If you dream of feeling at home in Rome – you absolutely must stay at this wonderful hotel! This is truly one of the most cozy and heartfelt places we’ve ever stayed. The hosts are incredibly kind, genuine, and always ready to help with anything you need. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything is neat and thoughtfully arranged. But the real magic is in the atmosphere – this isn’t just a hotel, it feels like home. Waking up in the morning and going to breakfast, you don’t feel like a guest – you feel like you’re with family. The smell of fresh cornetti, the perfectly toasted bread – every little detail here is filled with love, care, and soul. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t be enough – it truly deserves 100 out of 10! We will definitely come back to this magical place again. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the hosts for such a warm and heartfelt welcome that truly touched us.

Room is good - comfortable stay. Bathrooms clean and housekeeping service is good. There was basic breakfast and coffee served personally by Mr.Musolino ... staff.( sorry I cannot remember his name) He was very friendly and helped us in getting navigation tips. Coffee was made freshly in coffee percolator unlike machine made coffee. We loved it.

Initially getting into the property was difficult as it has manual key to enter the building and the rooms are in 4th floor. Totally 3 keys to be operated to get into the room !!.. When we came on Sunday afternoon there were nobody in the whole building, after we called the reception several times from the Caller near the door, somebody had to come down and opened the main door to the Elevator. some kind of information had to be given to the guests about reaching out - esp after a long international travel.

I'll say it in English to reach more people. We've always dreamt of going to Rome, and this place was just the best option. Lorenzo and Sonia are the sweetest — we just felt so welcomed, and everything was perfect. As a gay couple, it was never a problem (I like to point that out so others can know they're safe). We're learning Italian, and Lorenzo was very patient, talking to us only in Italian. But it was also great having the opportunity to speak some Spanish with Sonia, since my Italian is not as good as my Spanish

Perfectly located out of the hustle & bustle of Rome centre but near enough to walk to. Plenty of lovely bars & restaurants nearby and carpark which is only 10€ for 24hrs. Very welcoming & attentive staff. Bed was very comfortable.

Was impossible to park on the street, it was extremely busy but there's a car park just down the street so it wasn't a problem. Not the best view from the balcony but we didn't mind as we just liked the fact we had a balcony.

Lorenzo is a wonderful host. Makes you feel welcome, has tips and will help you however way he can. I unfortunately ended up with an ear infection after flying, Lorenzo helped me see a doctor and was very helpful afterwards. Sonia was wonderful too. Can't recommend this place enough, it's like staying at family. 🧡 It was my second visit, would definitely return. The rooms are great. They're simple, but have all you need for a weekend or week in Rome. Bathrooms are luxurious, beds are comfortable and enough space. Our room even had a little balcony, which was great to have a relax and a sit down between the busy days of tourism and going out for food or aperitivo. Lorenzo and Sonia keep everything nice and clean daily, which makes the rooms feel fresh. The location is wonderful. You're in the heart of the city in about a 20 min walk (or bus ride available outside your doorstep too). And within minutes you're in the heart of Trastevere, by fat my favourite location for food / drinks at night. And don't forget Trappizino for a quick snack. Many good restaurants in the area like Storti, Masto and Tonnarello. Supermarktets available in the area as well.

For me it was perfect the way it was, my partner just missed some tea or coffee facilities in the room (or in the communal room).

Fantastic location....Trastevere has an unlimited supply of bars, cafes and restaurants all within a 10 Minute walk. The number 8 tram on Viale di Trastevere to the centre of Rome is just a 3 minute walk away. We also had free parking for our car right outside. Lorenzo was also very helpful with information. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and tidy.

A very minor gripe......breakfast was limited and the same each morning. The addition of maybe some cereal or fruit would have been great.

The room was very clean and smart, with a very comfy mattress, a balcony, a large and well equipped bathroom and all the things I needed - towels, hairdryer, air con, etc. The proprietor was very wonderful even when I inconvenienced him with a late night phonecall because I had trouble with the lock to the main area at 11pm. Turned out to be user error! The location was quiet with no disturbances to sleep, and very handy for the buses - the main drag is about 400 yards away, with the 3 and 8 buses into the city running frequently and also buses in the other direction to Janiculum Hill and the Vatican. It was about 10/15 minutes' walk into the lively touristy centre of Trastevere. I went out early every day to make the most of Rome so I didn't try the breakfast, which I regret!

This was a brilliant stay, and I felt right at home. The owners are wonderful, exceptional hospitality. It was lovely to be greeted with breakfast every day. I enjoyed winding down on an evening on the balcony, which was very quiet. The bathroom was modern and very clean. Perfectly sized bedroom, with USB charging included, so I didn't have to use my plug converter as much to charge up my phone. I would highly recommend staying here and would be more than happy to stay here again.

1. The property is located very near to Piazza di Santa Maria (10mins), a square that's vibrant with a lot of clubs/eateries full of youth 2. The rooms are fairly sized with a big bathroom. Very well maintained and extremely clean 3. Tram 8/Bus H that lead to the city center are available on the street across the property. These are scheduled every few minutes and very convenient 4. Lorenzo and Sonia serve breakfast (toast/croissants/yogurt/beverages) every morning. They are very caring and sweet! 5. Lorenzo was very helpful and prompt in booking us a cab for the airport Overall a great experience - 10 on 10!

Just to point out: Kitchen is not available to guests, it is only for breakfast preparation. Families with kids may plan accordingly

The man who ran this accommodation was so kind and friendly. He connected by what's app to confirm our arrival and was very helpful when we arrived. My friend broke her foot on our trip and he was so concerned about her. The room was perfect. Clean, comfortable. We had two twin beds. There was a heat pump in the room as well as a mini fridge. We brought a few drinks of our own but when we arrived there was water and pop already there. We felt very comfortable and safe in this place. We left early both mornings so we were unable to have breakfast.

I liked everything and have nothing negative to report. Would stay again!
