The place was a full apartment with a living room, kitchen, dining table. There's one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and one bedroom and one bath upstairs. Great layout for us. The location was great too. It's in a very vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and shops and bars. But our apartment was quiet. It also has good AC. Valeria was an incredible host. Always available. At one point we needed the TV reset and extra towels and both were taken care of the same day.

The showers are European size. Very small but the water pressure is good.

What I liked most was the location of this apartment: there are plenty of taverns nearby where you can have breakfast or a meal anytime you want. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the Botanical Garden and very close to the city center

It’s not a luxurious apartment, but it has everything you need for a pleasant vacation: a shower, hot water, a hair dryer, and an iron available upon request. It features a comfortable double bed, a sofa, and a small kitchen — perfect for 2–3 people. Most importantly, everything is clean.

This gorgeous apartment in an old palazzo has a big living / dining area and a small but very well equipped kitchenette with an oven and fridge. Upstairs to a lovely big bed, lots of cupboard space and drawers and a very adequate bathroom with a small shower. Very close to St Maria Basilica in the heart of Trastevere. Second time in Trastevere with my daughter, ideal location for sightseeing. Will definitely stay here on our future visits.

We can’t find anything negative to say about Palazzo Velli. It’s great value for money and the correspondence from Valeria before we arrived was first class.

Location was brilliant , right in the heart of Trastevere, a very vibrant and young place. Beautiful restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Valeria and elite were very accommodating with our arrival time and were able to allow us check in at 1pm. This was very helpful for us as we had a lot of luggage. Apartment was spacious and plenty big for four adults. Valeria kept in touch and responded quickly to our requests Overall a very nice stay

No luggage storage and streets are cobble, so very difficult with lots of bags. I would return for a long weekend with just one bag. Check out said 11am, but we got an email to say we had to check out at 10.30 am. Also, our electricity went on the morning of checkout, which was inconvenient but was fixed once made aware.

Location was great. Trastevere has so many restaurants and bars nearby, perfect for a night out. It was also within walking distance of the Vatican. It has a large gate, separating the bustling neighborhood from the Palazzo suites. Very quiet and cozy once inside. We received our self check-in instructions with no issues. There is a gorgeous courtyard once you are past the gate. Very secure area. The facilities are a little dated, but it has many modern amenities and furnishings. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it had the essentials. The living room was quite big, and held a dining table, TV, couch and sofa bed. It also lead out into a small patio space with table and chairs. Bathroom had a full sized bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Bedroom had a wall to wall closet. Very clean and comfy bed.

We had to stagger our shower times so that we would both have hot water. The bathroom fixtures could use a bit of deep cleaning as well. The bedroom AC appliance was a bit older, so it took a little longer to cool down the bedroom. But the newer one in the living room worked perfectly. Not many toiletries given. There was wall-mounted shampoo and conditioner and some hand soap by the bathroom sink, but not much more. Plan accordingly. The WiFi was a bit spotty in the bedroom, especially with the door closed. We eventually found the router/modem in the kitchen and had the best WiFi signal while in the kitchen and living room.

Beautiful two story accomodation. Really great location. Facilities excellent in the apartment.

The noise at night. It was so loud. There is an unused wooden door in the apartment that has a bar across it. The far side of the door is outdoor restaurant seating. The noise is extremely loud at night, and after the diners leave, the staff move all of the tables, chairs, and heaters. It's so loud. There was a sofa bed right beside the door that was in use during our stay, so it became a really big issue.

Excellent location in the heart of Trastevere. Surprisingly quiet, considering all the night life in the surroundings. The apartment was easy to find and access, clean and well equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive.

Some of the inventory was really dated - perhaps a bit more than it had to be, e.g. the sofa or TV with broken / empty remote control or the cutlery. But all complete and ok.

Palazzo Velli is a beautiful building, and the location is exceptional to explore Trastevere and Rome in general. The streets are bursting with life, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. What's more, there is an art gallery in the building, a museum and a pretty little church just opposite. The apartment's facilities are just enough for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable.

You can hear the noise from the street, get some ear plugs and you will be fine. There was no wi-fi.

Very clean, spacious and in great location! The area is always busy but safe, surrounded by restaurants, shops, everything you need. The bus station is also a few mins walk from the apartment. Note that’s a very touristic area if you’re not looking for that. We only stayed for 3 nights, but I could definitely stay there longer in the future!! Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Trastevere area.

Nothing. But it’s slightly far from the center if you don’t have a car and plan to move around a lot.

The apartment was in a central location, near several lovely restaurants and within 30 minute walking distance to all the lovely things Rome has to offer. The apartment was perfect if you are looking to explore Rome for a long weekend.

Whilst general cutlery such as knives, forks, mugs and plates were provided. Additional cutlery (scissors, chopping board) would have been nice.
