-The property decor is very kitchy and cool! The hostel is spacious and it has a lot of areas to relax and chill. -Free one time breakfast if you promote them with a post on social media. The breakfast has some variety and was quite decent. -Overall very nice friendly vibe in the hostel. -Convenient location to train station, bus stop, tram. -Shout out to staff members Justino and Stefan who were simply wonderful, friendly and super helpful! They had lots of tips and recommendations and were very cool to hang with!

-The bathrooms need repairs. Bathroom fixtures need to be fixed. - It would be nice to have a full-length mirror installed in the dorm rooms, so that everyone doesn't have to rely on only the bathroom mirror. -Lack of plug points near the beds. -Could do with better lighting in the rooms. -Came across some cockroaches in the dorm room. -Was made to change my room to accommodate other bookings. -Can improve on the cleanliness. -They couldn't accommodate an early check-in when I arrived in the morning by 7am, which is understandable. But even afterwards check-in was delayed by half an hour from regular time of 3pm.

Beds not to most comfortable but it’s a hostel so what do you expect really.

The common rooms have such a great vibe! I also love that the beds aren’t separated by curtains—that’s actually how I met my best friend, who was right next to me (so yes, I might be a little biased!). The location is pretty good too. If you ask me if it's worth the price, definitely YES. I'm hoping you get great roommates.

This place has the potential to be amazing, but the bathroom tho… I really wish it was better maintained. It was functional, but things like tissue weren’t always available, the bidets were broken, and the sink was a bit clogged. The kitchen could also be cleaner—and I hope that sink wasn’t clogged too.

The staff is really nice and helpful, great people Laundry is decent price (4€ for washing, same for drying, dryer is really good everything was completely dry, free laundry soap) There is bus and tram station at 3min walk, train station at 10min so location is great, Trastevere is a nice area Supermaket just next as well There is a kitchen, well equiped Dormitories are quite big so there is space for luggage Free luggage storage as well Bed were made everyday, very nice

There are two showers for the room but no space to change so we have to lock the bathroom door and only one person can use it at a time, and people can't use the toilets in the meanwhile Otherwise my only complain is that there was no more handsoap and my bed neighbour was snoring for 4 days and I couldn't find earplugs for 2 nights, otherwise it was a great stay all along

It was my first time booking a hostel and i genuinely feel bad for other hostels because this one has set the bar for me. Super friendly smiling happy and helpful staff. My room was going on maintenance and i was offered a breakfast as a compensation. The other room i went to had a very good A/C which is a blessing considering how hot and humid it was in rome. The water in the shower was phenomenal. Beds were comfy and best of all the location. Its like 10 mins walk from the trains to the airport. 5 mins from the tram line to go anywhere. Really loved my stay here. Definitely returning

Just that the hair dryer was broken

Location is great, very close to the train station and close to the area where restaurants, bars and all the action is. The beds were comfortable and the room had enough space to move around. It was as clean as it could be considering that 3 other persons were already staying in. I stayed only one night and had to leave early in the morning so i didnt try the kitchen/food of the hostel, as well as i didnt visit the rooms/common areas on the lower level of rhe building!! But the lounge/kitchen area was big, clean and had 2 vending machines for late-night desires! Personel was very kind, spoke english very well and was eager to provide information or help if needed. There is a small but cute outdoor space where you can sit and eat.

For a 5-bed room there was only 1 normal chair near a small table and 2 child-size chairs next to the beds. My room had a big balcony but not much of a view neither a chair to sit outside! There were not enough hangers and no place to hang your towels to dry. Bathroom didnt have any amenities. I believe some cream soap for handwashing is a necessary provision. The bathroom space had some issues such as doors not closing properly or blocking when closed (unfortunately i didnt take any photos). I dont know the prices of hotels in the area, but i think 52 € for a shared room are a little too many, especially for someome like me who stayed in between travels for one night.

The staff were really excellent, friendly and chatty without being pushy and I think some of the nicest hostel staff I have met. They had useful advice if you wanted it and were just all lovely. The rooms were cleaned daily and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for clientele to use. The bed was comfortable and the room wasn't cramped.at all. I'd definitely stay again as the location was excellent.

This is not the fault of the staff at all I must say but the customers were dirty and lazy, not cleaning up after themselves in the kitchen which was disappointing as sometimes you couldn't find a plate or pan to use.

- Check in was smooth, done within 5 minutes - Staff was helpful and really awesome - Morning breakfast comes with real good options just for 5 euros, includes really good options like cake/coffee/juice/cereals/pie etc - Location is great, few minutes from Trastevere station - Clean and good room/toilet/sheets/blanket - Spacious room/bed, I'm 6 ft 90kg hence need some quality 😆 Overall I would recommend this one anytime over most hostels in Rome.

These can be ignored if you are not too particular about your stay and dont want to spend big bucks for hotels. - There was no mention of 20 euro deposit till you return the key(thankfully staff reduced it to 10e since I didnt have 20 cash). - The bathroom door was fashionably horrible, upper and lower part of door is transparent, really awkward when someone is bathing 😓 (photo given) - There was no bedlamp/nightlamp in room, My roommates asked me to keep the only light of the room off whole day/night and I had to use mobile flashlight for everything (pack/change/unpack) & reception was too far away to complain.

The reception is super friendly & helped me with my luggage up the stairs. The actual lobby is very nice as is the kitchen yet the addition opposite the parking lot is absolutely beautiful and on sunny days the outdoor tiki garden is very friendly. Right outside is the tram or you can walk to Trastevere which is very close. Overall friendly vibe as if the team actually is happy you chose the hostel.

Just wish the girls dorm had lockers for each guest instead of only 2 for 4. More secure lockers in rooms. Better breakfast for gluten intolerance as they have no yogurt etc. But if you love pastries, they have tons of cakes and deserts!

I liked the location, the beds and the staff, they spoke spanish and that was comfortable for me and my friend, they were the nicest people and I also liked that we could get unlimited bread at the reception part, we were also able to store food in the refrigerator at no additional cost, and the best thing was that there was an elevator

We couldn't lock the lockers because the small padlocks don't fit there, it has to be a thick padlock so that's the only thing I didn't like
