The room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff was professional and friendly. The buffet option at the restaurant had a large selection of different foods from various cuisines, it was really tasty and had a good price vs value. Extremely large dessert buffet. Nice hotel overall, located in a quiet, beautiful area, not too far from the city center by car. The hotel provides a free transfer to the city, but on certain hours only, so we used a taxi and it was only max 20€ to the historical center. The pool area is a big plus on hot summer days.

The pillows were not comfortable, a bit too hard and too low. The pool is made to look like a nature made stone pool, but not too comfortable to enter or come out. Quite limited area for actual swimming, meant more for sitting in the water maybe. The breakfast choices are always the same and it gets quite tiring after a few days, if you are not too keen on eating the pastries and sweets. That was the biggest minus during our stay, it would be nice to get a little variaty after few days at least.

Very little policing over the children at the buffet, many unattended by adults which resulted in lots of little fingers in the food, didn't eat at the buffet much

Breakfast was great! One morning we thought we were going to miss the bus and went down to breakfast a little early and they served us a bit early! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We wished that the hotel was closer to the city, but it was easy to walk to the bus/tram stop for a 20 minute ride to city. The restaurant was okay. I suggest eating outside the hotel besides for breakfast. The customer service was great and available. We enjoyed our stay!

THE FACILITIES WERE WELL KEPT. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS COMMON AREAS INCLUDING THE SPA, BREAKFAST AREA. THE HOTEL IS BIG AND HAS MANY AMENITIES INCLUDING AN OUTDOOR GARDEN THAT IS WELL-KEPT. I LOVED WALKING IN THE GARDENS THAT LEAD TO A BEAUTIFUL POOL. FOR THE SIZE AND CAPACITY OF THE HOTEL (I VISITED DURING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A BUSY SEASON, THE FRONT AREA, WAS OFTEN BUSY ATTENDING TO NEW, AND EXISTING GUESTS, CHECKING OUT GUESTS) YOU NEVER FELT THE SPACE TO BE OVERLY CROWDED. DESPITE THE BUSYNESS I NEVER FELT THE SPACE TO BE OVERLY CROWDED. lAST BUT NOT LEAST, I REALLY APPRECIATED THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE CITY. SHOUT OUT TO THE DRIVERS.

MOST OF THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY; THERE WERE INSTANCES OF STAFF BRUSHING YOU OFF OR BEING SHORT WITH YOU. THERE WERE DEFINITELY ONE OR TWO BAD APPLES WHO SPOILED THE POT. RESTAURANT SERVICE AND FOOD OFFERINGS WERE MY MAIN DOWNSIDE. MAKE SURE TO USE THE VOUCHERS. OR GET YOUR ROOM CLEAN.

A real jam just off Rome centre! Due to the severe hot weather, we could combine our vacation to both city tours (morning and late afternoon) and poolside in midday. Excellent value for money

It is a bit far away from any tourist attraction and you need to use taxi with every time you leave/return

A modern place with classical reminders. Very convenient. Clean. The food is amazing. The dinner in Sapori Dallas Mondo is one of the best ever! Electric chargers for electric cars in the parking. We definitely want to come again.

A little far from the city, what may be also good if you want to travel out of the city. The elevators a little glitchy sometimes, very minor issue. Coffee machines in the restaurant are not maintained well, lack of milk and no one adds - but the espresso itself amazing and fresh. In fact the issues are so minor, nothing we can feel that as impacted our stay. One of the best hotels ever.

Our priority was luxury and we got it at A.Rome. We knew from reviews that it was far from Tour Sites and we budgeted for Taxis. The Taxis were readily available and they came promptly on request. We liked the vegetation around the neighborhood and enjoyed our evening walks. Both the A la Carte and buffet meals were good. Rafi attended to us very courteously. The Concierge served us well by organizing our tours and helping us book and pay online. The SPA was an exceptional experience for us. We will definitely try to go back. The rooms are comfortable. The daily room services are adequate. Not many hotels give drinks and snacks in the refrigerator as complimentary.

The down side was the extra chilly swimming pool. With the amount of solar panels they have, they can heat the water in this pool, otherwise very few people dared to get in it. They need a greater variety in the A la Carte Restaurant. For the breakfast they have many cakes and pastries they had very few cooked food. They could add baked beans, mixed vegetables and roast potatoes etc to the breakfast menu and fresh juices consistently.

The hotel has been a "staycation" get-away for my daughter and me over the last 3 years and we keep coming back mainly because they have an excellent staff. The food courts that offer international cuisines from several countries where kids below 140 cm (I think - not based on age) eat free is a great deal too. The restaurants and their servers are very accommodating and kind - they helped us with some great menu options for my 5-year old.

Hmm... nothing really. Our hotel room though (this time) was towards the very end of the corridor from the elevators - quite a bit of a walk. I though, should have requested this upfront and I am sure they would have adjusted.

Everything, the way that the hotel was designed for the purpose of providing an environment where people can enjoy their time outside walls of the city, the greenery surrounding was really beautiful and refreshing, the two restaurants were very nice and kept us in the hotel without having to worry about where we would find food. The artistic and modern style of the swimming pool, and just perfect temperature of the water was on point, the clean and comfy rooms, the lighting and linens, the amenities, the atmosphere of all over the hotel, the SMELL of lavender everywhere and, the beautiful interiors and artworks. They really did a great job out there! I would advise anyone to bring anti mosquitoes spray to avoid getting bites.

Thank you for the attention you gave to me during our recent stay. Facilities are excellent. Spa and outdoor pool amazing.. Food excellent. Location is 20.mins.in a taxi outside the main Rome centre.

We had a hiccup with the payment system. money was taken for the rooms and funds were also held as a deposit. It was not released back at the point of paying the bill as the banks must have some time delay. Meaning in theory I paid twice albeit temporary. Until the funds are back in my account.
