We stayed for 5 nights. Pros: 1. Very friendly staff, very eager to help, always smiling, apologizing. 2. Good breakfast, but it's only sweet. Croissants, pastries, buns, butter, jam, nutella, juice, tea, yogurt and very good coffee. 3. There is a stop nearby for tram 8, which goes to the center (30 minutes on the way). 4. There is a bus stop not far for Vatican (25 minutes for the journey). 5. There are no unpleasant odors in the room. 6. Snow-white towels and bed linen. 7. There was a kettle in the room. We were satisfied with the price-quality ratio. If they improve the Internet, cleaning and change the beds to new ones, then it will be a great hotel!

Cons: 1. Very bad internet, almost not reachable 2. Cleaning the room is just making the beds. They don't wash the floor. Towels were changed once (at our request). 3. There were no declared slippers and they were not available upon request as a hotel receptionist said. 4. The beds are very old and creak a lot. 5. Shampoo and soap are welcome only for three people, 3 sachets of shampoo and that’s it for 5 days 6. The pillows are very small and thin.

Hotel was very clean ,great look,very close to the bus station. They provide additional pillows and the sheet was very clean. We were suprised what we get for the money we spend. Also breakfest was good with a lot of choises. Staff really pleasant. Good value for the price

Shower had a lower presure (hot water).Bus H or bus 8 were always crowded (we need to use that buses to get to the city center) and you can not bring your esspreso or cappucino from the reastaurant to the room to drink it. You can only drink it at the restaurant or lobby. But you have coffe and tea to make in your own room, so its not a big deal.

The room was big, spacious, had all amenities (the electric kettle and supply of tea, coffee & sugar was a great help). The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative. We had a problem with starting the AC and they promptly resolved it. The location was very convenient with a team stop just at the corner some steps away from the hotel. The staff suggested tram 8 to reach directly to the centre of Rome (stop - Plaza Venezia) - then all the main attractions are just a walking distance. Also, near the hotel there are some very good eating places.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. For breakfast you have everything you need: eggs, ham, cheese, croissants, coffee. Very kind service staff. Not far from central Rome. But my special thanks is to Mario. Mario is super professional and honest person. We felt really welcome from time we arrived. And I lost my bank card on the street and i was super lucky that Mario found it and brought it to me. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much Mario! Hotel Highly Recommend!

We where happy with everything.

I liked Hotel Monteverde very much. The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially I want to give great thanks to Mario de Simone. He was trying to help us in any situation, even in circumstances which were not related to the hotel. He was very joyful, professional, and just a good person. Great value for the price, with delicious breakfast. The room was clean with our own bathroom. We have enought outlets and place to pack out. We like that they have lagugge storage before check in and after check out. The staff was nice.

The beds was a little bit uncomfortable but nothing extrem. It is not hotel fault but the tramline is under construction, so with the replacement bus it taked longer time to reach the center.

It is far from the tourist attraction but the connectivity is good. Hotel is located in peaceful residential area.

We stayed there for 5 nights and we had an amazing experience. The rooms were spacious and they were daily cleaned. The breakfast had a good variety of foods and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. Mario in the reception made sure to help us with everything we needed. We will sure visit again!
