Centrally located to restaurants, bars and shops. The property was very clean. There were fresh bottles of water provided each day. Breakfast was included and consisted of cereal, yoghurt, croissants, cakes, fruit, fresh salmon, cheeses, tea and coffee. We had a wonderful stay. Emanuel was extremely helpful with our questions. He kept everything spotlessly clean. He even gave us his bus tickets prior to departure so we didn’t have walk a long way with our bags. Do yourself a favour and stay in Trastevere it’s so relaxing and only a short walk to the Colosseum. Youll be happy you did. Rome is crazy busy!

The mattress we had is worn out and needs replacing.

Really nice, big, room in a good location about 20 minute walk from the Colosseum. Locally there were plenty of bars and restaurants away from the centre of Rome, which had a more relaxed atmosphere but still very lively. Breakfast was a simple continental choice but plenty available. Emanuel was really helpful and waited outside for us when we arrived late (flight was delayed) which we're grateful for as I don't think we'd have found it otherwise! The sign is very small near the doorbell.

The toilet was a bit awkward to flush which led to a couple of stressful moments! You have to press the button repeatedly until it clicks and then hold it in until the water releases.

The area is very quiet during the night and the host is very nice and helpful. We could also leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out, without any additional fees.

I would like to leave a review for Emmanuel, who worked at the hotel. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always eager to help. Every day, he cleaned the room with such care and attention to detail that it made our stay even more comfortable. His dedication and positive attitude truly stood out. The only small inconvenience was that we were hoping the bathroom would be a bit larger so we could fit the crib there and have our little one sleep separately. However, we managed just fine sharing the room with her in the end.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly respectful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Emanuel was formidable, very kind, patient, of great help for providing information about how to reach diverse places in Rome, always there when you needed him, carried my heavy luggage from the street to the room. It is rare to meet such a kind person. The room and breakfast room were very clean, breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Location was great too.

There is nothing I disliked. Maybe the other guests should talk less loud on the corridor when they come back late, after midnight or when they leave very early in the morning, with their trolleys.

Quiet location outside of the main tourist spots but easy walking distance to bus stop or attractions. Local restaurants are amazing and are a good mix of locals and tourists. Never overcrowded and food and service amazing. Taxi to property really expensive, got an uber on the way back to the station for half the price. Emmanuel was amazing, from housekeeping to offering advice. Thank you for a great stay.

Room had a couple of defects but not enough to stop me from staying again.

Great accomodation in the Trastevere region in Rome. Easily accessible by train and then a quick bus ride. Quieter area than staying in Old Town but an easy walk to most of the main attractions. Great restaurants, cafes and shops nearby and nice and close to the Tiber. The accommodation itself was lovely. Large bedroom and bathroom in excellent condition and was definitely value for money for the price we paid. The best thing is that the complex has a lift, so we didn’t have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs! Very secure complex too. Would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was included but was limited and didn’t start until later in the morning. We wanted to get to the sites early to avoid the crowds so went out for breakfast instead. The area has wonderful cafes close by so this wasn’t an issue.

Stayed here for a short break recently I was greeted by the very helpful Emmanuel . My room and eating area was spotless. room was cleaned each day. Location very handy, 20 minutes of a walk to the colosseum, restaurants, buses and taxis are all within walking distance. The breakfast is very basic. The lift in the building is not user friendly and very poor condition. Poor signage from the outside. The walls are paper thin and can hear everything in the apartment. Emmanuel is a great host and worker. I would recommend this place for a short budget stay.

Excellent location, walking distance to all main attractions ( few minutes walk to Forum Romanum/Colloseum and Tiberian Island); nearby many restaurants and bars. Safe neighbourhood. We received great support from the host and the owner during our stay, they helped us order a reliable taxi to the airport for very early hours + extra bed was not an issue at all. Decent breakfast, little fridge in the room with mini-bar at reasonable prices, complimentary bottles with water supplied every day. Every day sheets were changed and room was cleaned.

We didn't have any view in the room :-( the windows were into indoor backyard with almost no daylight during the day, but it was quiet on the other hand and it did not bother us too much as we were out for most of the time; breakfast could be improved with some eggs, ham and more vegetables + wholegrain bread.
