Wifi was good. Kitchen was always stocked with stuff (croissants, cakes, biscuits, corn flakes, milk, coffee, juice, etc.) Super great 😍 Also there were good amenities like microwave, utensils, etc. Balcony. The owner responds quickly on WhatsApp which is great. He's a good guy 😃

So apparently there are 3 rooms, 1 of which has a private bathroom. It is a guest house, so the other two rooms will share one bathroom. It was kept clean though. There is nothing wrong with it, just be sure that that is what you want before booking. Honestly for us, we had no issues at all. Location is a bit far from the center of Rome, however, there are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. There are also busses that take you to the center in like 30 mins or less.

Nice, cozy, comfortable rooms with all basic amenities and a nice balcony with the Tuscan ☀️. Breakfast was a basic spread however copious amount of coffee and hot chocolate is available throughout the day. The location is close to train/ tram/ bus stops. Well connected. Good eat out places and restaurants. All in all a wonderful experience which was highly budgeted. Housekeeper was extremely courteous and caring lady. Thank you

Everything was great. The room was cozy and very clean and the breakfast was tasty and a great addition to our stay. We could communicate with the host everytime needed and no problems appeared.

The only thing that dissapointed us was the fact that the air condition did not work very well and the room was never hot enough for us to feel warm. However that was something that we didnt manage to announce to our host so we cant tell if something could change.

Location

Beds wasn’t very comfortable, as well as the cover sheet didn’t smell like fresh laundry. What’s considered a breakfast is a few days old packed croissants - if I were you I wouldn’t say there’s breakfast included (it’s more like a snack or whatever)

The room was nice and spacious. Check in and check out was easy, without any interaction with the host or staff. Also I liked that you could reach any place within 30 -40 min with public transportation.

The breakfast options were a little limited. Some other juice or spreads would have been nice, but sofar I understood it, the breakfast was how it would have been served in Italy.

Domenico was always available and helpful in anything we needed! We really appreciated it! Everything was organized and clean! Kitchen was available with several snacks, cofee, tea etc all day, very useful even to take away. Location also great, near all stations. Grazie !!!!!

Our room was tidy and comfortable, the AC was also clean. The location is good, there are several stores, and some pubs and restaurants nearby. The bus and railway are close, it was easy to get to the center. There was breakfast with some fruit juice and coffee. I think it has a great price value ratio, we enjoyed our stay here.

The street is a bit noisy from the ambulance cars, but it's not disturbing if you close the window.

The location is near to the train station that connects to the main train station. The care taker is very friendly. the host was easy to deal with. had to stay in the mid room which has a private bathroom right outside of the bedroom.

No wifi on the first 2-3 days due to some construction works. not a thing that the host can control but make sure you have plenty of data to spare.

We stayed at Dunant House for 5 days, the location is great - you can quickly get to the city with a bus or a train , but it’s also in a not too turisty area so you get to know the local side of Rome too. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfy we almost missed our flight. The host helped us solve any issues we had. I would give a 11/10 but sadly booking alows only 10s.

It was comfortable and there was AC. The host was so kind and responded really quickly. We felt so happy that we were so welcomed!

There were a couple ants but the host immediately got rid of it when we messaged them
