Loved the kind caring family and team that welcomed us. I was grateful we were able to find a room at short notice and renew daily despite it being July as my son was in hospital opposite. The staff were extremely kind and asked about my son often and were so helpful when I had to book a room each day due to not knowing when my son could be discharged. This means so much to me, thank you to everyone there who had hearts of gold.x I stayed in several rooms as a result of our predicament and all were super clean and the facilities were great.

Nothing really, I wasn't expecting too much due to previous reviews but don't be put off, embrace this place with an open heart and you will be rewarded.

Morning self-serve coffee maker in hallway had all the coffee pods removed on our third and fourth days, not sure why it was all removed and not replenished.

The location of this property is superb ! We loved staying in Trastevere which is a hip and bohemian area of Rome The accommodation was great. A few lights didn’t work , it gets a bit stuffy in there but overall it was great

Need some hooks and shelves in the bathroom to hang up stuff or stand up your toiletries Could only put them on the floor

Excellent location in beautiful Trastevere close to the river, with bus stops nearby providing easy travel to sights. The room was equipped with good air conditioning (huge plus), a nice bed, tv and a small fridge. The bathroom was modern and clean. For us this was a perfect accommodation.

Was quiet and homely in a small apartment complex. Within a short distance of the Vatican and central Rome - the location was perfect.

The floor in the room was a bit dirty, but generally was clean throughout.

I liked only location since i istayed in Trastevere before .Easy to reach on foot Coloseum and othe places .In trastevere planty of places to eat even they all have same menu Pizza Pasta and Lazagne.Owner is amazing realy polite and funny .They care about their guests and expect nothing but perfection .Accommodation is top class really comfy beds and really modern and clean accommodation for great value

Good location, quiet place.

The room was very dark (with no sunlight). However I did not mind it as we only stayed in the room during the night.

An amazing stay! This was a brilliant place — easy to reach and incredibly close to all the main attractions. Perfect location and a truly unforgettable experience!

Location, cleanliness, comfortable beds and new bathroom with good shower.

The room doesn't have any chairs, there's nowhere to hang a wet bath towel, the safe was locked and we couldn't use it, the bedside lamps on the double bed don't work.

Comfortable, quiet, lovely area with the best restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff with quick check-in.

Booked a quadruple room, but was given one double bed and one single bed. Not what we had booked.
