The accommodation is well situated in a quiet part of the Trastevere area but within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is about a 30/40 minute walk to the Vatican area. There is a taxi rank & tram stop within a 5 minute walk. The room was nothing fancy but was clean and a good size. We requested the room to be made up as a twin, the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and she was friendly and helpful giving recommendations of places to eat etc. I would definitely recommend as a no frills place to stay when in Rome. Complimentary cake, biscuits, yoghurt, limoncello was available and was a nice touch.

We needed to add a night in Rome to the beginning of our trip. We decided to spend the extra night in the Trastevere area. We were looking for a nicely located, inexpensive, clean no frills convenient lodging. We found the Arco Del Lauro via a Rick Steves reference and it fit our needs perfectly! Communication with Lorenza and Daniela was prompt and helpful - they are excellent hosts! We’d definitely consider a future stay there.

The location was excellent and it was easy to go out for dinner and do sightseeing. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC was working well and cooled the room efficiently. We appreciated that there was a possibility to store the luggage after checking out.

The AC was somewhat loud so might trouble someone who is more sensitive. Bathroom was a small but wasn’t a major issue for us.

The location was absolutely amazing! It's located on the local side of Trastevere which means you can sleep soundly but also enjoy great nightlife within a walking distance. We didn't use any of the public transportation at all, because all the main locations were so easy to reach by foot. Lorenza and Danielle were lovely, welcoming and were happy to share their extensive knowledge about the city. The room was very big and accommodating and was cleaned daily. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to any of our friends visiting Rome.

The rooms are very close to one another and noise isolation could be a bit better. Other than that - we enjoyed all of it!

It was a great little place, really amazing location - fully walkable to everywhere but the actual neighbourhood in itself was a great place to explore, lots of nice little added touches such as a water machine, biscuits, coffee etc outside the rooms, room was cleaned everyday, easy to get in & out of and nice host. Would recommend 😊

Just one tiny thing is that we got quite a small room compared to others we saw - didn’t realise this when booking so might be worth clarifying with host. Also, we could hear the guests next door quite easily but this wasn’t an issue for us.

The B&B is located perfectly, in a quiet part of a lovely neighbourhood and within easy walking distance to all of the main sights. Daniela was a wonderful host too. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great location in a quiet part of Trastevere and very close walk to major things to see, comfortable and clean room with great air conditioning. I was easily able to do self check-in since I arrived later than normal check-in time. Daniela was very helpful and kind and allowed me to store my luggage after check out. The price was very reasonable too, I would stay here again!

Located in a quieter part of Trastevere, and an area that captures all the magic of the neighborhood. Be prepared for a Bare bones reception area. The B&B are rooms in a former large home.
