New apartment on a modern building. Very closed to Trastevere, you could walk( around15 min) or take a bus. 2 min walk to the bus and tram stop, very easy to get to Central Rome( 8 bus will take you directly to Piazza Venecia and also to Termini train Station if you are traveling around Italy). Getting to the Vatican museum was a bit more tedious and we end up getting a taxi. Overall location was perfect having access to the public transport. A/C works perfectly and the temperature was perfect. The room is quiet, no noise from the neighbours but if you a bit picky you can slightly hear the traffic, earplugs are provided. There is a Bio supermarket across the street, a mini market just around the corner, and a take away pizza place as soon as you get out of the apartment. There is also a Tabacheria just across the street, you can buy your travel passes there, 24,48 and 72 hours, individual tickets are 1.5€, the pass is 7€ per day so it is worth it.

Well equipped, modern apartment in good location. Tram and bus station (Line 3L to the Coliseum, Line 8 to Piazza Venezia, Bus H to Roma Termini) right in front of the house, train station Trastevere, restaurants and supermarket in walking distance.

the air conditioning didn't work (or we didn't manage to turn it on correctly)

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was clean, modern, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable short stay — from a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher to fast Wi-Fi. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was friendly and responsive throughout. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and well-kept rental. Would happily stay here again!

The extendable bed in the main area was not that comfortable

The location as really good, with Trastevere area within walking distance and transport to city centre right across the road. Tea and coffee were available easily with easy access to essentials closet. Free snacks were enjoyed by our children. Supermarket was also within short walking distance and we actually cooked pasta with fresh ingredients, something we never did before in any properties we have stayed before. We had our daily gelato dose from the neighbourhood shop which was great. Communication was great and I was able to get all my queries resolved through whatsapp messaging with the property management. We even got a message after landing that we can checkin earlier which was great because we were able to rest before our guided walk at the city centre. I would definitely recommend.

Luggage storage would be good as last day we had visit to Colosseum planned and we had to find a reasonable storage place to stow our backpacks. Although the property did provide us link to a storage place but we found it expensive and had to find one on our own.

Clean, secure and spacious for my daughter and I. My elderly parents stayed in another one bed and my sister and children in another (3 apartments total for multi generation family holiday). Lots of local restaurants/ pizzeria/ cafes which were reasonably priced, so we did not have to venture far for food. The flea market on the doorstep on Sundays was a pleasant surprise. There were cleaners daily but extra cleans incurred a charge. We had one clean included during our stay - they did a wonderful job. The location was a little south of the centre of Rome, within walking distance of Trastevere and a short taxi ride to the centre.

We could not use the chair lift for my mother as it required on site staff to operate it with a key. My mother just about coped with the stairs in the lobby area. Communication via WhatsApp was a waste of time, a bot is used as the initial point of contact. They can connect you to a human colleague but the wait tends to be >15 minutes. Ring to speak to an operator, this is far more efficient.

keyless is nice when it works...in this insitance it did not

I arrived and the pin code provided to me was not working so I had to wait in the dark utside while i whatspapped with the tam for the new code. the same thing happened yesterday, I chcked out on time and we were informed that we basically can use the same pin to to acess the hotel to get our luggage which was in storage...the pin did not work and we had to wait for som one to come in so we can access the building.

We loved the apartment. Super clean. We had a new iron, a bottle of water, lots of towels and the shower gel, conditioner and shampoo were great. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the terraces had a cute view. It was 45 minutes to Vatican and 35 minutes to Pantheon. Lots of places to eat neer, like 10 minutes away.

We were a group of 4 people and we stayed for 3 nights and we only had 6 coffee capsules, and we needed 6 more. Also the bed from the living was a bit uncomfortable. We looked for a place with terraces so we can smoke there, but at the property we had a sign with “no smoke on the terraces” so we had to go from the 5th floor to the 0 level outside to smoke, and it was a bit unpleasant.

The accommodation was perfect. Light, airy and very clean apartment with modern facilities. The host paid great attention to detail with spare towels/linen in cupboards, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, all required essentials in the kitchennet area. Close to the city centre but far away enough from the busy commotion. Located walking distance to shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, barber, nail salon. Overall highly recommend! Great value for money and true to the description.

The one bedroom apt was perfect for my needs. The kitchen was equipped with what I needed to cook meals although an oven would have been nice (but not necessary). It would have been nice to know the date that the AC turns on rather than a season because the info says spring but the AC does not turn on until mid/late April. Spring started in late March. I would have liked to use the AC. A fan was brought to me and that was helpful.
