The location of this spot is fantastic, right in the heart of Trastevere and across from one of our favorite restaurants, Pimm's Good. The accommodations were modern amidst an old world neighborhood. It was easy access for my family and the room was stocked with all essentials for cooking at home (though we never did because of the amazing restaurants nearby). The staff was accessible and friendly and we felt very safe.

It got a little noisy at night with all of the activity outside, but we managed that and it was worth it being in that location. Perhaps a little more attention to soundproofing could help, but again, it wasn't an issue.

The location was close to the main attractions whilst still being in an area frequented by locals. We felt like we could step away from the chaos of Rome while still having it on our door step. Our apartment was on the edge, rather than in central Trastevere so again we felt removed by a degree which suited our vibe. Everything we required was on our door step, including grocer, wine bar, coffee and gelato. We walked to every major tourist attraction over 6 days and caught only 2 taxis whilst in Rome.

Bed was a little firm for our liking.

This was so great for me and my teenage and young adult son. It is fun, loud and vibrant and a quick walk across the Tiber. It was spacious with room to hang out washing and reallly comfortable. Fabulous and great value for money.

Next time I would request an apartment on a higher level or at the back or the block as the streets are packed with people especially late on weekend evenings.

Location was perfect for us. By all the restaurants. Apartment 6 on first floor. We heard noise sometimes but was not at all bad. Lots of space in apartment. Access to items to top up such as coffee pods, dishwasher tablets, kitchen till, bin bags, washing machine powder. Washing machine was also tumble drier so getting laundry done was great!

No vegetables peeler or cheese grater. Lighting in bathroom is very dark - cannot donate up very well.

The location of the apartment is outstanding. Being a tourist as well as a foodie from here is unbeatable. I loved the ease of getting into the apartment and the availability of things such as coffee.

While the kitchen had essentials such as pots/ pans, and dish soap, it did not have sponges, or dish towels to wash with. There were also no condiments to cook with such as oil, salt, and pepper. I realize that Sonder asked in advance if we would like our pantry stocked, but for some reason, I thought these essentials would be there. The pull-out couch bed was also not comfortable (they rarely are), however, since I am short and could sleep sideways on it, it did not impede my rest.

Having not being to Rome before we were unsure where in the city to stay, and hit the jackpot in Trastevere, with so much choice of food and bars the area. I had read reviews on here about it being noisy but that wasn’t an issue, there’s a background noise of the street below but I don’t know what else people expect in a city. The accommodation was incredibly clean, spacious and had everything needed for the 5 days we were there.

Lovely spacious and airy apartment, v easy to find and access, great online support and v responsive, phone no at the entrance in case of any problems. Bed super comfortable and bathroom perfect. Fantastic location for exploring Rome, right in the heart of Trastevere and close to the river. We booked last minute as we'd been let down by our airbnb booking. Will definitely use Sonder in future! One thing to note: We paid extra to check in early by the room wasn't ready. I messaged Sonder straight away and they were able to sort it so that the room was cleaned quickly and we got a full refund of the early check in payment. That's great customer service!

There was a little noise in the evening but that's to be expected as it's a popular area. Sonder provided ear plugs and white noise alexa to help if needed. We had a great night's sleep.

The location was amazing—right in Travestere, near a lot of restaurants, bars, etc.. and walking distance to everything in Rome. The apartment is big and spacious, and the renovations are really nice and modern. The kitchen area was great. Having two full bathrooms is always a plus.

Only thing I didn't like was the noise level from the streets (bar, people drinking, singing) was very loud and it goes on till 2am. Then they cut the music, but people stay there for another hour. Not really the apartment's fault, but it was difficult to sleep through the racket.

Location is great... right in the action in Trastevere. The apartment gave us a modern base to come home to after spending our days in the beautiful antiquity that is Trastevere and the Rome surrounds. The apartment has all the facilities that you need if you want to use them whilst on holidays like... washing machine fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher microwave oven, underbench oven, cooktop and built in Fridge. So it's clean, modern and comfortable.

A small issue was the heated towel rail in the downstairs bathroom didnt work. But the upstairs one did so that was good to use to obviously dry out the towels and some key items that we washed whilst there.

Great location in the heart of Trastavere. The staff were great. I had an original booking where the property manager was a no show, the staff at Sonder were so patient and accommodating in the circumstances and communication was excellent. Very modern apartment with everything I needed. As a solo traveller, I always felt safe. I would book with Sonder again. Would suit all types of traveller.

Can be noisy, it's in the heart of Trastevere, but it was not bothersome.
