Host met us upon our arrival very friendly and helpful. He arranged our transportation to and from airport which was very appreciated. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very nice and updated. Rooms are only one flight up stairs so not many stairs. Coffee center and mini refrigerator in room and in central area.

Our room overlooked the square. The cafe below kept late-hours so if you are a light sleeper the noise and activity may keep you up. I use earplugs so I was just fine. The neighbor hood has a bohemian vibe with lots of restaurants and bars to pick from.

The property was very modern and clean. The area is fantastic for bars and restaurants, the place is booming at night. The rooms a great size, got everything you would need in it, even had access to a coffee machine outside your room in the foyer area. Maria checked us in and she couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful. She even gave us the name of some restaurants to eat at and offered to sort us reservations. We checked one out and it was fantastic.

Hard to find because the address says number 14 but it’s actually number 15. There is no sign above the door. Look for the big green door at Number 15. It’s to the right of the church on the square. I’ve added photos for reference.

Great location if you’re deciding where to stay in Rome for your very first trip! We could easily travel (public transport or walk 25 mins at least) to major tourist attractions. It was a very clean room with bathroom facilities. Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to Maria who also gave us multiple food recommendations!

As it’s located near bistros, pubs etc, there is noise from the night activities. However we’re used to living in a city so this was not a deterrent for us. The bed was soft and we were sinking towards the middle; however firmness of a mattress is subjective so again, this does not deter the overall experience for us.

We had such a wonderful experience at Tankara Suite. Check in was easy and Maria was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We had a small problem with the power outlets and Federico came over as soon as we called him, at 11:45 pm, to remedy the problem with a smile. Truly above and beyond. The location is ideal and the neighborhood is full of shops and great restaurants. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to consider a weekday stay as the evenings get pretty lively on the weekends. We loved every minute of our stay and would gladly return on our next trip to Roma! Grazie!

Apartment located in the bohemian area of Rome surrounded by an array of restaurants, bars and the Italian atmosphere with all the required amenities - updated bathroom, comfortable beds and a coffee machine in shared kitchenette. Connected to the opposite side of the Tiber River with numerous bridges, the location is perfect to walk to Rome’s popular attractions and to explore Rome’s hidden gems. Maria & Federico were incredible hosts; always available to provide assistance, provide recommendations and advise new and interesting areas and aspects of Rome that need to be seen to be believed. Can be a little noisy at night with buskers in the piazza, but not unbearable and part of the Italian experience!

Location was very central to everything, really took in the piazza style of living.

Probably did not expect it to be so noisy to early hours of the morning, bottles being collected, people talking, motor bikes. The bed was too low, would have liked a table and chairs in the room so we could eat in and work on our computor. Also bathroom needs towel rail and towel ring to hang towels. Shower rose is too high for the shower screen and water splashes over the mirror.

The location was very central set in a beautiful piazza in Trastevere and easily accessible during the day. We easily found parking along Lungo Tevere and found the establishment to be comfortable, clean and well organised. It was well apointed with all the ammenities we needed. The host was super helpful and well organised with all the latest technology and gadgets to facilitate his and the guest's ease of operation. However, at night it was a different experience altogether.

The entrance of the building was often blocked by car parked in the narrow alleyway right in front of the building and the restaurant on the piazza full patrons making access to the front door somewhat difficult at times. The night we arrived with our luggage we had a really tough time getting our bags to the front door of the building. Furthermore, at night the whole area became filled with huge crowds of very loud, drunken youth whom we could hear right through the night with windows closed and air-conditioner turned on. Had we known, we would not have chosen to stay in this location.

The room was very charming and comfortable, the location was absolutely amazing, and it wasn't too far of a walk to get around the city of Rome. Communication was great with the owners. They booked us a car back to the airport for the morning we left, which was really nice, and we were very pleased with our stay. Maria and Frederico were wonderful hosts, and I highly recommend staying here.

Was a little noisy late at night, but nothing terrible. We knew Trastevere was known for their nightlife.

The room is very clean and looks like the pictures on the website. Bad and pillows super comfortable Spacious room. Lots of space for luggage. Has a mini fridge and microwave which is handy and coffee for the morning Great area. Entertainment and food right at your doorstep but when it was time for bed couldn’t hear anything Loved our stay Only issue (but not for us) could be that there isn’t a lift. You have to carry the luggage up 12 stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us.

Centrally located to trasevere area. Very vibrant. Still could walk to the major sites in Rome. We walked from Spanish steps back with no issues.

Clean, comfortable accomodation, nice private bathroom, access to shared kitchenette with complimentary coffee. Fresh towels and bottle if water provided daily. Very pleasant, helpful and attentive hoasts. Close walking distance to Rome's major tourist sites.

The location is great, as it's close walking distance to the main Sightseeing attractions. However, the suite is situated in the activity heart of Trestevere area, with windows facing a restaurant just a few meters away, so if you enjoy night life, this is the right spot for you, but if you are looking for a quiet spot, where you can go to bed early and get a long restfull sleep, this may not be the best location for you.
