The location of the hotel is good, there is a bus and tram station that take you to Piazza Venezia in 10 min. Hotel has a funky decoration and a restaurant. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice. The rooms are clean and of decent size. The bed is big and comfortable.

The sofa was not comfortable and is a bit short also (too short for anyone taller than 175 cm). There is no closet in the room, which is a big minus, because you have to keep your clothes in your bags. (There is a hanger though, but it is only enough for the jackets, especially if there are 4 of you). Also, there are no hangers for the towels in the bathroom, which is also a big minus which can be easily fixed. These are the things that you can live without, but it would be nice and practical to have them.

Restaurant was good value

Good location, friendly staff and fun artsy style. The breakfast was outstanding better than most 5 star luxury resorts I’ve stayed at. Very spacious rooms and a nice little balcony.

The key was on a very large keyring that you had to hand in every time you left and ask for again every time you came back. The flooring in our room was like a gym floor. It was very noisy especially in the hallways, we had to use ear plugs to sleep.

The property is amazing, it's all full of statues and sculptures and artistic objects of many kinds. It even has a functioning pinball machine! The room is very comfortable and spacious, it even had a balcony. The room key is particularly entertaining as it has a ginormous snakeskin keychain, I loved it. The breakfast is also really great and is provided with great gluten free options.

Nothing, it was a perfect stay. The only problem I had is that I forgot my passport in the safe of my room and even with that the staff was perfect. They secured my document in the front desk until the next day when I went there to recover it.

The location was brilliaYnt close to public transportation in walking distance from great restaurants. 20 minutes by bus to most historical sites. The staff was phenomenal. Spoke English and was truly helpful. There is a restaurant on site. We didn't really eat there. I had a drink there and a was provided with chips and peanuts. It.was a great experience!

No washcloths lol. But I think that is cultural! Honestly it was a nice hotel big rooms friendly people breakfast was included it was great. The elevators are really small travel lite lol.

Big shower space and en suite room Good location for the lively trastevera area, which is full of mainly cheap and cheerful restaurants and bars with a few excellent but pricier restaurants hidden away as well. Very helpful staff on reception. Good selection of breakfast foods as well

The location was excellent, making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.

The beds provided for the children were not comfortable at all. We even had to switch, with the adults sleeping on the children’s beds and letting the children use the main adult bed, which was inconvenient.

Location was excellent, about a 30 minute walk from major attractions. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a taxi to the airport for the next day.

The beds were maybe a bit uncomfortable but after a full day of walking it didn't matter. There was a light we couldn't figure out how to turn off that shone into one of our eyes.
