Excellent location, the penthouse was great, very spacious and the private terrace with hot tub was amazing, perfect way to relax after sightseeing! The lift up to the terrace is also really cool! Guiseppe was amazing, he was very helpful, booked us a taxi to the airport and when my husband left his bag in the taxi (!!) we called Guiseppe who sorted it out for us and arranged for it to be brought back to us within an hour and in plenty of time for the flight!! We had the best family holiday here in Trastevere which is an excellent location close to everything and very pretty and lively in the evenings but the apartment is on a quiet street so very peaceful!

This wasn’t an issue for us at all but if anyone has difficulty with stairs the penthouse wouldn’t be suitable as it’s the top floor with a narrow winding staircase and no lift.

Giuseppe was extremely helpful whenever we had questions (easily reachable by texting with WhatsApp). Our last night (of a 5 night stay), we moved into the "penthouse"... wonderful views, great hottub, and lots of room. It's well worth the extra steps & room cost upcharge. The location in Trastevere was excellent. The restaurants & nightlife are very close, yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet time.

This boutique hotel really had no shortcomings in our opinion.

We had a lovely time in Rome. The place is located in small, quiet street but very close to the center of Trastevere. The apartment was very good equipped, with good blinds on the windows, comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. There was no problem with hot water. Kitchenette was quite small, but enough for making coffee and warming up/cooking a simple meal. Wifi and Netflix worked great. Our host Giuseppe was friendly and helpful. I am really hoping to return to this wonderful place again.

It would be better to provide door PIN in a message before arrival, because we had to wait a bit too long before an entrance. There was no litter bin in the kitchenette.

Location! Friendly reception after hours - host kept us updated till our arrival. We took a cab from the airport and I was concerned that our cab driver wouldn't be able to find this obscure little door on a tiny road, after dark. No issues because our host had the door open and was waiting for us. Giuseppe helped us settle in, gave us a map and guided us on how to book our train/bus for our departure in 3 days to Sorrento. When we walked down to the square that first night it was like my dreams came true. Tiny little streets, restaurants lit up with twinkling lights, friendly (not pushy) greeters everywhere we went. It's a lively area, full of people strolling through. We felt very safe and welcome, even with our lack of Italian. And the gelato was so delicious. Our room was clean and big. Big windows for fresh air. Comfy bed and linens. We walked to all the main sites of Rome. This location is just 10 minutes to the river and into Old Rome. Then you can explore wherever you want to go. If you're looking for a cab they are just down at the bridge.

We loved it all.

It's a lovely and cutesy house with rooms on each floor, each located off an old fashioned red velvet staircase. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the facilities in the room were great. Having an aircon in summer in Rome was very welcomed, although it could be a bit stronger. The neighbourhood of Trastevere was very lovely and beautiful - but note that this neighbourhood is quite far from main transport routes and red bus stops. There are however many little cafes, shops, squares, cobblestones, hanging lights, and places for cocktails or dinner in the neighbourhood. Giuseppe was very kind and welcoming. We would definitely come back to stay again.

The door know was broken, which made it difficult to lock the door. But Giuseppe fixed it the following day. Note that the terrace is only for those in the penthouse - booking.com includes photos of the penthouse suggesting everyone has access to the rooftop.

A charming room well located in the vibrant and attractive Trastevere area of Rome. The room was large, quiet and well equipped for a very pleasant stay in Rome. It is close to many wonderful places to eat and enjoy a drink in the lovely Trastevere suburb of Rome. You are within 30 minutes walk of all the major attractions and and close to the local nightlife. a great spot to stay.

You have to use the stairs to the room. however the staff were very kind in helping us with the luggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I felt very welcomed and the location is amazing. You will notice such a difference and feel so lucky once actually hearing the night life of Trastevere and going back to this hotel. It is very quiet and is only 3 minutes away from all the restaurants in Trastevere. The room was comfortable and the service was amazing! I recommend to stay here

Giuseppe, is an excellent host and really put in the effort to make sure our stay/check in and check out was well looked after. His list of restaurants stuck on the reception table is not to be missed. Our room was tucked just the right distance away from the multitude of bars/ restaurants and shops... on a quiet lane, which was a godsend. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed and two large windows that lit up the room very nicely. The amenities were great. I would absolutely recommend this apartment and definitely come back to stay at Giuseppe's!

Perfect location in Trastevere! Located on a quiet street, but right around the corner from the restaurant, bars, shops. We stayed in the double room - the bed is exceptionally comfortable. Shower quickly gets hot with good water pressure. Very clean and large room that had everything we needed including kitchenette and small desk. The hosts have a wonderful list of local restaurants that were delicious and not touristy!

Wifi wasn't always at full bars. No elevator (not a problem for us but may be for those with mobility limitations).

We booked the rooftop apartment with private terrace and hot tub. The apartment is extremely spacious with a very large bedroom and super comfy bed. The bathroom is also spacious with a great shower. There is a separate living room with lift to the rooftop. The sunny rooftop is fantastic with sun loungers and a great hot tub, ideal for a soak after a day out exploring. The apartment is in a great location in Trastevere, close enough to everything but located on a quiet street so nice and quiet at night time. Communication with Giuseppe and Jennie was excellent, always on hand to give recommendations and answer questions. The apartment really made our trip to Rome perfect! Looking forward to our next stay.
