Loved everything about the property. The communication was excellent and Cinzia was such gracious hostess. The room was super clean and was cleaned every day. By the time we returned from our daily sightseeing trips the bedding was changed, fresh towels were put in the bathroom and we returned each day to a room smelling gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The tram stop was literally at the doorstep and took us within minutes into the heart of the city. The best homemade Italian food can be had next door to the property at the‘Pizza in Trastevere’ restaurant. The property is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafes and gelatarias. Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be staying there again. Gracie Cinzia.

The room being a bit further away from the WiFi router, the signal strength in the room wasn’t that great, but that can easily fixed by putting in a WiFi extender.

The host was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi drive for early morning of the departure day, it was good value for money and custom-tailored approach. They gave us recommendations of a few good places to eat in the neighbourhood, on a map, which was nice.

Everything was just as expected. The walls between rooms are thin, which we noticed only once, because our neighbours turned out to be two lovebirds. We laughed about it, otherwise everything was according to expectations.

The location is excellent - easy walking distance to the Colosseum, public transit right outside the door (buses and trams), lots of lovely cafes and restaurants (the coffee shop directly next to the property was perfect for breakfast). The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy. The host spoke very little English but we were able to communicate effectively with gestures and my spanish words - he was very helpful in terms of directions and showing us how things worked. Water pressure in shower was lovely.

there is an elevator - but we didn't find this out until we had already walked up the 3 flights of stairs.... it was slightly noisy at night (which didn't bother us as one of us sleeps soundly and the other had earplugs but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs) no breakfast - just instant coffee, tea and biscuits

Great B&B, comfortable bed and clean, private (but external) bathroom. We had a great stay, good location and good value for the price. They had a little corner for coffee, tea and some snacks.

Wifi was unreliable (which was not a problem for us) and the room was next to a busy road so you could hear some traffic noise at night.

We absolutely loved staying here! The neighborhood is beautiful, the room was spacious and well designed, the beds were very comfortable. They had two coffee pods for us and snacks with breakfast pastries in the morning. The staff are so kind and welcoming, we would be happy to stay here again in the future!

The room was clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect . walking distance to many major sights and well connected by public transport. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and flexible.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location of Etsy Guest House is in walking distance of lively Trastevere and there is a Tram station right next to it. Our room was big, clean, and warm and the host was kind and charming.

The only thing I can say is that we could here car noise from street but it was not serious.

Nice accommodation, comfortable bed with TV. A big plus is YouTube and Netflix, which made our stay more pleasant. The hosts do not speak English, but you can negotiate with them. they advised us where to go and what to see. They met all our requirements. The bathroom is clean, as is the room. Our room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels. Aircondition in room.

The accommodation is located on a very busy street, where it lives even during the night. it may bother some. The fridge in the room doesn't work very well. It took almost a day before she started to cool down. The walking distance to the Vatican or the Colosseum is long, about 40 minutes. Be careful if you get a room with an external bathroom. It's a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, super clean and really comfy! I was travelling alone and felt totally safe the whole time. The two ladies who run the place were so lovely and kind to me. Would definitely recommend, especially for solo traveler girls!

The room was clean and the towels were changed everyday, the stuff was helpful and always cheerful. We have stayed for 4 days. The location was good if you walk everything was around 30-40 minutes walk, but also you can take a bus, there was a station in front of the accomodation. Or if you go out on dinner most popular restaurants are 15 minutes walk
