Omg ,Diana such a lovely soul.so kind,so joyful, always the smile on her face and that great energy. The B&B, clean, confortable, we had all what we needed. The big plus is the location, Tram8 ,bus H 2mn walk distance from the appartement, And to avoid the surtourism areas ,there are an amazing local restaurant near by. Many thanks Diana. The location was really nice with the local spots to go to for pizza and café, also the nearby tram was really necessary to explore city as the buses are not on time at all. We liked the TV and coffee and tea provided, also our host was really lovely and sweet

Sometimes it might have been a bit far from the main sights, as the buses were getting delayed more than 20 minutes or didn't go at all. (depends on your preferences)

Very good location with easy access to the city center. Owner of the apartment is super kind, she gave us perfect tips for places to eat, explained everything and also let us leave our luggage at the apartment before check-in. Floors and bed was clean, bathroom could be better from my opinion, but was acceptable.

The cleanliness is just “italian standards” not mine… walls in the rooms definetely need new painting, and would be great if some bleacher will be used for the wall in shower and for the shower from outside (rust and black whatever around the shower and between tiles is not ok for me, sorry…). Also the shower door needs to be fixed as it does not fit properly and water leaks out during shower.

Our stay at B&P was perfect - location is great and using public transport you can reach Piazza Venezia and Vatican in 20/30 mins. You can easily get to Roma Trastevere by bus in 5 mins, where there are trains to city centre and Fiumicino Airport. Area is smart - there is small shop, cafe and medium Conad around. It was very quiet and safe so we could easily relax and sleep through night. We didn’t hear other guests even tho all the rooms were taken - I believe the hosts organize it so well that everyone have their personal space. Our room was big and there were all the basics - beds were comfortable, clean linen, closet, TV. In the bathroom shower gel and shampoo is provided, you can use iron and hairdryer. Breakfast was excellent - smart but fresh and great quality, fresh bread for toast, very good organic butter, honey and jams together with coffee and organic tea selection. Diana was very nice and always there to support the guests, welcome and goodbye the others - smiling, helpful and ready to answer any qs regarding Rome. If you’re looking for a stay in real Roman area without the crowds - this is a place to go!

Very good location of the apartments. The city center is half an hour by tram. There is a tram stop and various buses within walking distance. Small supermarket, many small shops and cafes. The apartment consists of four rooms and a shared kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. Breakfast includes toast, jam, butter, coffee, tea, and corn flakes. biscuits, cookies. Good Wi-Fi. There is a hairdryer and iron for common use.

Breakfast was delicious, especially the jams. The host was really nice. It is easy to get to the city center with bus.

The matress was too soft. Everything was hearable from outside the room (It could be disturbing at night). In our room (with red wall) the shower cabin is outside of the bathroom, opposite to the bed.

Easy access to any place in the city. Easy to find location. To go to the city, there are bus stops right next to it. When settling in, the hosts provide extensive information on everything you need to know. Clean towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, clothes hangers, iron, hair dryer were available. There is TV, wi-fi. Breakfast includes coffee (the coffee machine can be used all the time), toast, milk, yogurt, jam, honey and nutella. If you want something more for breakfast, you can buy it in the store and cook it yourself (pans, knives, pots - everything you need). A great place to live so you can enjoy Rome in all its beauty. Definitely recommend!!!

Everything was great. The only concern was the door to the shower room, as it did not close all the way, causing water to spill onto the floor.

It was a pleasure staying at Diana's residence; it is difficult to find a greater host. She responded to all of our inquiries and offered assistance whenever required, even after hours. Although it wasn't a five-star hotel, the room was well displayed before the reservation. Italians were known for their breakfeasts, but you could always bank on something delicious.

The host, Diana, was amazing! She resolved any issue we had and found solutions on the spot. We had late check in but she did not mind and still gave us a small tour of the place, with a huge smile on her face. Beds were really ok, the room we were in was clean, no awful smells and spatious. The bathroom is okay, you also have a bidet, the water is hot and has good pressure. Place is next to a bus station, you get a map on arrival and its easy to get to the city center this way. Overall, good value for money.

The kitchen was well organised, the room was comfortable and clean, the staff (Diana!) was superb. Nice public transport option right next to the place.

The shower wasn't well built (the water leaked out), and the location wasn't too good. The breakfast is minimal (but it is well described before, so no surprises).
