It’s not really about the property, but the street where it’s located. There are 2 bars that are working until 2 am with people drinking and screaming right there on the street, in front of the window. Really not the best spot if you want to have a good night rest.

The location was exceptional, I could not recommend it enough! We walked everywhere from there (it was tiring but the maximum distance we walked from the location to a point of relevance was 35 - 40 minutes!). The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was beautiful.

I believe there was no breakfast service and I would have also liked the receptionist to be more present in the building. We (and others) had a problem when arriving to the hotel because the door needed a code to get in. No one was in the building to open the door for us and we were lucky enough to be able to call from one of our phones, as not everyone has access to international calls! I would have liked to know that before hand; to get an email that provided the code and room number if the receptionist is not going to be there.

The staff were very friendly and available during their work hours. The location was amazing from a geographical point of view, as it was very close to Trastevere's night life, Ponte Sisto, and public transport and other points of interest. The room was quite spacious considering it was a studio, and clean enough.

Incredibly noisy area with bars and people sitting right up against the wall. I got used to it and played white noise to sleep, it didn't break the experience but be mindful if you have sleep issues. Cleaning could be better for the price (the cover and some shower stains), but still decent compared to other stays in the area.

We stayed here during our final weekend in Italy, wanting to explore the Trastevere neighborhood versus the city center. The hotel is located right in the heart of a bustling corner of Trastevere, but as other reviewers have mentioned, our room was surprisingly quiet despite the busy area outside. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear guests in the hotel lobby. The room did have a slight odor, but given the building’s historic charm, that’s understandable. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the bathroom and shower were spacious and well-appointed. One standout feature was the hotel's assistance in arranging a taxi transfer to the airport at an early hour, which was incredibly helpful.

The location of this hotel was great. The room was just what we needed and the staff was very nice. It was not too noisy because our room’s windows were not facing the Main Street which is very busy at night. The AC worked well, so the room stayed nice and cool in the 100 F degree weather. This was a great hotel, especially for the cost.

The WiFi did not work the best in our room. It could be a bit noisy from people walking in at night or dragging their suitcases/cleaning in the room above us.

The room was gorgeous, nicer than the pictures. There was a private elevator which arrived right into the room which was so handy. The interior was so nice and the space was very roomy. The location was fabulous and we really liked the area., a short walk from everything. I would highly recommend.

The room was quite hot, we stayed in January so the AC was turned off. We had to open windows to cool it down which led to the room getting quite noisy. The apartment was in the very centre of the area though so we expected there to be noise and when the windows were closed we couldn't hear anything.

We loved the location of this stay, nice and close to the centre without being in the hustle and bustle!

Check in wasn’t super easy for us, communication was next to none upon arrival so we couldn’t check in as soon as we arrived. Wanted to leave our bags after checking out and our message was never responded to, luckily we saw a lovely cleaner on our way out who helped us store our bags and told us how to come retrieve them later in the day!

We had the room with the terrace and private elevator entrance! It was a great room in the middle of Trastavere! Located near the foot bridge to the center of Rome. Also, the check in/out was easy and they accommodated all of our requests. This place is a true gem! I would come back. We enjoyed the terrace every morning and night!

I love my room but you must know that you are located near the night life, so some noise is expected.
