The accommodation itself was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive, ensuring every detail was taken care of, from check-in instructions to local recommendations. We asked for an extra bed for our daughter, and we got it, no extra charge. One of the highlights was the accuracy of the listing. The photos matched reality, and the location was ideal, close to key attractions (20 minutes walk) yet peaceful enough for relaxation. Customer support deserves a special mention! When I had a small inquiry regarding wi fi, turning on the AC heating, the team responded promptly and with professionalism, making me feel confident about my choice. I would highly recommend booking this accommodation to anyone seeking quality, convenience, and excellent service. It was an experience that I would gladly repeat.

The cleaning lady did a great job and was so charming. Since there was no other staff around, and the other guests had somewhat of a different timetable than us, it felt we had our own house with a cleaning lady. The breakfast part of this Bed & Breakfast was surprisingly a deal with a nearby café/restaurant, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Great pies, tarts, cornettos, caffè, etc, and lovely personnel.

There were key pieces of information lacking upon arrival, like the arrangement of the breakfast we had booked, then the wi-fi described on the note in the room didn’t exist, and in addition to that we encountered problems with the building’s lock. We got answers to all our questions via Whatsapp messages. All these small issues were things that could have been mentioned beforehand though.

I usually don't stay in a B&B, but for the visit to Rome, I decided I'd give it a go and boy am I glad I did. This B&B exceeded my expectations even though they were pretty high based on other reviews. Very cute room, impeccably clean, with a large comfortable bed and it was very quiet. I really got to rest well after all the sightseeing. The hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are very, very helpful so it's a bonus to stay with such good people. On top of all, the tram and bus stops are literally in front of the building so getting around is super easy. Location is perfect - all the hype that Trastavere neighborhood gets is on point and this B&B is the perfect choice.

It was in a lovely, historic old building on the 2nd floor. There was a convenient little kitchen area where we could heat tea and a small shared fridge to keep food overnight. It is walking distance to restaurants and small shop areas, and the train station is close by. The B&B was clean and there was a small elevator to make checking in with bags ok. The bathroom was very nice, once the shower was fixed on day 2. The owner was polite and helpful and spoke English. The windows were soundproof and there was a little courtyard out back. There were vouchers for coffee and breakfast nearby but we never used them.

When we pulled up we thought we were in a bad area, the level of graffiti covering all the buildings made it look horrible. It turned out safe and ok, but the first impression was awful. The check-in process was a little confusing, because we weren't sure of having International smart phone access, but it worked out in the end.

The room is pleasent, clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and OK on the nearby caffe. The location is not central, however in a walking distance to almost everything. The aircondition worked well, an important thing in the hot days we spend in Rome.

We stayed at the place for 6 nights. On the night we arrived we noticed that there is no internet connection. We wrote the owners who said it's being replaced and will be fixed. We received an new internet code, however the reception did not work in our room. The booster had to be replaced, a thing that wasn't done until we left, although we were told it would be done. On the guest book in the B&B, another guest wrote a month ago that the internet is not working, which indicates it's an ongoing problem which is not fully taken care of....

I must point that the cleaning was outstanding. The nice lady has not only clean the room every day, but she went the extra mile and tidy up after us, exchange our towels daily and help us with informations even though she was not fluent in English. The property has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen which was big plus for us. Thank you.

The key to access the building is working fine but it should not be introduced in the lock fully so it can unlock the door

A lovely, clean room in the neighbourhood of Trastavere. Self check-in. It's slightly further away from the main trendy area and in the more residential part, which we liked. Not too far to walk at night - just try make bookings as the restaurants get very busy! Costanza had great restaurant suggestions and was very helpful with directions. Tram and bus stops are nearby and lots of little restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops plus a pharmacy. Room is a little small, but there's space to store your suitcases under the bed, and big cupboards. TV is wall mounted. The communal kitchen area is really good, with everything you could need and it's kept spotlessly clean. We greatly appreciated being able to store our bags here after check out until later in the day when we flew home.

The mattress was smaller than the bed frame in our room (Waterlily) which meant hitting our knee against the base once or twice.

To me this is one of the best places I have been to in Rome. The place is super clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. Self check in made things very easy. The room is very nice, clean and with all amenities. There is a living area with a kitchen that is very well equipped. As for the location, It is very centered. Bus 3 and tram 8 , the station just In front of the building. So it is 10 minutes from Trastevere station or 15 to the city center. The place is surrounded by cafés supermarkets and restaurants too. I think it is the best stay by far.Thank you so much for a very friendly and kind management.

Amazing Location. Neat and tidy room. Precise instructions on how to use various facilities. Awesome coffee machine. Good support from Costanza on WhatsApp throughout. The store below helps with small items and bus tickets too.

Sometimes the emergency services sirens can become too much, but out of the property control tbh.

Everything was fantastic ! the location is amazing in Trastevere full of restaurants and cafeterías, the room and bathroom are really big and confortable, very clean and well equipped kitchen.
