We had such a nice time here! We stayed in the deluxe suite with an ensuite bathroom and cute balcony (which we loved for morning coffee and evening apéro). The guesthouse was in a great location, walking distance from the Trastevere train station, in a quieter residential area. After long, hot days exploring the bustling city of Rome it was just perfect to return to a quiet, air-conditioned room with a super comfy bed. We slept so well here! The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. Any time we had a question they responded quickly and addressed whatever we needed. The room was very clean, and the communal spaces had charming décor. I would definitely recommend booking here if you’re looking to explore Rome on somewhat of a budget, and also want a good night’s sleep in between busy days sight-seeing! Wonderful stay at the guesthouse! The hosts were welcoming and responsive to all our questions. They also provided recommendations for restaurants and cafes in each neighbourhood of Rome and was the best guide for us to experience local cuisine. The location is perfect with the tram stop, train station and bus stop a quick 10 min walk. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, clean linen and spacious external bathroom with toiletries. We would definitely recommend this stay as it ticked all our boxes - safe neighbourhood, clean property, affordable and easy to commute. Thanks a lot for hosting us ☺️

I loved my stay, the bedroom was big, heated to a pleasant temperature (my stay was in December) and very quiet even though it was facing street and basically on the street level, bathroom (outside of the bedroom but not shared) was huge, clean, well-equipped. Wifi was strong and fast. I was thankful for the option to make tea and coffee -it made me feel so much more at home. The host eagerly introduced me to the sightseeing options around Rome (in fact, a concise booklet was left in the room & there were travel guidebooks in multiple languages in the living room to my disposal) and even compiled a list of recommended restaurants in the area! I felt very safe in the location. There were multiple restaurants and bars around in different price ranges (even halal peri peri chicken foodstall by train station was supercheap and quite delicious!). Supermarket was also about 5 minutes’ walk away. Major tourist sights are a little farther away (half hour walk) but there is local train station, tram station and bus stop very close to the apartment so transit is convenient; Trastevere also provides quick direct connection to/from Fiumicino airport.

Mattress felt like it was already past its prime, otherwise nothing.

Nice room, clean bathroom, and a shared kitchen with everything you need. Great location — about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which has a direct train from FCO airport. There’s also a nearby tram stop, making it easy to get to the city center. Very friendly hosts. A big plus is that we were able to leave our bags after checkout, which is very convenient if you have an evening flight. We’d be happy to stay here again!

An excellent location with very dedicated and helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable that was an excellent base with fantastic communication links; bus, tram, train in every direction. Extremely good value for money in a location which offered fine dining and shops. Communal area set up well with fully functioning kitchen, dining table and comfortable chairs and sofa. Strongly recommended.

Too much to see and do that left me exhausted. Physically drained but mentally well charged.

The property was in a good location, public transit near by. It was clean, friendly, quiet and felt safe. We stayed 2 nights and were totally comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The host was kind enough to give us a lift to the train station rather than call a cab. We would have liked to stay longer .

There was always some water on the floor after a shower but it wasn’t a big deal just to put a towel on it

The location is excellent, walking distance from the tram, train and buses. If you like to walk you can walk right into town. I liked that the bathroom was outside the room (it was a private bathroom just located outside the room) as I was with my boyfriend and it meant we couldn’t hear each other 🤣

The only thing was the shower. The head needs replacing. But that’s it!

I can only strongly recommend: friendly and flexible hosts, perfect location for someone who enjoys staying a bit from a city center in a quiet place with very convinient connection to historic downtown (tram lines 8 & 3). With a very good connection to Fumicino airport - local train every 15 minutes.

The location was handy, near Trastevere station & close to cafes & supermarkets. It was also a very quiet area. The bed in the room was very comfortable. The bathroom although small had everything. The communal kitchen had everything we needed.

Happy with everything.
