The location is excellent - easy walking distance to the Colosseum, public transit right outside the door (buses and trams), lots of lovely cafes and restaurants (the coffee shop directly next to the property was perfect for breakfast). The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy. The host spoke very little English but we were able to communicate effectively with gestures and my spanish words - he was very helpful in terms of directions and showing us how things worked. Water pressure in shower was lovely.

there is an elevator - but we didn't find this out until we had already walked up the 3 flights of stairs.... it was slightly noisy at night (which didn't bother us as one of us sleeps soundly and the other had earplugs but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs) no breakfast - just instant coffee, tea and biscuits

Nice accommodation, comfortable bed with TV. A big plus is YouTube and Netflix, which made our stay more pleasant. The hosts do not speak English, but you can negotiate with them. they advised us where to go and what to see. They met all our requirements. The bathroom is clean, as is the room. Our room was cleaned every day and we had clean towels. Aircondition in room.

The accommodation is located on a very busy street, where it lives even during the night. it may bother some. The fridge in the room doesn't work very well. It took almost a day before she started to cool down. The walking distance to the Vatican or the Colosseum is long, about 40 minutes. Be careful if you get a room with an external bathroom. It's a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The location of Etsy Guest House is in walking distance of lively Trastevere and there is a Tram station right next to it. Our room was big, clean, and warm and the host was kind and charming.

The only thing I can say is that we could here car noise from street but it was not serious.

The room was clean and the towels were changed everyday, the stuff was helpful and always cheerful. We have stayed for 4 days. The location was good if you walk everything was around 30-40 minutes walk, but also you can take a bus, there was a station in front of the accomodation. Or if you go out on dinner most popular restaurants are 15 minutes walk

Great location, close to Trastereve with many restaurants and bars and to railway station - easy to get to the airport. Room was clean with AC - perfect in hot days.

Room is the part of the owner flat (I mean) and sometimes were some noise there, but nothing to complain.

The place is clean and comfy, everything one might expect and need.

The hosts were knocking on my door quite often, so sense of privacy wasn't exactly great. If there was breakfast, nobody offered it, and there was no communication about it (but I forgot to ask, also). It may have been a matter of language barier; neither of the guests spoke English.

Room was clean and unique. Good bed, had a great sleep. Trastevere area was amazing; very safe, streets were always clean (not even leaves from the trees on the ground) and people were polite. Best restaurants in Rome just around the corner. Heart warming family had Café downstairs, we got free croissants when ordering panini and coffee. Got always greeted with a smile from everyone!

Everything was good, even though we didn’t have a common language to speak with our hosts. Keys were a bit tricky for us but our hosts offered a helping hand everytime we had issues with locks.

The place is very convenient to the train and all the restaurants in Trastevere. The room was cleaned and freshened daily. While the couple does not speak English, we managed to communicate just fine. The workstation was excellent.

Some restaurant or cafe suggestions in the common room in English would have been helpful. This, and perhaps a map to the nearest grocery. The walls are a bit thin, but this was no problem while sleeping.

Good location in order to explore Trestavere and its restaurants and night life. We did not need to use any public transport in order to explore city centre :) Even though the owner do not speak English, we managed to communicate and they have been very nice!

There was no breakfast served even though it was advertised. Very thin walls so you can hear any movements outside of your room

The host was very nice and friendly. Antonio took care of everything. Very flexible. We wanted to keep our luggage, they did it and gave us another set of key. Good value for money.

The only thing I didn't like is the noise at night. But I think that's the problem with all road facing houses.
