The place was quiet and comfortable in a very nice building.

It was hard to find. Our GPS brought us all around streets nearby, but not directly to the place. Once we got on track, it was easier to get to. A picture of where to go would help. Also, when we called the number the person was not of any help, and we had to wait for an aunt to show up to check us in although she was very nice. Just something you should think about for future guests.

This was an ideal location for visiting my daughter, who is a student at JCU. The hosts were lovely. My room was comfortable, particularly the bed. Each morning the breakfast table was set for a simple, cold breakfast, which was all I needed. The room and bathroom have modern features with maximum comfort. Marcus and Sarah were eve willing to arrange a taxi ride to Rome's Fiumicino airport at 4:45am.

It felt like going home in the evening, nice building, quiet neighbourhood. It took about 10 minutes from a tram/bus, and it's a few minutes to the centre, the traveling there was easy. The flat was spacey enough, nice and clean, well equipped. The AC, WiFi, TV worked as promised. The owners honestly cared about our well-being and reacted fast to our needs. It was a very pleasant experience.

Nothing I didn't like, just a few comments for improvement - or something I would let potential guests know before their arrival: with the PIN advertised, I expected the keys to the flat to be available in the black box (= no need to get in touch with the owners upon the arrival), so I didn't see their emails coming, so then answered them late, etc, which made our arrival little less smooth. And the next person we met didn't speak English. Again, it's not a problem, she was very nice, but there were a few misunderstandings. I would try and be better prepared with some Italian or Spanish phrases, if I knew this in advance. And a little detail - the Wi-fi info in our room was not up to date (we worked it out in the end, but again, why let the guests guess).

The hosts Sara and Marco were very-very kind and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. Bedclothes were changed everyday. Trastevere is in the near. We could go there by bus 75. The way is about 15 minutes. Bathroom is equipped. We didn't want breakfast but they let me using the coffeemachine.

Toiletseat is a bit uncomfortable. In the first temperature was cold.

The B&B is advertised inclusive of continental breakfast but was disappointed as it was more snacks than breakfast. Could have provided more variety of fruits and pastries, rather than cakes/cookies. Didn't have the use of kitchen.

Marco is an amazing host and he made our stay very comfortable! The room was clean and had all the amenities. Would definitely recommend it.

It's located away from from that main tourist attractions, so something to factor in but we didn't mind the extra walking :)

The owners were not there for check in, a friend let me in and they didn’t speak English so there was a huge language barrier. I was handed the keys and nothing else was explained to me. I had to contact the host the day I arrived for instructions because nothing was communicated after I booked. The host was quick to respond once I found their number. There was no blanket on the bed, only a sheet.

Marco was a great host, everything was in order, the apartment was crystal clear, just like the pictures.

Unfortunately the AC was working poorly in the room, it even made us sick, however the host was very helpful and he was available and had the machine checked and repairee right away. During the night the room was a bit noisy, you could hear the other guests in the room next door moving around, but it was bearable.

Very clean and friendly. Sara let us in and showed us around, we desperately needed a comfortable clean room just to unwind for a day before heading to the airport. Trastever area very nice part of Rome

Everything was great! Room was cosy and clean, Marco was very helpful host, breakfast ok, very good coffee and the location is perfect. Tram n.8 is convinient and fast way to the centre, Trastavere train station (10 minutes walk) great connection to the airport. We had amazing holiday there.
