Thank you to Claudia, Fabio and team for a great trip!!! The hotel is in a great location- 30 mins walk max to all the main sites in Rome in a great neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants but still quiet at night. The breakfast and restaurant were brilliant and they set us up for the day every day! The rooms are large for a city and also very modern and clean with cleaning everyday and they accommodated a late checkout for us. Claudia made an extra special fuss of my mum on her birthday with flowers and Prosecco!

The air con broke in one of our rooms however they moved us immediately.

The hotel is in a nice location in Trastevere. You're near the main restaurants and bars. An easy walk to the main attractions from the hotel just over the bridge. The rooms are kept clean and stocked up every day. There is a bar and restaurant at the hotel. The food at the restaurant was great. Please see the dilikes before you decide.

The staff were friendly, Im just telling the truth. You will need really good ear plugs if you're staying here, no light sleepers or you will not sleep. Luckily, I had a pack of good ear plugs for my weeks stay. My friend and I were located on the 1st floor, and there are two big seating areas, one in the front and the other in the centre of the hotel. The noise from these areas till late is super loud! They host some parties and large groups. (Which is great for the restaurant) The noise comes from the room windows and the rooms door as the sound travels up the mental stairs. The rooms need triple glazing or a wall soundproofing and a door near the stairs. There was no hot water some mornings, so I had a freezing cold shower a few times. I would say light sleepers stay away

Very nice room! Staff was very friendly and helpful, helped us get a cab to the airport and happily answered any questions we had :) Nice breakfast and great coffee. Comfortable room, location in Trastavere is amazing. Calm area but close to all the restaurants and bars etc. Close to the bus to get around in Rome!

Cleaning was very inconsistent. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning, though I'm sure somethings are just wear and tear. Some days we got water bottles, some days not. We got one big towel but a ton of small ones one day. But seemed like only one person was working in cleaning so understandable if stressed and some things are missed once in a while so not a huge deal to us :)

The Hotel Casa Mia was sensational! For a little 3 star proprerty, we were very impressed. We had two rooms and both were excellent. Room #12 had an outdoor area with seating and the most amazingly cool cross breeze when you opened the windows and door. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. We enjoyed hearing the buzz from the street and restaurant below whilst we enjoyed the Euro's on the TV. The noise was never too loud though. The most enjoyable part of our stay was seeing Roddi in the morning at breakfast. She would greet us with her Italian "Bongiorno" and then make us a tasty cappucino. We could not have conversation with her but adored her anyway. The Italian breakfast every morning was so good and the crusty bread a little too good! We highly recommend Hotel Casa Mia for those after a boutique style property with a traditional breakfast in a trendy area of Trastevere. Loved it!

Only one small slight. The water pressure in the shower of room #10 was not very strong.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and the waterfront, with many cafes and bars around. The area has a very authentic old-town vibe, right as you step out of the hotel.

At first, we were placed in the wrong room because ours wasn’t ready, and we had to wait for about 30 minutes at night. The room we were given was smaller and had a slightly strange smell. The next day, however, we were moved to the correct room, and everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly.

Great location, right in Trastevere. Very good value, rooms felt fairly modern and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there on the day of check out until our evening flight.

The tiles in the shower were those tiny mosaic style tiles, lots of which had come loose so it was quite uncomfortable to stand on whilst showering, and a fair bit of black mould had built up in the shower too. Very minor and for the price we paid I can’t complain and would probably stay again!

the location is great, between the best places of Trastevere and very close to Rome city center. With a close walk you can reach Campo dei Fiori or Piazza Navona. Vaticano is 20min walking. Breakfast if great and the owner is very kind and nice. The room is comfortable and bed is super comfy

the hot water takes ages to warm up. Also the pressure of the shower is nothing, at least in the room we were in. Last day it was completely impossible to make the water suitable for shower, as it was either too hot or completely cold.

The premises are in the very heart of Trastevere although really quiet. Beautiful very Roman view from the room window, the room was tiny but very clean, cosy and comfortable, the bed was superb! Reach breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, vegetables and crouissants - enough for half of the day! The reception ladies were super helpful - I've injured a leg during my walk and the host ran to the farmacy to get me a stick and allowed to stay an extra hour after check-in hour to be able to lay my leg down. Thanks a lot!

The location is everything!! And the vibes nearby, happy people all around. Also great breakfast, very complete.

The AC in the room is a bit difficult to figure out. The settings weren't clear and it would have been helpful to receive instruction during check in because it resulted in a sleepless night with no one to ask for help.

Great location in Trastevere. Friendly staff, restaurant downstairs which was okay other places in Trastevere are bit better in our opinion. Good, decent breakfast included which had a good selection ranging from croissants with spreads, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, eggs and bacon.
