, they helped us with tips and how to get to the location (it was really easy, we arrived from Ciampino airport) and everything else we asked for. - location is great: 20-30 min walk from every important point of interest (Colloseum, Fontana di Trevi, Vatican etc.), and also the Trastevere neighborhood itself is very nice. You have market-shops, pharmacies, coffee-shops, everything you need at 3-5 min walk. All in all, a definitely great experience.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Just a minute or two to the main part of the Trastevere but also do close yo the bridge connecting you to all of Rome’s sights. We walked everywhere in Rome from here. Also a taxi stand 100 metres from the accommodation if needing to go to the airport. Large and comfortable room with all facilities and quiet and secure. Staff were super friendly and we were able to store our bags on the day we left with a later flight.

This is a beautiful place right in the thick of Trastevere, and inexpensive to boot. It's the perfect size for two parents and their two children, with a luxurious bathroom and a good amount of space. It's walking distance to the historical district, even in the heat of summer. If you pack light you can just grab the metro from Roma Termini to the Circus Maximus and then stroll over the bridge, it was no trouble at all, maybe 15 minutes. Trastevere is also thick with incredible restaurants. Reserve well in advance, then go lose yourself in the city.

Nothing, this place is awesome

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and the air conditioning was very much appreciated. At one point we had an issue with the hot water, but as soon as we informed the staff, it was taken care of immediately and no problems after.

A bit of a walk to the areas we wanted to explore and we were there during a hot time, but it is close to a train stop, so that helped.

Where to start? Michaela was extremely helpful on email prior to our stay. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed in by Elisa who gave us a long list of suggestions on places to eat and also gave us a map of Rome and circled some of the best places to visit. The room was absolutely immaculate, comfy bed, and really quiet, especially considering the noise of the road outside. You honestly couldn't hear a thing! Location wise, this place is perfect, it's got a taxi rank, bus stop and tram stop right near it but we didn't use public transport. We found it much more fun to walk and explore, there is just so much good stuff right on the door step. Although breakfast isn't included, they were brilliant and left us breakfast snacks (including a gluten free option for me!) Which actually kept us going through a 45 min walk to the vatican and a 3 hour walking tour! Everything was so easy and straightforward. Would absolutely go back tomorrow and recommend to everyone I know!

Having to go home

Everything about this guesthouse was fantastic. The host was delightful and very accommodating, she arranged for a private hire to come pick us up/drop us off at the airport and we were also able to check into our room early. The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was very spacious and beautiful, and everything was very clean and well kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable which was a blessing after walking for miles on end every day. There was not a breakfast included, but they do provide small biscotti-like biscuits and a K-cup for the mornings which was sufficient enough for us as we preferred to grab coffee and a pastry at a local cafe. The guesthouse was very easy to find, and I felt safe in the area. The location could not have been better. It was within walking distance to every big place we wanted to see (ranging from 20-45 min usually) and being right in Trastevere had the benefit of yummy food all around us. The host gave us a list of recommended restaurants and cafes, and we can confirm that Giselda's was fantastic! Also wanted to add that Dar Poeta was the best pizza I've ever had (not on the list, but for anyone wanting good pizza -- this is it!). The host kindly recommended we take a form of public transportation to the Vatican since the walk is quite lengthy, but for us it was actually not bad of a walk at all and ym husband and I rather enjoyed it. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the guesthouse and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome!

There is nothing that we didn't like!

Michaela is an absolute angel! We were greeted warmly and she showed us around and gave us a map and a “tour” around town from the office. She stayed in touch about anything we needed, helped us get a private transfer when there was a taxi strike to get us to the hotel. She then kindly kept us in the loop when there was an outage in the area on safety and what she did to keep the room cool and for us to have warm water when we got back from dinner. She truly did more than I could ever ask. There is a lift to get up to the 3rd floor where the hotel is.

Lovely, comfortable room with everything you would need including coffee pods, biscuits and cold water in the fridge, even umbrellas when it was raining. We arrived early and thought to stow our bags but our room was available which was most welcome after our travelling. There was excellent contact from Michalea who was very accommodating and provided information about the area, even helping to arrange our transfer to the airport from the hotel.

Location excellent, room nice, clean and modern. Owner of property very attentive. Very responsive when have a query, replies in minutes via WhatsApp.

For a family of 4 it was a bit small. Maybe OK for small children. Only one set of keys worked and my wife was left sitting on stairs for an hour with my daughter. Receptionist on Saturday was a bit rude, I knocked on door twice and got assistance reluctantly. Apparently she was on a break and sleeping.
