Good staff when on call Felt like private apartment when they weren't. Good espresso. Easy machine. Good bathroom. Hilarious colored lights if you fancied.. Fabulous position in my favourite Trastevere. Astonishing foodshop, plenty of lime bikes. Good pharmacies, restaurant, tabacheria and florist(Excellent service and reasonable. The Alcazar is a terrific live music nightclub a hop and a skip down the road.

I was freezing and had to wear all my clothes in bed. Not enough blankets and pathetic eiderdown. I know this is Rome:still.

We liked everything about the Royal Suite, the location, the feel, clean and pleasant. I particularly loved the old fashioned lift 😍 and the welcome from the host. We arrived on my partner’s birthday to celebrate it in Rome. The host noticed from the document that it was my partner’s birthday and brought us two small bottles of Prosecco and glasses to celebrate. What a thoughtful gesture! Going an extra mile is what we loved about this place the most. We surely be back. Thank you for your amazing hospitality.

The rooms where really nice. The beds were very comfortable and there was a good sized bathroom. The airconditioning worked great. We also loved that there was a big safe that could hold many things. The staff was really nice and approachable. Also the location was perfect for al the goods Rome has to offer.

There was a lot of noice from traffic outside. We did get a good night sleep, but woke up each day around half past 7/ 8 a clock from the traffic again.

Good location, kind staff and beautiful room. The bed and memory foam pillows were super nice though.

It says in the description that the guest house provides shampoo, but they don't, which is misleading. They had forgotten to put soap in the bathroom when we checked in. I'd say the price is a bit more expensive than it should be, like hotel price except it's not. Netflix app did not work on the TV either, said something about no memory.

We stayed in the Superior Room and it was beautiful and very spacious. Lovely comfortable bed. Powerful shower (pull, don't push the button!! to get the water from above). The staff were amazing and seemed to genuinely want you to have a great stay. They have a sense of pride when they greet you and show you the room... and rightfully so as our room was amazing. There is a communal area where the welcome desk is so you can leave your cases there when you've checked out if you have a late flight. There are spare keys available so you can get back in for your cases if the staff aren't there, which they only seemed to be there for a few hours, so not intrusive, but they text you before you arrive and you can always get them on that number if you need anything and they come back within 5-10 mins. There's a fridge and also tea/coffee making facilities (both in the room and communal area), which is all complimentary. They even left us 2 small bottles of Prosecco which was a nice touch. I loved sitting in the small seating area of our room in the early morning, having a cuppa, reading my book and people-watching while waiting for my hubby to wake up... I told you the bed was comfy!!! I was a bit unsure of the area when I looked on Google Street Maps and saw all the graffiti, but don't be. We soon realised that there is graffiti everywhere in Rome!! Trastevere is a really lovely area and much cheaper than the touristy areas (where a coffee near the Colloseum was €9.50!!!). Trastevere is not officially classed as a tourist area but it still has plenty of tourists around so you don't feel like you're out of place! We got the FR1 regional train from Fiumicino airport straight to Roma Trastevere station (cheaper and closer to the accommodation than going all the way to the main station (Termini) in central Rome).

There was nothing that we didn't like - this place was great!

Location - Trastevere - where we wanted to be ... could walk out to nearby restaurants, a lovely early morning walk to the nearby River Tiber, etc. We were arriving outside of normal checkin time due to airport strike ... our hosts very accommodating in giving us instructions to check in online and let ourselves in... Quiet, clean, room quite spacious, had a lift for our luggage and at a very hot time in Rome, it was air-conditioned ! We felt quite safe storing our luggage in the communal kitchen /living area until we left for an overseas flight late in the afternoon. Taxi stand very close by.

This is our second time at this property. We really enjoy staying here. The neighborhood and restaurants are amazing in our opinion! It is an easy walk to major attractions with public buses right at the front door. I love that it is not in a restricted area, it is very comfortable to drive.

Be careful because there are two locations with the same name. Our GPS took us to the wrong location and once I parked and bought the bags over, we had to move and it took us a while and wasted our precious Rome time.

The flat was located in a fantastic spot in Trastevere close to many great restaurants and bars and was walking distance to all the key attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable for our four night stay. Thankfully the room was away from the main road so wasn't too noisy.

Unfortunately the staff were not very helpful or friendly and could not provide an iron (which was on the website) or vacuum to assist with packing. The check in process was not very welcoming and felt like we were a burden to be there. Also no information was provided for the WiFi.

Very well located, near beautiful bars and restaurants. The air conditioning saved my life, as it was extremely hot in Roma. Room itself was beautiful too.

No toiletries whatsoever, there was an empty tray of what should have been a shower gel. The hairdrier was not functioning - it was cracking and hearing up a lot. Impossible to dry hair as it shuts down after 2 min of use. Worst thing was - I think they hadn’t finished cleaning the bathroom, as a puddle of soap was poured out on the shower floor, and on the bathroom floor.

Location was fantastic. Steps away from great restaurants, taxi stand 1/2 a block away, could walk everywhere from our front door. Large room. Attentive staff.

Right on main street so a bit noisy late at night however if you keep windows closed it remains relatively quiet. If you are used to city noise no issues.
