Everything. Apart from its perfect and convenient location, staff went above and beyond to make sure I was arriving safely to the property, since I landed in Rome quite late. They made sure instructions were given clearly to me so I could make it with no problems to the hotel. The room was also lovely with a bathroom more than enough just for myself. Thank you so much for making my experience a 5 starts one.

Older section of town, alot of charm, Very close to everything, Very old building which added to the charm.

Shower incredibility small. Definitely need to add a grab bar or two as the floor is slippery. The shower door would not close, poor design. No safe in the room. Maybe add a tiny bucket or shelf to place the soap on. Impossible to place on the floor as it was impossible to bend over. Too small. Heat worked until 12 midnite and shut off so it is cold at night.

Staying right in Trastevere was very nice, since we just walked everywhere. The hotel is modern but at the same time has a cool vintage look about it. Rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and despite being very small, they were comfortable and adequate.

My only real problem was the bathrooms - there was mold on the walls and paint was flaking off in places. A very small shower that was hard to move about in and the damaged nozzle sprayed water in various directions, flooding the bathroom floor. The soap dispensers were empty so we couldn't wash our hands.

The location turned out to be a hidden gem! Easy walking (20 minutes) to many historic sights, the Jewish Ghetto and Trastevere area with a ton of eateries and restaurants to cater to everyone's gastro needs! We stayed in the Superior Double Room which was spacious and had a small mini fridge for our water, wine and beer. The AC worked fine and there was a balcony to also enjoy a late night drink and fresh air. Hotel access and room access codes were easy to use. Staff were AMAZING! Assisted with transfer from the hotel to the airport after our stay.

It is tucked away off of the main Piazza so make sure you have scouted it out on google maps before your arrival.

The room we stayed in was different from what we booked, in a good way! We ended up in the little ground floor apartment which was perfect. Even though the door leads right out onto the small street, it was quiet in our room throughout the night. The bed was super comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We have stayed at Hotel Domus Tiberina many times in the past and will continue to stay here whenever we are visiting Rome as it’s in the perfect location, clean, and very helpful staff with a good value for the area!

Beautiful location. Easy to access from airport (Fiumicino) and very close (400m) to public transport. A very charming part of the city. I had a single room, small, but very much enough for one person, nice bathroom. Stellar a/c! Flexible on checkin - ability to upload the necessary documents in advance and get access codes to room and property. Ideal as I arrived late at night.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is located in a quiet part of Trastevere with tons of nice restaurants and bars all around. The standard rooms are small but very comfortable and the deluxe room is amazing, with a little terrace with a beautiful view. I prefer these little places to the big chain hotels and highly recommend staying here!

The only thing that could be improved is that the Wi-Fi does not work well in some areas of hotel. Otherwise there is nothing wrong!

This hotel is in an EXCELLENT location, walkable to most of the main attractions. Lorenzo was super kind and helpful. He welcomed us and gave us great information. The room is tiny, however, the AC is excellent and the shower water pressure is super! My husband and I loved it. It is in the heart of Trastevere. Grazie, Lorenzo!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate, clear instructions for checking in. Our room was fantastic! Had a balcony, recently updated bathroom, and all the little helpful amenities. Mini fridge, soap, shampoo and towels provided, comfortable bed, key pad number codes to the front door and our room were easy and made me feel safe. Absolutely lovely room, and quite spacious for European smaller sizes.

the customer service by Lorenzo and team was incredible, the room was clean, the bathroom was tight but renovated and modern with a bidet. The location of trastevere was just perfect for tourists
