I arrived at the hotel late at night without a reservation. While the hotel operates a self-check-in system, there was a receptionist present who was incredibly helpful. Both the staff member on-site and the team I communicated with via email were excellent—quick to respond, friendly, and genuinely eager to assist. Despite booking the last available room that evening, which was a bit too small for me, the next day I noticed that a larger room (standard) had become available. Without hesitation, the staff accommodated my request to move, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The room was spacious (larger than most hotel rooms I've stayed in while in Rome), spotlessly clean, and looked brand new. The hotel’s location in Trastevere is fantastic—right in the heart of the action—but once you close the window, it’s completely quiet inside.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the hot water in the shower—it took some time to heat up and wasn't always consistent. Additionally, while communication via email was excellent, improving responsiveness on WhatsApp could make it even more convenient for guests who prefer instant messaging.

Ease of booking, helpful Whatsapp communications and access to hotel were all excellent. When we got there, the receptionist was friendly and allowed us straight into our room, despite our early arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. We found that the coffee machine wasn't working and they fixed it straight away. The location was great to explore Rome on foot. When we checked out, they had a secure luggage locker for us to use for the day. I would definitely use this range of hotels again and am already looking at other locations.

I can't think of anything they could improve upon which wouldn't start pushing up the price.

Location is superb, on a quiet side street off a lively square in the heart of the beautiful Trastevere neighbourhood. The room was clean, with everything you need for a short stay. Fully digital experience as well, a PIN code to open the main door and room is sent before your arrival. The check-out is easy via a QR code on the room door when leaving. No person on site, for those complaining about it I remember them that we are living in 2024, but communication is great via WhatsApp, if it’s needed. No doubt, we’ll stay again at this hotel when visiting Rome.

Everything was perfect.

This is the best property I’ve stayed in Rome, been traveling over Europe for the last 4 weeks lots of hotels. This place had it all. Was very clean comfy bed had a balcony for fresh air. Luggage storage for the day you leave. And absolutely surrounded by all the food and convenient stores you’d need! The bars downstairs would play music and the hotel couldn’t hear it at all when windows and doors were closed! If I come back to Rome. This will be the spot I stay!

Absolutely no complaints!

It was my second stay in this property and during my next visit to Rome i will stay there again. The location is great, in the heart of Trastevere, close to restaurants, bars and a supermarket but still on a calm enough street so one can rest and sleep without to be bothered of the street noise. The property is at walking distance to all major sights in the city. The rooms are very comfortable but most of all i loved the self checkin / checkout feature. Still the staff are super fast responding on any request and try to do everything possible to accommodate it. In my case i requested earlier check in and later checkout and in both cases i got a positive answer from the hotel. In addition to that they send all the needed information and everything is very clear explained. Totally worth the money

The interior design was very nice and the room was very cozy. You could get extra coffee/creamer etc., towels if you wanted to, loved the coffee machine, had the mini fridge also. It was warm in the room, which was really nice. Had A/C so in summer it probably could be cool. Also the location was very perfect, next to a lot of restaurants. Also very comfy bed and actually had a normal duvet, not like many places in Italy so in winter it is very nice.

It was next to restaurant so in the evening you could hear some music, but there was earplugs and I was so tired after each day, that I would pass out as soon as my head would touch the pillow, so that wasn’t really a problem for me

Located in the heart of Trastevere, within walking distance to all the attractions of Rome. Very convinient! No need to have personal contact with anyone — you just dial the PIN code and you are in! There is restaurant next door if you are hungry and too lazy to go somewhere. Although there are more restaurants just around the corner. It might be loudy outside during Friday and weekend, but sound insulation is good. But if you still find it noisy — there are earplugs in the room :) Free water, free coffee and tea, and bottle of water. Wine glasses are provided as well. And if you are lucky enough you will see how seaguls fight for food on the roof next building or right on the terrace :D

The check in was flawless, felt very secure. The room was not too big but cozy and had everything we needed. The rooftop terrace was great. The location is perfect if you are looking and old part of town with lots of bars, restaurants and happenings. Would return!

The drain in the sink did not work properly, so the water stayed in the sink for some time. Also, can get a bit noisy due to the bars below and other guests.

Best view in Vernazza! The terrace views are amazing and worth every penny. Convenient location, comfortable bed, and spacious.

Needs to have extra towels, there were no wash clothes, no hair conditioner, no body lotion, and the body wash in the shower was the same as the shampoo. (These things are very minor and did not negatively impact our stay, and these notes are more for the owner to be able to add for future guests).
