So, when choosing the hotel, i took into account lots of aspects, location, price, comments. Taking into consideration that this was my 6th time in ROME , the price was not a surprise because that's the location average if you want close to the city center, spacious rooms, modern accommodation. Here, i found what i was looking for. Especially being my first time in the City with my son *3.8 years old* - Spacious clean rooms - Modern accommodation - Parking - very close to the hotel - - Good breakfast (even if some of the comments said otherwise) it was really sufficient; Even for kids, my boy enjoyed everything, fresh vegetables, cut in long hand sized slices , cucumber and carrots - he liked that they were his size. Also all breads were small in size to fit little hands so that was another + for him :D. Fresh fruits , also fruit salad , 3/4 types of yogurts , cereal, with and without sugar, pastries. jams, 4 selection o cheeses, 2 of hams, eggs done 2 ways , stemmed vegetables, bacon, sausages. oh and Biscuits, another favorite of my sons :) - The roof top bar was very nice, with a great view - All staff very friendly and competent to any need - Lovely interior terrace in the lobby

What i did not like , even if i am familiar with ROME central accommodation prices, the hotel met my expectations with some exceptions. It needs some fine tuning and maintenance. But this is the problem of the ownership... in the bathroom for example, it was clean, spacious, but it needed some repairs, shower doors - one was loose, the bathroom door some times you could lock it, sometimes not. One important aspect that is a little difficult for people with kids, the shower only had the rainfall option. No hand shower. I read some comments that the room is to hot, and stuffy, it was not at all. Temperature OK. what i can confirm , that i saw here lost of comments is that the room IS INDEED LOUD. The Hotel is on a main street , with main street traffic, you can hear everything!

The location was incredible. The view from the room and roof terrace were exceptional. The staff were brilliant and the room was luxurious and clean. We had a fantastic fresh and delicious breakfast. The late check out of 12 noon is a great touch and the hidden gems of the Turkish bath, gym and billiards kept us busy. It should be a 5 star hotel in my opinion. We will be back!

Great location, just the right size. Very helpful and responsive staff. The rooftop restaurant was our favorite for dinner. The views at night and the food was great. Dario is a very special Maitre De. Amazing soft skills always looking to making guests happy. Highly Rated

Very few complaints at all. The WiFi in our room was weak even though the telco closet was right outside our room.

Incredible location. Free cycle hire with quality well maintained bikes. Professional helpful staff throughout.

The nibble with any drinks order was a nice touch and made good value if you needed it, otherwise the drinks prices were a little out of line with the area. 15 euros for a posh tin of beer seemed steep. Some parts of the hotel looked a bit tired.

Nicely located in the center of town yet not to crazy crowded around the hotel. Only 10 - 15 minute walk from the Colosseum and about 20 minutes from Trevi and Spanish Steps. Very polite staff.

I guess the only thing I could change is having a room on a higher floor but that is kind of luck of the draw.

Excellent location for walking to Trastavere, Colosseum, etc. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel each morning and the breakfast was reasonably priced. The room featured electronic shutters which helped keep the room nice and dark for sleep which we appreciated.

The staff, location and facilities were perfect. The room and hotel were very clean, not very luxury but well design. The rooftop area for drink and dinner were also extraordinary with magnificent view. The breakfast was perfectly rich.

Paintings on the walls were not romantic at all and more suitable for a rock music lover!

The room was big, both bed and pillows were very comfortable. Minibar was great and the shower / toilet facilities in the room were up to a very high standard. Equipped with all toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. All the staff from the reception, rooftop bar and breakfast seating area were pleasant and very professional and made you welcome. The breakfast menu selection was vast. The location of this hotel is fabulous, it is so close to all tourism sites and bus links. The Bruce Springsteen concert was brilliant.

There was nothing to complain about. Only that our stay wasn't long enough.

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and remembered us each time we walked in the door. All the rooms and facilities were high quality.

Not about not liking, but the drinks the rooftop bar were expensive when considering local venues, and service didn’t always align to how wonderful the front of house team were downstairs.

Best possible location - right next to Capitol, Circus Maximus, on the other side of the river you got Trastevere etc. Room was quite spacious, spotless clean, soundproofed. Really all you can expect from very good hotel. Staff - very friendly. Breakfast with plenty of options, maybe not best I've had (no live cooking), but really 9.5/10. Overall, it was a great stay.

Price was really steep, but I suppose the demand was high at that point. Also, I cannot understand why such aspiring hotels use those cheap plastic handshowers. Really that's the extent of your dedication?
