This was our second stay in Giuditta in Trastevere. We have been about 10 times in Trastevere before in various hotels and b&bs, and finally we found a winner in Giuditta. Location is perfect when you want to stay in Trastevere. There are dozens of good restaurants nearby and a walking distance to Roma’s historical sights. Wonderful breakfast with lot of choices is served on a heated roof terrace. Kimberly at the reception is super nice and helpful with taxi and restaurant bookings etc. By the way, there is a top restaurant Ai Bozzi just across the street - we have not tried it BUT we watched from our room’s window Anthony Blinken and his entourage dining there!

The location was amazing — we were able to walk everywhere, which made the trip super convenient. We only needed transport to and from the airport. The room was clean and breakfast is served on the rooftop, which is lovely when the weather’s nice.

The pillows were really flat and hard, and there weren’t any different options in the room. The bed only had a thin layer, so I had to use the blanket that was stored in a plastic bag, but unfortunately it smelled pretty bad. The bathroom was also extremely small. For breakfast, you have to fill out a paper form the day before, but they got our order wrong every single day — either missing things or bringing extras we didn’t ask for. Plus, the food quality wasn’t great.

excellent location - just step out of the building and you can start enjoying the lively Trastevere vibe. Room was good size for a family of 4 with only issue that shower had no door, and glass wall which made privacy a concern. Breakfast was amazing and fresh. We loved enjoying the fresh breakfast every morning on the terrace. We also enjoyed evening coffee and wine on the terrace. Overall had a great stay.

A cute room that had everything we needed for two people, and great staff! We dropped our bags off early along with some food, and the staff very graciously brought our bags into our room and our food into the mini fridge once the room was ready. Very Shabbat friendly (fridge doesn't have a light, the AC stays on all day/night, they give you a key to the building and the room, and they set out candles to light on Friday.) Really just a great place!

Great location in Trastevere. The room was very nice! Bed was comfortable and the blackout shades and super-insulated windows shut out the nightlife noises when we went to bed. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy the delicious made to order breakfasts or enjoy a glass of wine later in the day. The staff were very nice as well. And it was wonderful to have an elevator to get to the room. We love staying in Trastevere, and this was the perfect place to enjoy all the great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.

Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The coffee was made to order, as were the eggs and choice of pastries. I loved the view on the rooftop, which includes an indoor space for rainy or cold days. The bathroom fixtures were lovely, great toiletries, too. The furnishings in the room were comfortable and new. We had plenty of space to spread out. The location is excellent since it is just a block from the main bus and tram lines in Trastevere, the bridge over the Tiber, etc., but also with a foot in the neighborhood for great nightlife. I also liked how easy and hands-off the check-in was.

I have nothing negative to say about this place.

The location for this hotel is PERFECT. It is right in the heart of Trastevere, but a short walk into the busy Rome city. The host, Michele, was absolutely lovely and professional. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Our room had the cutest view of a small part Trastevere. The breakfast included was wonderful, too. You eat up on the rooftop and it is just the most beautiful way to start the morning! I would absolutely recommend Giuditta in Trastevere for anyone travelling to Rome who wants a comforting stay, with a great location and the best food/drinks just a step away! Very modern touch and extremely clean. Great location and Michelle was wonderful to coordinate with on our travel to Rome.

We had to leave for early airport transfer and was at breakfast first thing and were the only table there. Staff member seemed overwhelmed. Another family came in about 10 mins later and were served full breakfast before we even received a coffee or juice. We ended up having to leave to catch our transfer. Maybe it was someone new handling the kitchen. This wouldn’t deter the overall experience just something they should be aware of for future guests.

Giuditta Trastevere is perfect! location, facilities, breakfast and service. It was a pleasant surprise in the heart of Trastevere, noiseless, impeccably clean. Lavinia at reception and Caroline at the cafe were extremely friendly and available! but I really have to thank Michelle who, shortly before our arrival, received an online purchase for me... not really... he picked it up at the post office! Unbelievable! Thank you so much! Giuditta Trastevere will certainly always be our place in Rome! Grazie Mille!

Room had everything we needed and was spacious and comfotable. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace, ordered the night before but you could always ask for more if you wanted. Good location, walked to a lot of the main sights. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the airport by train and tram.
