Francesca was friendly, helpful, and very accommodating! She helped me with everything I needed and also arranged for bag storage after 1000 AM checkout. Also there was a carpenter in the building we let me use his phone for Hotspot as I lost service upon arrival from US. Next to Taxi service that is quick and only $10 one way Walking distance to EVERYTHING! I walked nearly 70 miles during my 5 day stay! Hot water with strong pressure. Big room. I slept like a log with my ear buds and sleepsounds.

The Continental free breakfast with the coupon is fantastic but I wasn't able to use it because I would start exploring at 7- 7:30 in the morning and they do not open until 8:30 am. Nonetheless That is my fault!

Second year in a row in the same accomodation,for a week long stay.The position is superb,close to everything you need to see. The hostess met us,explained everything,was always available via whatsapp if needed.The room is cleaned every day,with fresh towels every third day.

Located on the edge of the Trastevere, close to the Piazza Trisulla/Sisto bridge, it is a walking distance of practically everything that is great and interesting in Rome. So unless the weather is terrible, it is in the perfect location. There's also a 24/7 taxi station downstairs, which is super convenient. The breakfast is basic (cofee and some pastry) and there are no facilities. But the staff is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!

The walls are paper thin (I guess most Roman apartments are like that), but nothing that some ear plugs couldn't fix. If you want to sleep in the most trendy neighborhood, that's the price to pay. Other than that I have no complaints.

Great Location next to Tibur River (no view though) Owner had good communication for entry and other details. Followed up with us when we got in. (I did not have this experience at 2 other locations while travelling Italy)

Did not like the outside-suite bathroom. It was strange walking down hallway to our bathroom. However, this was NOT a surprise as the owner explained this when I booked the room. I just wouldnt do that again to save a few Euro

Location is superb. Our hostess accommodated us earlier than the normal check in and booked us a taxi to the airport for 5 am the last day,on regular Rome airport prices. She was very helpful and friendly, and contacted us before the stay. Breakfast in the nearby bar was excellent. Try the pistacchio croissant,which is out of this world.

There was a slight problem with the water tank in the toilet- it got stuck once and did not flush,we had to open the top cover.

The location was perfect. Right on the Tiber. Close to halfway between the Vatican and the Colosseum! And right in the heart of Trastevere. A very relaxing area to end your evening in Rome. The staff was very helpful and quickly answered any questions we had.

The showers were pretty tight.

Loved the location! We only had one night but we will definitely be back to explore more of Trastevere. Also loved the Meccanismo Bar where we had breakfast. Very good cappuccino. Claudio was a wonderful host and left us very detailed instructions and answered our question. So lovely 😍 We were very comfortable and wished we could stay longer.

We didn't realise the aircon outlet hose was put in a jug to collect the water so it overflowed a bit overnight 😳. A sign might be useful to let guest know to empty out the jug when using the aircon. We cleaned it up with towels so not a big issue.

Excellent location and very convenient to reach to all the places of interest. Near to taxi and bus stop. Property itself is vintage and well maintained and conveniently placed in happening place Trestevere. Host and support staff were very helpful and safely collected our luggage from the airlines courier since our luggage got delayed by one day.

Great room with private bath for the price. There are a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby, so be ready for the late night noise, but we were okay with it as we were coming late home😁 The room was clean and tidy. Italian breakfast was included by voucher, coffee and croissant at the bar in the counter. We enjoyed the stay and neighborhood as well.

The B&B is in a perfect location, you can reach by walk most of the historical sites in Rome, you have a variety or restaurants and bar close by. The room was clean and comfortable , the staff super nice and kind. Since we booked for New Year, the staff also gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate. Much appreciated!!
