I loved the central location. It was right off a busy area but for us we slept so quietly and the bed was so comfortable! Felt perfect to be in the heart of the soulful area. The breakfast was so lovely 2 minute walk away at Cambio!! You just tell them your room number if you ordered the breakfast included or you can add it later! It was a nice calm restaurant in a busy region,

I would say that some mention the property feels a bit off when no staff at the front desk and I agree. When staff are present it feels more attended to. Also, the shower was a bit of a challenge to ensure the door did not leak out water as some others mentioned. Other than that I loved the stay

Everything, comfortable bed, roof top garden, everything in the room such a wine glasses, bottle opened,TV,hairdryer, fridge, tea & coffee facilities, coffee maker, laundry service. Any extra supplies required could be got in communal area. Location is no more the 2k from collesum, vatican city, pantheon etc. Numa is in a lovely quiet foodie area of Rome. Breakfast in Cambio cafe was fantastic, really lovely cafe, great food, friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere.

Shower area in the room and a bit small. It's not really an issue but my teenage daughter and niece found it wired. And no sink in toilet again in the corner of room. However not a big deal breaker for me.

I arrived at the hotel late at night without a reservation. While the hotel operates a self-check-in system, there was a receptionist present who was incredibly helpful. Both the staff member on-site and the team I communicated with via email were excellent—quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Despite booking the last available room that evening, which was a bit too small for me, the next day I noticed that a larger room (standard) had become available. Without hesitation, the staff accommodated my request to move, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious (larger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in while in Rome), spotlessly clean, and looked brand new. The hotel’s location in Trastevere is fantastic—right in the heart of the action—but once you close the window, it’s completely quiet inside.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the hot water in the shower—it took some time to heat up and wasn't always consistent. Additionally, while communication via email was excellent, improving responsiveness on WhatsApp could make it even more convenient for guests who prefer instant messaging.

Ease of booking, helpful Whatsapp communications and access to hotel were all excellent. When we got there, the receptionist was friendly and allowed us straight into our room, despite our early arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. We found that the coffee machine wasn't working and they fixed it straight away. The location was great to explore Rome on foot. When we checked out, they had a secure luggage locker for us to use for the day. I would definitely use this range of hotels again and am already looking at other locations.

I can't think of anything they could improve upon which wouldn't start pushing up the price.

The property is in a fantastic location, on a quiet street but right in the heart of Trastevere and close to excellent bars and restaurants. It’s easily walkable to all the major tourist attractions, only the Vatican City required a taxi. The standard room was modern, clean, comfortable and large. Extra tea, coffee and clean towels are available whenever you need them and the staff were lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable, and there’s almost zero noise from the street outside. Value for money and location, this hotel is 10/10.

Great location as it had great bars and restaurants at your door step. Didn’t feel massively touristy as there was a real mix of tourists and locals. Especially in the evenings as day visitors left.

There is a reception but most things are self service. If you’re after a traditional hotel, probably not the place for you. Most of the key sites are walkable with good footwear but can be challenging in the heat. It can also be noisy at night, which is why they provide you with ear plugs.

Location is superb, on a quiet side street off a lively square in the heart of the beautiful Trastevere neighbourhood. The room was clean, with everything you need for a short stay. Fully digital experience as well, a PIN code to open the main door and room is sent before your arrival. The check-out is easy via a QR code on the room door when leaving. No person on site, for those complaining about it I remember them that we are living in 2024, but communication is great via WhatsApp, if it’s needed. No doubt, we’ll stay again at this hotel when visiting Rome.

Everything was perfect.

- online chat was very responsive - room was clean with even a coffee machine & capsules - complimentary drinks - location was near many attractions

- not enough lockers to leave the luggage for early checkin/late checkout as there is no reception

Absolutely loved! We booked this last minute for one night after having an issue with our original Airbnb. It was a self service check in. Rooms were clean. Water and earplugs were provided. Earplugs weren’t needed. Centrally located in trastevere but down a little side road. On the day of checkout, you can still use the amenities till I believe 8pm that day. We took advantage of the luggage storage and restroom (: Thank you!

This is the best property I’ve stayed in Rome, been traveling over Europe for the last 4 weeks lots of hotels. This place had it all. Was very clean comfy bed had a balcony for fresh air. Luggage storage for the day you leave. And absolutely surrounded by all the food and convenient stores you’d need! The bars downstairs would play music and the hotel couldn’t hear it at all when windows and doors were closed! If I come back to Rome. This will be the spot I stay!

Absolutely no complaints!
